EFEKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN JASMANI MELALUI PENDEKATAN MODIFIKASI PERMAINAN BOLAVOLI (Studi pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN 1 Ngancar Kediri )

Abstract There are many factors which affect the low learning achievement of the students and the low effectiveness of learning physical education. One of them is the physical education sport and health teachers have less creativity in creating and developing learning strategy. A strategy which can be used by teacher to be able to implement the game models that have been modified to motivate the students in following the physical education learning. Modification is an effort which is done by the teachers in order to pay attention to the changes in students’ ability and help encouraging those changes. The objectives of this research are: 1) to find out the effect of volleyball game modification toward the learning of physical education sport and health on the eighth graders of SMPN 1 Ngancar Kediri; 2) to determine how far the effect of volleyball game modification toward the effectiveness of learning physical education sport and health on the eighth graders of Junior High School 1 Ngancar Kediri. Target of the research are the eighth graders of Junior High School 1 Ngancar Kediri and numbers taken are 30 students. This research belongs to experimental research with the descriptive quantitative approach. Data collection technique is done by using Formative Class Evaluation questionnaires and physical education observation sheets. The result of the research: the FCE average score before the learning is 2, 73 (catagorize as good), while the result after the learning is 2, 87 (categorize as very good). Those results show that there is improvement on the result of students’ FCE (pre test and post test) as 5, 01%. The result of t-test shows that tcount 4,247 > ttable 2,045. With 5% significancy degree. It can be concluded that: (1) there is significant effect from the modification of volleyball game toward the effectiveness of learning physical education sport and health on the eighth graders of SMPN 1 Ngancar Kediri; (2) the physical education learning lesson using modification of volleyball game given affects the effectiveness of learning physical education sport and health on the eighth graders of SMPN 1 Ngancar Kediri as big as5, 01%. At the cooperative of employees of BRI is the duty and obligation of the Agency inspectors have not been implemented properly, where inspection is only carried out ahead of the Annual Members Meeting (RAT) only, whereas the investigation carried out by the Inspection Cooperative employees of Bank BRI merely move the data that has been processed or prepared by the board and not the result and the actual examination or observation.Inspection is only carried out at the cooperative office only, and not descend directly on the existing business units, so that the problems that exist in the unit and the solution is not known with certainty. Results of the examination and the content of the report submitted to the Annual Members Meeting (RAT) is generally stated that the implementation of activities and cooperative efforts go well, and also never held sudden inspection.As for the problem of this research is "How can the application of planning and oversight function in increasing the effectiveness of employees cooperative PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk". In order for the company's activities can be run effectively and precisely target the company would need to know the consumer perception that creates a purchase decision, in particular by:1. To overcome the limited executive power then it takes an expert in the field of business units and the need for education and training programs to improve work effectiveness.2. To overcome these limitations problem then each subordinate need a lot of expertise in their respective fields.3. This study aims to find out and prove the Effect of Current Assets, Long-Term Debt, Equity, Net Profit and Profit Hold Against the Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Industrial Sector Food and Beverage Consumables Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange either Simultaneously or Partially. The results of this study indicate that, There is the Effect of Current Assets, Long-Term Debt, Equity, Net Profit and Retained Earnings Together - on Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Industrial Sector of Food and Beverage Consumables Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, There Are Effects of Current Assets Against Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Industrial Sector of Food and Beverage Consumables Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There are Effects of Long-Term Debt on Financial Performance of Manufacturing Companies in the Industrial Sector of Food and Beverage Consumables Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sustainability of Micro Business Actors during the COVID-19 Pandemic

This study aims to investigate the effect of leadership, business motivation, and compensation during the Covid-19 pandemic on business existence. This study was conducted in a traditional market in Lubuklinggau City, South Sumatra, Indonesia, with a population of 120 respondents from 1200 micro-enterprises. The validity and reliability tests of 36 samples were conducted using SPSS statistics and inferential analysis using the Amos 8.8 Structural Equation Model (SEM). It was found that leadership has a significant effect on business existence by 0.83, compensation has an effect on business existence by 0.17, and business motivation also affects business existence by 0.24. An important finding from this study is that these three variables together affect the existence of businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the leadership factor of microbusiness actors is more dominant in influencing the business's existence. Implementing awareness-based health protocols will also have a positive impact on tackling the Covid-19 pandemic. The Principal's Strategy in Improving the Quality of Human Resource Management with a Humanistic Perspective in the Digitalization Era

This study aims to describe and analyze the application of a humanistic approach in school leadership, which impacts human resources development in the digitalization era. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. They collect data through participant observation, interviews, and documentation studies to achieve research objectives. A modified analytic analysis method was used to analyze the data. The level of credibility, dependability, transferability, and confirmability are the basis for data validity. The results of the study explain that personal excellence (integrity, wholeness, and self-authenticity) and the humanistic spirituality of inspirational figures inspire the humanistic approach of school principals. The results of this research empirically provide new hope for teachers, staff, students, and parents of students at the elementary level by applying a humanistic approach to school principals in the digital era. This finding has implications, where through a humanistic approach, school principals are more open to appreciating participation and view teachers, employees, and parents as human beings who have equality in building cooperation. Thus, through the humanistic approach of the school principal, the school environment becomes a place for empowering learning and the formation of human values that need to be upheld
