    Impelemtasi Distribution Requrement Planning Dan Saving Matrixs Untuk Meminalisasi Biaya Distribusi

    PT. XYZ is a limited liability company engaged in the pharmaceutical sector. PT. XYZ is the main distributor for the fast-growing pharmaceutical company ABC company. In the development of its products, this company still often experiences disruptions in distribution activities because of the intuitive route and distribution planning currently carried out using trial and error methods so that the company's distribution operational costs are correct with the company's distribution costs of Rp. 67,405,801 and the company mileage method of 1956 km. This study aims to minimize the time and costs incurred by the company in distributing its products. In this study, the comparison of the cost of storing and inventory using the DRP method and the company method leaves the saving method. This study indicates that using the DRP method can provide a saving and delivery cost of 73% with an amount of Rp. 48,873,021 and for the savings results using the Saving Matrix method shows that this method can optimize the distance by 0.13% with a total distance of 24 km from the previous company's distance and route.PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan perseroan terbatas yang bergerak dibidang farmasi. PT. XYZ adalah distributor utama untuk perusahaan farmasi yang berkembang dengan pesat yaitu perusahaan ABC. Dalam mendistribusikan produknya, perusahaan ini masih sering mengalami keterlambatan dalam aktivitas distribusinya karena rute yang di tempuh hanya bersifat intuisi dan perencanaan distribusi yang dilakukan pada saat ini hanya menggunakan metode trial dan eror sehingga biaya operasional pendistribusian perusahaan  menjadi kurang tepat dengan biaya distribusi perusahaan sebesar Rp.67.405.801 dan jarak tempuh metode perusahaan sebesar 1956 km. Tujuan di lakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk meminimalisasi waktu dan ongkos yang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan dalam pendistribusian produknya. Dalam penelitian ini dibahas perbandingan biaya simpan dan persediaan mengunakan metode DRP dan metode perusahaan, kemudian menentukan penghematan jarak menggunakan metode saving matrix. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode DRP dapat menghemat biaya simpan dan biaya pengiriminan sebesar 73% dengan jumlah Rp. 48.873.021 dan untuk hasil penghematan jarak menggunakan metode Saving Matrixs menunjukan bahwa metode tersebut dapat mengoptimalkan jarak sebesar 0,13% dengan jumlah jarak 24 km dari jarak dan rute perusahaan sebelumnya.

    Asam α-lipoat adalah antioksidan yang dapat mengurangi stres oksidatif pada ikan. Asam α-lipoat dapat memberikan manfaat pada beberapa spesies ikan dan udang. Namun, penelitian mengenai biokimia darah benih ikan gurami masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh asam α-lipoat terhadap profil biokimia darah benih ikan gurami. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan dan empat ulangan. Suplementasi asam α-lipoat dalam formulasi pakan yaitu 0.0, 0.3, 0.6, dan 0.9 g kg-1. Ikan sampel yang digunakan dengan berat awal yaitu 7,05 ± 0,33 g dan panjang awal 5,36 ± 0,07 cm. Analisis data menggunakan analisis varians (ANOVA) dengan selang kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suplementasi Asam α-Lipoat dalam pakan mempunyai nilai perbedaan nyata terhadap profil biokimia darah ikan. Suplementasi asam α-lipoat dalam pakan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap profil biokimia darah benih ikan benih ikan gurami (Osphronemus gouramy)

    KOMBINASI SUHU DAN WAKTU KEJUT PANAS TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN TRIPLOID IKAN SEURUKAN (Osteochilus sp.)

    The purpose of the research is to obtain the most desirable zygote age for the triploidization process using heat shock and to determine the growth performance of Seurukan fish breed as triploidized. The method used in this study is experimental method with a completely randomized design model, through 4 treatments, and 3 replications. P0: Normal spawning (control) P1: Temperature 42°C, zygote age 15 minutes old, temperature shock duration 2 minutes. P2: Temperature 42°C, zygote age 20 minutes old, temperature shock duration 2 minutes. P3: Temperature 42°C, zygote age 25 minutes old, temperature shock duration 2 minutes. The preferable hatching was found in P3 treatment with a zygote age of 25 minutes old and immersed duration for 2 minutes which was 91.27%. In addition, the highest survival rate was found in the control treatment which was 89.98% and the percentage of triploids successfulness was found in P2 with a zygote age of 20 minutes old and an immersed duration for 2 minutes which was 60%. The results present that the triploidization of Seurukan fish through a temperature shock of 42oC for 2 minutes at the zygote age of 20 minutes old after fertilization succeeded in inducing triploid fish. The optimum treatment that able to produce the highest triploid (60%) with a survival rate of 81.1% is a temperature shock of 42oC for 2 minutes at the zygote age of 20 minutes old after fertilization

