Economic valuation of natural resources is important method in regional development. By this term, all potencies, characteristics, and economic value (benefit, cost, and profit) of natural resources should be known. It can be also a fundamental concept to create regional rules and to make simple adjustment with The Act of National Natural Resources. The management of natural resources in regional area should match with regional potency and national vision of natural resources management. Finally, the country has to maintain the natural resources and also take care of its sustainability
Community-Based Water Management: an Institutional Study in PAMDes Sumberagung, Bantul, DIY
This study aimed to find out the patterns of institutional environments, institutional arrangement, institutional strategies, and policies on community-based water management in rural communities. This research object was Village Water Company (PAMDes) Sumber Agung located in Jalakan Hamlet, Triharjo Village, Pandak Sub-District, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data collection was performed by using an interview to informant or reliable sources. By using Institutional Analysis and Development (IAD), data analysis technique was performed by analyzing the performance and structure of institutional arrangement. Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) was used to find out the process of empowerment and enhancement of community participation on community involvement of overall development activities.The results indicated that the Jalakan community had a close relationship with the unwritten rules regarding the applicable rules, such as the merti sendang (clean the pool, embung, springs) or padusan (bathing before the coming of Ramadan)

The background of this study is society needs in modern age which needs of transportation to support their activity. Transportation in Indonesia, especially mass transport that exist today seen not good. Government as supervision holder in public policy be charged to give clear regulation, implement and improvement services of mass transportation which is integrated and become positive impact.Operational pattern of transport venture that their business be regulated by government through law expected capable to implement that in the field. However, in fact, many transport venture that doing principle of effective and efficient with ignore a standard which be appointed by the government through ministry of transportation. Route Solo – Semarang with variety of activity inside it, for many sector as tourism, farming, industry and creative economy need mass transportation. Long waves of economic growth in Asia and Western Europe, 1950-2020: are there any circular-cumulative causation and contradiction aspects?
ABSTRACT This paper discusses some comparative analysis between the pattern of economic performances in Asia and Western Europe during 1950s-2020s through political economies perspective. The Asian and Western European economic performances are investigated through some stylized facts in the sense of economic factors. Three analyses are used to explain the general pattern of these regions. First, this study examines the pattern of GDP growth per capita during the 1950s-2020s, focusing on several countries in this region. Second, the analysis captures the pattern of linkages of economic variables in this region related to the principle of Circular and Cumulative causation (CCC) and contradiction. Third, the analysis employs a historical perspective underpinned by the results in the second analysis. This third analysis is crucial to appreciating Asia’s global economic performance and also the process of Western deterioration phenomenon through long wave, including the occurrence recession and financial crises. The institutions of globalization and neoliberalism that put the power of capital promoted a financial crisis several times during the decades of 1980s-2020. The financial crisis is depicted by contradictions in the structural linkages among economic factors in Western Europe over the period
