Diseño y estudio técnico de un equipo automatizado para el crimpado de cables

[ES] Este proyecto consiste en el diseño de una línea automatizada de crimpado de cables. Para realizar esta automatización se ha pensado en realizarla mediante componentes neumáticos. Para ello se realiza un prediseño de la idea que se tiene de cómo se quiere que sea la línea, con este prediseño se empiezan a colocar algunos de los componentes que se necesitarían para automatizar esta línea. Después se realizará una preselección de componentes neumáticos, durante esta preselección se realizarán verificaciones para comprobar que cumplen con las dimensiones requeridas y que realizan la fuerza necesariapara poder cumplir con su función en la línea. Al terminar la preselección de componentes, y una vez estos hayan pasado todas las verificaciones pertinentes se realizará el diseño final del conjunto. Para poder llevar a cabo este diseño será necesario realizar el diseño de nuevas piezas mecánicas para poder llevar a cabo el ensamblaje de todo el equipo. Estas piezas mecánicas serán sometidas a estudio para comprobar que son capaces de soportar los esfuerzos a los que más tarde estarán sometidas. Por último se realizará un presupuesto de este proyecto y se dará una conclusión de él.[EN] This project consists in the design of an automated cable crimp line. In order to carry out this automation, it has been thought to carry it out using pneumatic components.
