    The aim of this research is to characterize impedance, capasitance and relative permitivity of the characteristics of electric thin film ZnS and ZnS:Mn. This research was started from making thin film with different deposition speed and with thermal co-evaporation method in vakum tubes.  The estimation is the characteristics of thin film ZnS impedance and ZnS:Mn was done outside this vacum with various frequency between thousaund to million hertzs, with different deposition speed and the same thickness. Defining impedance of ZnS thin film wich the most optimal frequency would influence capasitance and relative permittivity of the thin film on the characteristics of the electricity. Besides, capasitance and resitance values of ZnS:Mn thin film would change if given different Mn portion on that thin film. From the result of the research, it could be identified as follows. On the area of the thousand to ten thousand Hertz, it was know is that relative permitivity/constante static dielectrics K(0) ZnS:Mn thin film was not the frequency function that it could be regarded as constant like K(o) = 10. The price of capasitance ZnS:Mn was increasing with less Mn amount in that thin film. The price of ZnS:Mn electric resitance is reduced with less Mn amount on  that thin film.     Remediasi Kesulitan Belajar Siswa Kelas XII IPA Man 1 Pontianak Pada Materi Dinamika Rotasi Menggunakan Model Learning Cycle 5e

    The purpose of this research is finding out the effectiveness of learning cycle 5Es model in remediating learning difficulties faced by grade XII science students in MAN 1 Pontianak on rotational dynamics material. The method of research is Pre Experimental Design with One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The data was taken from the students in grade XII science class, which are chosen by using intact group. Multiple choices used to find out students difficulties in understanding concept and essay used to find out students difficulties in solving the question. Students difficulties of understanding concept was decreased by 24, 11% and in solving question was decreased by 57, 59% after remediation. Learning cycle 5Es model is effective to remediate the students\u27 learning difficulties in the rotational dynamics material with the average price of the proportion of the number of errors students in understanding the concept of 0.325 (moderate) and in solving problem proportion of 0,81 (high). This research is expected to be used as an alternative in remediation activity for the students in order to solve students learning difficulties

    AbstractThis study aims to describe and find the causes of misconceptions among students at SMA TarunaBumi Khatulistiwa about parabolic motion. This misconception causes the learning objectives ofstudents at SMA Taruna Bumi Khatulistiwa not to be achieved. Based on the interview, there were3 causes of misconceptions experienced by students at Taruna Bumi Khatuliwa Senior HighSchool that were expressed directly by the teaching teacher, including: 1.Lack of students'numeracy skills in solving equations, 2. Students experiencing misconceptions in analyzingphenomenon of parabolic motion, 3. Lack of student interest in learning physics, especiallyparabolic motion. It is for this reason that the authors want to identify the causes and types ofmisconceptions experienced by students at SMA Taruna Bumi Khatulistiwa. The method used isa simple descriptive method with a sample of the entire population of class XI MIPA, as many as55 people. Data collection uses diagnostic tests with open reasons and interviews. The results ofthe analysis showed that students' misconceptions reached 41.57% about the motion of theparabola and the rest did not answer the questions given. Based on the results of interviews withstudents, the causes of misconceptions originating from the students themselves on parabolicmotion material include: students' initial conception, incomplete reasons and student abilities.These findings are expected to be used as material for consideration in choosing the appropriatetreatment to overcome students' misconceptions.Keywords: Identification, Misconception, Projectile motio

    Integrasi Scramble dalam Pembelajaran Ulang Meremediasi Kesulitan Belajar Siswa Kelas VIII Materi Hukum Newton

    This study is aimed to determine the effect of remediation by re-using the learning methods of scramble to lower the students' learning difficulties on class VIII K Immanuel II junior high school for Newton's law. It uses Pre-Experimental Design, which formed as One Group Pretest-Posttest Design with a total of 33 participants VIIIA class by selected intact group. The data collection tools used such as: Multiple-choice diagnostic tests to determine the average decline in the students' learning difficulties and the student interest questionnaire in a closed questionnaire to find a large increase in the student interest. Pretest and posttest results show a decline in the average percentage of students' learning difficulties each concepts by 5.90% and the average decrease in the percentage of students' learning difficulties by 9.78%. Wilcoxon test results show that there are differences between the students' learning difficulties while the remediation using scramble has been given and after in a re-learning method (Z count (2.43)> Z table value (1.96)) with the level of effectiveness about 0.3 (relatively low).The improvement of student interest are moderate ((g) = 0,37)

    Penerapan Model Clis Berbantuan Lks Concept Cartoon Untuk Meremediasi Miskonsepsi Materi Hukum Archimedes SMP

