    Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran Enginetune Up Toyota Mengacu Pada Problem Based Instruction Berbasis Otentik

    This study aims to develop learning tool Engine tune up Toyota referring to problem based instruction based on authentic, which was applied in class X Mechanical Light Vehicle 2nd semester in SMK N Kare, Madiun.This study was conducted into five steps, they were analysis, planning, design, development and implementation based on model of the development cycle by Fenrich (1997). The data resultswere obtained as follows: validation of achievement test consist of LP1, LP2, and LP3. The score of correlation probability r (analysis) bigger than r (table).So it can be concluded the results were valid; The implementation of lesson plan with an average score of 4.6 as good category; students' activities in learning activities have reliability 94,33%; In analysing questions, there were easy and difficult category of questions. The cognitive's achievement in pretest was 0%, while in posttest was 100%; Psychomotoric's achievement shows that the average score of students RPP 1 (91,1), RPP 2 (91,2), RPP 3(91). All of the students have mastered the outcome learning.; the average score of students' behavioral in affective's achievement at test 1 were honest (4,2), care (4,5), and responsibility (4,4) with good category, students'social skills at test 1 were asked (4,6), contribute ideas (4,5), being a good listener (4,3), communication (4,4) and cooperation (4,0) with good category; students 'response to students' books, worksheets, learning media with value 4,07 was goodcategory.Based on the analysis of data analysis, it can be concluded that the development of the learning tool engine tune up Toyota referring to Problem based instruction Based onAuthentic can be effective, but it still need adjustment based on the situation and condition of the school

    This research is an experimental research which aims to find the information of the students' critical thinking, affective learning outcomes, cognitive learning outcomes, psychomotor learning outcomes and response after the students's are given project-based learning. This research uses experimental research by using Quasi Experimental Design by using Time Series Design. The subjects of the research are eleventh grade students' of welding engineering skill of Vocational School 6 Samarinda, East Kalimantan in the odd semester of academic year of 2014/2015. There are 31 students'. The data is collected through pre-test and post-test to find the students' critical thinking skill, affective learning outcomes, cognitive learning outcomes, and psychomotor learning outcomes. The response questionnaire is used to find the interest, innovation, pleasure, easiness, clarity and students' interest to the learning process.The data is analyzed by using N-Gain descriptive analysis and t-Test. The result of the research shows that the research instrument which is used is valid. The result shows that the average students' critical thinking is in the high categorized > 0,70. The other result shows that the project based learning model gives the effect for the affective, cognitive, and psychomotor learning outcomes. Three of them are in the category of pass. The students' response in the project based learning is good. Based on the result, it can be concluded that project based learning for electric arc welding improve the critical thinking of vocational school and can make the students' pass the affective, cognitive, and psychomotor learning outcomes.     Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran Mesin Bubut Cnc Tu-2a Merk Emco Austria Berorientasi Pada Model Pembelajaran Langsung

    Kompetensi dasar mesin bubut CNC TU-2A mahasiswa masih rendah dan 81.82% dari 44 mahasiswa menyatakan bahwa materi mesin CNC sulit dikarenakan belum adanya perangkat pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan:1) mendeskripsikan aktivitas mahasiswa selama proses pembelajaran. 2) mendeskripsikan respon mahasiswa setelah pembelajaran. 3) mendeskripsikan hasil belajar mahasiswa setelah pembelajaran. Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran mengacu pada model Thiagarajan, yakni model 4-D. Model ini terdiri atas empat tahap pengembangan, yaitu tahap pendefinisian (define), tahap perancangan (design), tahap pengembangan (develop) dan tahap pendiseminasian (disseminate). Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah One Group Pretest and Postest Design dengan subjek pada uji coba terbatas mahasiswa Prodi S1 Pendidikan Teknik Mesin sejumlah 78 mahasiswa. Subjek pada uji coba luas mahasiswa Prodi D3 Teknik Mesin Produksi angkatan 2010 Unesa sejumlah 24 mahasiswa. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Aktivitas mahasiswa dalam kategori sangat baik, artinya mahasiswa sangat antusias dan tertarik dengan perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dengan prosentase sebesar 81.80% dan rata-rata skor 4.08. 2) Respon mahasiswa sangat positif, artinya mahasiswa sangat tertarik pada perangkat pembelajaran mesin CNC dengan prosentase sebesar 95.83%. 3) Ketuntasan belajar mahasiswa sebesar 76.33% dikatakan tuntas karena nilai mahasiswa diatas 61. Hasil instrumen Pre-test dan post-test memiliki validitas dikategorikan tinggi 0.60, nilai reliabilitas tinggi 0.83 dan sensitivitas 0.61 dikategorikan tinggi. Simpulan bahwa pengembangan perangkat mesin CNC efektif meningkatkan kompetensi dasar mahasiswa terbukti dengan meningkatnya proporsi jawaban dari 0.15 menjadi 0.81 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 66%

    Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran Mekatronika Berbasis Komputer Pokok Bahasan Programmable Logic Controller Berorientasi pada Pembelajaran Langsung

    Salah satu pokok bahasan pada mata kuliah mekatronika yaitu programmable logic controller (PLC). Kondisi era modern seperti sekarang ini, penggunaan programmable logic controller (PLC) pada teknologi kontrol semakin meluas, mulai dari menggerakan motor pompa, motor konveyor, penggiling, sampai sistem alat yang bersifat masal. Materi PLC merupakan materi yang banyak dikeluhkan oleh mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Mesin FT-Unesa. Hal ini dikarenakan minimnya perangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan sehingga pembelajaran menjadi kurang kondusif dan menjadi pasif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran mekatronika berbasis komputer pokok bahasan programmable logic controller berorientasi pembelajaran langsung pada mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Mesin FT Unesa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap. Tahap I, pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran mengacu rancangan 4D model dari Thiagarajan (1974); Tahap II, ujicoba pembelajaran di kelas menggunakan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Temuan penelitian: (1) skor rata-rata penilaian perangkat pembelajaran sebesar 3,32 (cukup baik); (2) skor rata-rata keterlaksanaan pembelajaran pada ujicoba I sebesar 3,59 (baik) dan ujicoba II sebesar 3,70 (baik); (3) hasil belajar mahasiswa aspek kognitif maupun psikomotorik telah mencapai ketuntasan secara individual maupun klasikal; (4) mahasiswa menunjukan respon positif tehadap pembelajaran dengan menyatakan tertarik, senang, dan termotivasi untuk mengikuti perkuliahan mekatronika; aktivitas mahasiswa yang paling dominan yaitu berdiskusi/praktek yang relevan dengan KBM yakni pada ujicoba I sebesar 36,46% dan pada ujicoba II sebesar 38,19%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan dalam perkuliahan mekatronika. Implementasi perangkat pembelajaran mekatronika berbasis komputer pokok bahasan PLC dapat meningkatkan kualitas kualitas proses belajar mengajar, karena mahasiswa menunjukan respon positif, keterlaksanaan pembelajaran termasuk kategori baik dan hasil belajar mahasiswa aspek kognitif maupun psikomotorik telah mencapai ketuntasan secara individual maupun klasikal

    The aims of this research is to know:1) the effect of workshop automotive management towards knowledge, 2) the effect of workshop automotive management towards practice skills, and 3) the effect of workshop automotive management towards student learning motivation state Vocational High School 1 Sambeng. This is a quasi experiment research. The research method is hypothesis testing on causal relationship between manipulation of independence variable and testing changes that caused of them. The independent variable this research is the management of LWV workshop automotive. However, knowledge, practice skill, and student learning motivation is dependent variables . Data collecting technique by using test item, observation, and questionnaire. Sample of this research are 34 student of X class lightweight vehicle major. Data analysis techniques are using t-test to know the effect of workshop automotive management towards knowledge, practice skills, and student learning motivation state Vocational High School 1 Sambeng. The result of t-test are: (1) there are an effect of LWV workshop automotive management towards student knowledge. This is showed by t-test result is 4,568 with sig. (p) score = 0.000 less then 0.05 , 2) there are an effect to LWV workshop automotive management towards practice skills. This is showed by t-test sore is 5,510 with sign. (p) score = 0.000 less than 0,05, (3) there is an effect of LWV workshop automotive management towards student learning motivation by knowing the result of t-test with numbers -10,91 with sig. (p) score = 0.000 less then 0,05. From the data analyzing it can be conclude that research of LWV workshop automotive management could influence to knowledge, practice skills, and student learning motivation state Vocational High School 1 Sambeng.     Training Kit and Module on Plc Programming Competence for Students of Electrical Engineering Education

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas dan kepraktisan training kit dan modul pembelajaran PLC sebagai media pembelajaran mata kuliah PLC bagi mahasiswa pendidikan teknik elektro Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Yaitu penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model 4D Thiagarajan, penelitian ini hanya menggunakan tiga tahap pertama, tidak sampai tahap diseminasi, karena peneliti hanya mengembangkan training kit dan modul. Perancangan perangkat pelatihan dan modul dikembangkan dan divalidasi berdasarkan tampilan produk, kualitas media, dan kesesuaian media untuk kurikulum dan ilustrasi. Hasil proses validasi dan uji coba digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan modul yang telah dikembangkan ditinjau dari validitas dan kepraktisan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan validasi training kit valid sebesar 85,18%, validasi modul valid sebesar 83,33%. Temuan lain menunjukkan bahwa tanggapan siswa menunjukkan bahwa baik perangkat pelatihan maupun modul praktis dengan persentase masing-masing 85% dan 82,17%. Sehingga training kit dan modul PLC layak untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran PLC oleh mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Surabaya