    Dedication to provide maintenance management training fighting fish (Betta sp.) the good and completely in accordance with SNI fighting fish to the community PayaPeunaga, Meureubo sub-district, West Aceh District.The problem faced today is the statistics of West Aceh Regency in 2017 figures indicating that many people have a productive age in PayaPeunaga Village, Meureubo Sub-district, but not accompanied by job vacancies, causing unemployment at productive ages. Solution offered from this dedication is to provide additional skill to the community in PayaPeunaga Village, MeureuboSubdistrict to be able to manage the good and correct fighting fish in accordance with SNI of fighting fish.Implementation of community service activities include: 1) discussion and socialization of fighting fish (Betta sp.) that potentially increase the income of the community and 2) good ornamental fighting fish management training according to SNI of fighting fish. Result of the dedication is that the community is very enthusiastic to cultivate fighting fish and hopes that this community service program can be continued to provide assistance to the community in PayaPeunaga Village, Meureubo Sub District, West Aceh

    KINERJA PRODUKSI DAN KELANGSUNGAN HIDUP IKAN GURAMI (Osphronemus goramy) YANG DIBERI DOSIS INFUSA TEMULAWAK (Curcuma xanthoriza Roxb)

    This study aimed to evaluate the effect of dietary curcuma infusion supplementation on growth performance and survival rate in giant gouramy. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments and three replications. The treatments tested were giving different doses of curcuma infusion, 0.2 g (P1), 0.4 g (P2), 0.6 g (P3), 0.8 g (P4). The experimental fish used were giant gourami with an average body weight of 0.28 ± 0.01 g which were reared for 30 days in 40x30x25 cm3 sized plastic box containing 20 L of water. Feed was given at satiation method twice a day, at 08.00 and 16.00 pm. The research parameters observed include Weight and Length Growth Rate, Survival Rate, and water quality. The results showed that the dietary curcuma infusion supplementation was able to increase the growth performance and survival rate of giant gouramy. Curcuma infusion dose of 0.8 g resulted in the best growth performance and survival which was not significantly different between treatments. Water quality parameters during maintenance are still in optimal conditions for fish growth

    Pelatihan pembuatan pakan ikan berbasis bahan baku lokal di Kabupaten Aceh Singkil dipilih karena pentingnya mengatasi masalah ketersediaan dan harga pakan ikan komersial yang tinggi, yang menghambat budidaya ikan dan berdampak negatif pada lingkungan. Dengan memanfaatkan bahan baku lokal, seperti tanaman dan limbah pertanian, pelatihan ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada pembudidaya ikan, membantu mereka memproduksi pakan ikan mandiri yang berkualitas. Ini diharapkan akan meningkatkan produktivitas dan keberlanjutan budidaya ikan, serta mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan, yang pada akhirnya memberikan manfaat signifikan bagi masyarakat di Kabupaten Aceh Singkil. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini terbagi menjadi 3 tahapan diantaranya: Survey Lokasi Kegiatan, Pelatihan Pembuatan Pakan dan Evaluasi Kegiatan berupa ujian  (pre-test) dan (post-test) sebagai indikator keberhasilan program. Hasil kegiatan mencerminkan pencapaian yang signifikan terhadap pengetahuan dan praktik pembuatan pakan.     PERFORMA PERTUMBUHAN ROTIFERA (Brachionus rotundiformis) MELALUI PEMBERIAN FERMENTASI IKAN TONGKOL DAN RAGI ROTI

    Natural feed is one of the inputs that is needed during the rearing phase of fish larvae, especially when the york content has been completely absorbed by the fish's body. There are many types of natural food commonly used by marine fish hatcheries, both phytoplankton and zooplankton. Rotifera (Brachionus rotundiformis) is one of the zooplankton that can be used as natural food for fish larvae. This study aims to determine the effect of fermented tuna and rag roti on the growth performance of rotifers. This research was conducted in November - December 2021 at the Fish Seed Center (BBIP) Busung Indah, Simeulue Regency. The study was conducted experimentally using a completely randomized design (RAL) with four treatment levels and three repetitions. The results showed that different fermented tuna and baker's yeast on culture media had a significant effect on population density and growth rate of Rotifera significantly (P<0.05). Treatment (P4) 8 g of fermented fish added yeast 0.60 g was significantly different from the control treatment (P0), treatment (P1), treatment (P2), but not significantly different from the treatment (P3) tuna 8 g added bread yeast 0.45 g. The results of this study showed that the administration of fermented tuna and baker's yeast at a dose of 8 g and baker's yeast 0.60 g had a positive impact on the growth performance of rotifers, with an average of 196 ind/mL/day

