Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dan Motivasi Kerja Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru

The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance, the influence of work motivation of teachers on teacher performance, the influence of principals leadership style and work motivation teachers on teacher performance. The research was using the method of ex post facto. The population in this study were all teachers of SMAN consisting of 172 teachers. Data analysis was conducted by using questionnaires and documentation. The result showed that there was an influence of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance, there was an influence of work motivation teachers on teacher performance, there was an influence of principals leadership style and work motivation teachers on teacher performance. It showed that the stronger the principals leadership style and work motivation would be followed by the higher performance of the teachers, and vice versa.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian menggunakan metode ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMAN yang terdiri dari 172 guru. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, ada pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru, ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin kuat gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja akan diikuti dengan tingginya kinerja guru, dan sebaliknya

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kualitas Pelayanan Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor di UPT. Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Kabupaten Barito Timur danuntuk menganalisis apa saja yang menjadi  faktor  pendukung  dan  penghambat  Pelayanan Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor di UPT. Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Kabupaten BaritoTimur.Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah  metode kualitatif deskriptif, untuk menggambarkan keadaansubjek/objek penelitian berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang tampak atau sebagaimana adanya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan teknk dokumentasi. Pelayanan Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor di UPT. Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor ( PKB ) Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Barito Timur merupakan salah satu institusi pelayanan publik yang melaksanakan pelayanan terhadap uji kelayakan kendaraan. Sebagai instansi publik wajib memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas, sehingga dapat memberikan  kepuasan terhadap penerima pelayanan. Pengertian  dari  Pengujian  Kendaraan  Bermotor  (PKB)  sendiri  adalah pemeriksaan kondisi kendaraan apakah kendaraan tersebut memenuhi persyaratanya layak  darat  atau  tidak,  termasuk  kelengkapan  surat-surat  kendaraan, mengingat  begitu  besarnya  manfaat dari  alat  transportasi  kendaraan umum atau tidak umum  membantu  mobilitas kegiatan masyarakat.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan UPT.Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Kabupaten Barito Timur belum memadai atau masih rendah, karena ditemukan sebagian besar darikelima indikator kualitas masih rendah terutama indikator reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphaty Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adalah faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal terdiri dari struktur organisasi, sumberdaya manusia/aparat, system pelayanan dan finansial yang kecil, sedangkan faktor eksternal berupa kebijakan pengganggaran dan penempatan personil dari instansi terkait tanpa melihat kebutuhan dan kompetensi

The application of technology from time to time develops rapidly, because with the current application of technology it is easier for human work, one of which is by using software, at the Miftahul Jannah Islamic boarding school located in the village of observation, Kec. The purpose of this research is to build a software attendance list at the Miftahul Jannah Islamic boarding school for teachers, students and female students by applying the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. This research method uses observation, interviews, literature study, needs analysis as well as building and implementing attendance list software using the application of the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, where the criteria for implementing the SUS method are if the value is greater than 80.3 then the criteria are very good, while the value from 68 to 80.3 means software with the application criteria is good, the value of 68 application of the SUS method is sufficient, while the value of 51 to 68 with the criteria for applying the SUS method is less, the value is below 51 then the criteria for applying the SUS method is very lacking, As for the results of the application using the method System Usability Scale (SUS), get the results of the respondents for k teachers where the average value of the conversion results obtained was 79.54, while for student respondents showed the average value conversion result using the application of the SUS method the result was 79.33 where the conversion results The application of the SUS method in this study has been accepted in accordance with the criteria for the distribution of the system usability scale (SUS) method