    This research aims to find out that remedy using application of Children Learning in Science (CLIS) learning model assisted with concept cartoon worksheet is effective to correct misconception of VIII class students of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak on Archimedes Law material. Research sample involves 19 students of class VIII C. Research design used is pre-experimental design with one group pre-test post-test design form. Collecting data tool consists of 9 questions which represent 3 Archimedes Law concept. According to the answer analysis of pre-test and post-test, the decline in number of students who have misconception before and after the remedy for each concept is averagely 64%, the decline of each student's misconception before and after the remedy is 57%. The remedy using application of CLIS learning model assisted with concept cartoon worksheet is effective to decline the misconception students have, so it is expected to become one of learning model alternative in learning physic

    Secondary analysis methode was used to analyze the student worksheets used by physic education students of Tanjungpura University in their thesis titled about remediation students\u27 misconception in period 2010-2012. It was analyzed whether it fullfilled the structure criterias, dicdactic, construction, technical requirements or not, and was the purpose of study suitable already. 20 student worksheets from seven thesises were used as sample. For structure criterias, the highest number fulfilled was nine criterias, did by two student worksheets. Three dicdactic requirements were fulfilled by 19 student worksheets. The highest number of construction requirements fulfilled was eight requirements, did by four student worksheets. Six technical requirements were fulfilled by nine student worksheets. Three student worksheets have unsuitable purpose of study. While arranging student worksheets to remediate students\u27 misconceptions , it contains student cognitive conflict. Researchers have to know the right criterias to arrange the student worksheets for research instrument

    Remediasi Miskonsepsi Siswa pada Materi Hukum Newton Menggunakan Jigsaw Berbantuan Booklet Kelas VIII SMP

    The aim of this research is to know the effectiveness of remediation using cooperative learning model type Jigsaw assisted by booklet to decrease students misconception and increasing solve problems skill in Newtons Law class VIII SMPN 3 Segedong. The research method used Pre-Eksperimental Design with One Group Pre-test Post-test Design. The number of research sample is 20 students. Mc Nemar test shows that students misconception has changed significantly after remediation. Positive change on students in increasing solve problems showed by different score on pretest and posttest. The level of effectiveness cooperative learning model type Jigsaw assisted by booklet to decrease students misconception is high and for increasing solve problems skill is medium. This research is expected to be used as an alternative remediation activities to decrease students misconception in understanding Newtons Law

    REMEDIASI KESALAHAN SISWA MELALUI PEMECAHAN MASALAH PADA MATERI ENERGI KELAS IX SMP

    This research aims to know effectiveness remediation through problem solving to reduce students error in finishing the question of energy material on IXth grade SMP Kemala Bhayangkari Sungai Raya. Research method is Pre-Experimental Design form One Group Pretest-Postest Design. The research sample taken through cluster sampling randomly that consist of 21 students. The result of data analisys showed that average students error at pretest is entering and calculation numbers 11,95, unit conversion 5,76, using form 7 and not finishing 4, whereas at posttest entering and calculation numbers 10,88, unit conversion 5,71, using form 7 and not finishing 4. Students error decrease got average is 2 as well as proportion of effectiveness reach 0.07. Thus, researcher have as a conclusion that remediation through problem solving of energy material is effective decrease students error finishing the question and suggested have variative evaluating not only comprehension but skill and question finishing process. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas remediasi melalui pemecahan masalah untuk menurunkan kesalahan siswa menyelesaikan soal energi di kelas IX SMP Kemala Bhayangkari Sungai Raya. Metode yang digunakan adalah Pre-Experimental Design bentuk One Group Pretest-Postest Design. Sampel berjumlah 21 siswa diambil acak melalui cluster sampling. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa rata-rata kesalahan siswa pada tes awal yaitu memasukkan angka dan menghitung 11,95, mengkonversi satuan 5,76, menggunakan formula 7 dan tidak menyelesaikan soal 4, sedangkan pada tes akhir yaitu memasukkan angka dan menghitung 10,88, mengkonversi satuan 5,71, kemudian menggunakan formula 6,14 dan tidak menyelesaikan soal 4. Kemudian penurunan kesalahan siswa diperoleh rata-rata 2 serta menghasilkan proporsi tingkat efektivitas sebesar 0,07. Dari uraian hasil penelitian disimpulkan remediasi melalui pemecahan masalah efektif menurunkan kesalahan siswa menyelesaikan soal energi dan disarankan tahap evaluasi yang dilakukan lebih variatif tidak hanya pemahaman melainkan kemampuan serta proses menyelesaikan soal.