    The problem faced by partners is the need for more knowledge about the technique of raising bileh fish (Rasbora sp.) in aquaculture ponds. The bileh fish from nature does not last long in the fish farmer's pond. This is because the techniques used are not appropriate and inappropriate. The solution offered by the proposing team is assistance in the technique of enlarging bileh fish in cultivation containers. This activity is designed to provide knowledge and skills on bileh fish enlargement techniques. The service activities were carried out in Gampong Lhok seumot, Beutong District, Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh Province. The stages of implementation are 1). Preparation and arrangement of the program, 2). Program implementation, 3). Monitoring and evaluation, 4). Reporting and publication. The output of this service activity is the publication of scientific articles in accredited service journals and news in electronic mass media, increasing partner knowledge. The service results were obtained by increasing the knowledge and skills of fish farmers in raising bileh fish and increasing production (survival rate of bileh fish> 75%). Fish farmers continue to be assisted with the sustainability of the service activity program. Bileh fish, as a local fish, has the potential to be developed as a new candidate for aquaculture organisms

    Kabupaten Aceh Singkil merupakan salah satu provinsi di Provinsi Aceh dengan luas daerah 1.857,88 Km2. Kabupaten Aceh singkil terbagi dalam 11 Kecamatan yang terdiri dari dua wilayah yakni daratan dan kepulauan. Letak geografis Kabupaten Aceh Singkil berada pada posisi 2002’-2027’30” Lintang Utara dan 97004’-97045’00” Bujur Timur. Topografi Kabupaten Aceh Singkil mendukung untuk melakukan budidaya perikanan air tawar dan air laut. Selama ini untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pakan ikan masyarakat kabupaten Aceh Singkil membeli pakan komersial dari wilayah Sumatera Utara, namun biaya yang ditawarkan sangat mahal. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah membimbing teknis kultur dan treatment bahan baku lokal untuk meningkatkan kualitas pakan ikan pada kelompok rumah produksi pakan di Kabupaten Aceh Singkil. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah bimbingan teknis bahan baku lokal bagi kelompok rumah produksi pakan di Kabupaten Aceh Singkil. Program diawali dengan melakukan edukasi tentang konsep pemilihan bahan baku lokal pada pakan ikan, cara penggunaan bahan baku lokal pada pakan ikan, metode pemberian bahan baku lokal dan diakhiri dengan pelatihan cara budidaya ikan yang baik. Monitoring dan evaluasi juga akan dilakukan untuk melihat tingkat kemandirian pembudidaya ikan dalam mengaplikasikan ilmu dan teknologi yang telah diajarkan dan keberlanjutan program serta kendala-kendala selama program ini berlangsung. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah bimbingan teknis kultur dan treatment bahan baku lokal mampu meningkatkan pemahaman kelompok rumah produksi tentang kualitas pakan ikan

    Therapy hormone PMSG (Oodev) through feed on the reproductive performance of Bileh fish (Rasbora maninjau Lumbantobing, 2014)

    Efforts to cultivate bileh fish (Rasbora maninjau) experience obstacles in providing seeds due to controlled reproduction in aquaculture containers is still difficult to do. This is due to the slow maturation of fish gonads, which takes a long time. Internal factors, including the hormonal system, influence the reproductive cycle and maturation of fish gonads. This study aims to determine the effect of PMSG (Oodev) hormone administration through feed on the reproductive performance of bileh fish. Experimental research method with CRD experimental design (completely randomized design). The experiment consisted of 4 treatments (P) with three replications. The treatments were PMSG hormone (Oodev) with different doses, namely 0 (P1), 0.5 (P2), 1 (P3), and 2 ml/kg feed (P4). The research phase included the preparation of containers and fish, preparing hormones and feed, rearing, and data collection. Parameters taken and evaluated include gonadosomatic index (GSI), hepatosomatic index (HSI), estradiol concentration, fecundity, and egg diameter. Data were processed and analyzed using statistics (Anova). The results showed that the administration of PMSG hormone (Oodev) through feed had a significant effect on GSI, HSI, estradiol concentration, fecundity, and egg diameter (P0.05). The best treatment was P3 (1 ml/kg) with a GSI value of 8.25%, HSI of 0.41%, estradiol level of 22.46pg/mL, fecundity of 3207 eggs, and egg diameter of 0.85mm.
