The forest fire effect chemical, psysical and biological propesties of the soil. In the biological of soil, forest fire also effect the existence of phosphates solubilizing fungi. This research was conducted to determine the presence of Phosphates Solubilizing Fungi in the former soil of fired forest by the time of the fire in Samosir Regency. Soil samples taken from former soil of fired forest and unfire forest at a dept 0 – 20 cm around rhizosfir. Soil analysis carried out in Research and Technology of University of North Sumatera along with isolation and identification phosphates solubilizing fungi at the Laboratory Soil Biology Agroekoteknologi Studies Program Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatera. The result showed that there were similitary and differences phosphates solubilizing fungi in former soil of fired forest and unfire forest. Perancangan Sistem Pengolahan Data Jemaat Berbasis Web pada Gereja Gkpi Kota Jambi

The data processing systems is a very necessary way to manipulate a data into useful information. The system makes data storage, adding, changing, scheduling to reporting well integrated, so that it can help parts to exchange information and make decisions quickly. The problems faced by GKPI Pal Merah Jambi are currently still using Microsoft Office Word and in disseminating information such as worship schedules, church activities and other worship routines through paper and wall-based worship services. To print worship and report reports requires substantial operational funds, in addition to data collection and storage there are still deficiencies including recording data on the book, difficulty in processing large amounts of data and stored in only one special place that is passive. Based on the above problems, the author is interested in conducting research with the title Designing Data Processing Systems for Web-Based Churches in the GKPI Pal Merah Church in Jambi. The purpose of this study is to design and produce a data processing system for the church. Using this system can facilitate data processing in the GKPI Pal Merah Jambi Church. This study uses a waterfall development method, a method that provides a systematic and sequential approach to system needs analysis, design, implementation and unit testing, system testing and care. Experimental and theoretical investigation of the structural, chemical, electronic, and high frequency dielectric properties of barium cadmium tantalate-based ceramics

Single-phase Ba(Cd1/3Ta2/3)O-3 powder was produced using conventional solid state reaction methods. Ba(Cd1/3Ta2/3)O-3 ceramics with 2 wt % ZnO as sintering additive sintered at 1550 degreesC exhibited a dielectric constant of similar to32 and loss tangent of 5x10(-5) at 2 GHz. X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric measurements were used to characterize the structural and thermodynamic properties of the material. Ab initio electronic structure calculations were used to give insight into the unusual properties of Ba(Cd1/3Ta2/3)O-3, as well as a similar and more widely used material Ba(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O-3. While both compounds have a hexagonal Bravais lattice, the P321 space group of Ba(Cd1/3Ta2/3)O-3 is reduced from P (3) under bar m1 of Ba(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O-3 as a result of a distortion of oxygen away from the symmetric position between the Ta and Cd ions. Both of the compounds have a conduction band minimum and valence band maximum composed of mostly weakly itinerant Ta 5d and Zn 3d/Cd 4d levels, respectively. The covalent nature of the directional d-electron bonding in these high-Z oxides plays an important role in producing a more rigid lattice with higher melting points and enhanced phonon energies, and is suggested to play an important role in producing materials with a high dielectric constant and low microwave loss. What is the Scaphoid View ?

Introduction.More than 60% of wrist injuries are associated with scaphoid bone fractures in young active people. Scaphoid fracture difficult to diagnose on initial radiography due to unique and complex structures of scaphoid bone, its overlapping position between other carpals bone and still no general consensus about how and which radiographic view should be taken for better expose. This let scaphoid fracture into potential complication such as non-union, delayed union, decrease of wrist joint motion, osteoarthritis of radiocarpal joint and avascular necrosis. Materials and Methods.Serial initial projection of radiograph was investigated to get the better view of scaphoid bone. Postero-anterior projection within wrist joint in extension 10°, 15°, and 20° with maximum ulnar deviation using wrist joint frame was found making the scaphoid clearer. The database was compared to get the ideal view of scaphoid. Extension and ulnar deviation were performed due to flexed position of scaphoid anatomically in neutral wrist joint position. Results. Good exposure of scaphoid is got from performing radiographic examination of wrist joint 10° extended with maximum ulnar deviation position, in a total of 60 right and left wrist joint samples of young active men and women. Conclusions.Ten degrees extension with ulnar deviation wrist joint position can be proposed to be one of standard scaphoid view on plain radiography. It is useful to assess suspicious or occult scaphoid fracture, besides neutral posteroanterior, lateral and oblique view

Pengaruh Biaya Operasional, Biaya Produksi, Dan Penjualan Terhadap Laba Bersih Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Dasar Industri Dan Kimia Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2019

Besar kecilnya biaya produksi, biaya operasional dan penjualan tentunya sangat penting dalam suatu Perusahaan karena dengan meningkat atau menurunnya biaya produksi, biaya operasional maupun penjualan suatu Perusahaan akan sangat mempengaruhi laba bersih yang akan dihasilkan suatu Perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur sektor dasar industri dan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 23 Perusahaan dari total populasi sebanyak 75 Perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan Perusahaan yang diperoleh dari website: www.idx.co.id. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah secara simultan biaya operasional, biaya produksi, dan penjualan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap laba bersih; secara parsial biaya operasional dan produksi berpengaruh siginifikan terhadap laba bersih, sedangkan penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih
