EL ROL DOCENTE Y SU APORTE EN LA EDUCACIÓN VIRTUAL E INTERCULTURAL

Resumen: La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia que ha tenido el entorno virtual en el rol de los docentes. En la época actual se vive una crisis sanitaria que ha obligado al sistema educativo a migrar su metodología a los medios digitales, en donde se debe dar continuidad con el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje, siendo así un cambio que representa un desafío para los maestros. La investigación fue de tipo cuantitativa, diseño no experimental, corte transversal y de enfoque descriptivo. Como instrumento se diseñó una encuesta de preguntas con opciones múltiples de respuesta, cuyos factores a medir fueron: aplicación de herramientas tecnológicas, importancia del enfoque virtual, interculturalidad, adaptación y atención de necesidades. Los participantes fueron docentes de universidades y colegios del sector público, se obtuvo una muestra de 153 maestros, cuyas edades oscilan entre los 28 y 50 años, con respecto al sexo: femenino (63,1 %), masculino (36,9 %). Como resultados se obtuvieron altas demandas de uso de medios tecnológicos (Zoom 34.5 %), Google Meet (26,2 %), alta pertinencia de oportunidad de educación virtual (34,5 %), ventajas de educación intercultural en medios digitales (40.5 %), adaptación (29.8 %), e importancia de atender necesidades educativas (39.3 %). Como conclusión se obtuvieron datos significativos del rol del docente en la educación virtual, resaltando su participación activa en el uso de las Tics.Abstract: The purpose of this research was to analyze the role of teachers and their significant contribution to virtual and intercultural education. The current times are experiencing a health crisis that has forced the educational system to migrate its methodology to digital media, where continuity must be given to the teaching-learning process, thus being a change that represents a challenge for teachers. The research was quantitative, non-experimental design, cross-sectional and descriptive approach. A survey with multiple choice questions was designed as an instrument, whose factors to be measured were: application of technological tools, importance of the virtual approach, interculturality, adaptation and attention to needs. The participants were teachers from universities and public sector schools, resulting in a sample of 153 teachers, ranging in age from 28 to 50 years old, with respect to gender: female (63.1%), male (36.9%). The results showed high demands for the use of technological media (Zoom 34.5%), Google Meet (26.2%), high relevance of virtual education opportunities (34.5%), advantages of intercultural education in digital media (40.5%), adaptation (29.8%), and importance of meeting educational needs (39.3%). As a conclusion, significant data on the role of the teacher in virtual education were obtained, highlighting their active participation in the use of ICTs

Menelaah Jihad Bagi Penuntut Ilmu: Kajian Tafsir Surat At-Taubah Ayat 122 Dan Analisis Pendidikan Pesantren

Pendidikan pesantren merupakan salah satu model pendidikan Islam yang telah lama berkembang di Indonesia. Pesantren memiliki peran penting dalam mencetak generasi Muslim yang cerdas, beriman, dan berilmu. Dalam Surat At-Taubah ayat 122, Allah SWT menegaskan bahwa menuntut ilmu memiliki derajat yang sama dengan jihad fisabilillah. Ayat ini menjadi landasan bagi pesantren dalam menjalankan fungsinya sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji makna jihad penuntut ilmu dalam Surat At-Taubah ayat 122 dan relevansinya dengan pendidikan pesantren. Kajian ini menggunakan metode tafsir tahlili dan analisis pendidikan pesantren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jihad penuntut ilmu memiliki makna yang luas, tidak hanya terbatas pada kegiatan belajar mengajar di pesantren. Jihad penuntut ilmu juga mencakup kegiatan-kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan dan menyebarkannya kepada masyarakat. Pendidikan pesantren memiliki relevansi yang tinggi dengan jihad penuntut ilmu. Pesantren telah lama menjadi pusat pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan dakwah Islam. The Protection of Reproductive Rights under International Law: The Bush Administration\u27s Policy Shift and China\u27s Family Planning Practices

On his first day in office, U.S. President George W. Bush reinstated a policy that restricts United States Agency for International Development funding of foreign non-governmental organizations. A year and a half later, President Bush attracted media attention by rejecting funding commitments to the United Nations Population Fund ( UNFPA ) based on its alleged involvement with the People\u27s Republic of China ( PRC ). The PRC, in an effort to curb rampant population growth, has adopted a one child per couple policy. This policy has, in some cases, led to the use of coercive family planning practices such as forced abortion and sterilization. Though the UINFPA does not contribute to such coercive measures, the Bush Administration felt the only way to be sure that U.S. dollars were not funding such activities was to discontinue funding completely. Despite national practices, international law binds both the PRC and the United States to protect an individual\u27s reproductive rights. Such rights include the right to determine the size and spacing of one\u27s family without government control, the right to reproductive health, and the right of access to family planning information and contraceptives. These rights are recognized and protected by both international treaty law and international reproductive rights policy. The coercive policies of the PRC and the funding policies of the United States, thus violate international treaty obligations and are poor international policy. To meet its international obligations and policies, the United States should ratify the International Covenant for Economic, Social and Cultural Rights so that funding is no longer discretionary and dependent on executive prerogative. Although these treaties and policies already bind the PRC, the PRC will only be able to move in the direction of protecting human rights and reproductive rights with international financial support, including support from the United States

The Complexity of POMDPs with Long-run Average Objectives

We study the problem of approximation of optimal values in partially-observable Markov decision processes (POMDPs) with long-run average objectives. POMDPs are a standard model for dynamic systems with probabilistic and nondeterministic behavior in uncertain environments. In long-run average objectives rewards are associated with every transition of the POMDP and the payoff is the long-run average of the rewards along the executions of the POMDP. We establish strategy complexity and computational complexity results. Our main result shows that finite-memory strategies suffice for approximation of optimal values, and the related decision problem is recursively enumerable complete
