INFLUENCE OF QUALITY OF THE GOODS ON SATISFACTIONS OF CONSUMERS
In process of work the problems are set and solved. There are problems of social welfare research inconditions of nonhomogeneity of objects and subjects of management, of revealing and substantiating insuperabledifficulties in rising of social welfare by approaches, worked out before. Also there developed a new directionin implementation of the most important aim of any socially-oriented econom
Numerical simulation of gas discharge CO 2 lasers with conic tubes
The results of numerical simulation for fast-axial-flow gas discharge CO 2 lasers are presented. Quasi-one-dimensional consideration of the processes for powerful CO 2 lasers with conic discharge tubes shows that laser operation may be more effective in the case of tubes which are narrowed down from anode to cathode provided that gas flow is directed towards the cathode. On the contrary, when tube is narrowed down from cathode to anode, no any advantage in the laser operation may be received. The calculated quantities are in satisfactory agreement with the available experimental data
Socio-economic development of the region and its historical and cultural heritage
Current trends of protection and use of history and culture monuments testify to increasing attention to studying of historical and cultural heritage. The special attention is drawn by idea of formation of protected historical and cultural territories which can become historical cities, farmstead and monastic complexes, fields of historical battles, historical ways and roads, historical production territories and so forth. Such territories are already created in the shape of either memorial estates, or other spatial formations, including even specific administrative and territorial units. In some cases their activity is capable to define future economic specialization of the region, prospect of its social and economic development. In this work questions of the European-Russian cooperation on development of monuments of cultural and historical heritage and their promoting among the population for the purpose of spiritual and material development of society are made actual
GLOBAL TRENDS IN HIGHER EDUCATION
The sphere of education is undergoing today a stage of serious transformation due to the internal features of the existing system, and moreover, due to external factors, the number and significance of which cannot be left unnoticed. The development of technologies in all spheres of life leads to the transformation of teaching methods and approaches, makes us think about what people engaged in higher education should do in order to ensure high quality educational services, their accessibility, flexibility and relevance. This article is a study of trends affecting the higher education system, especially in Russia. We came to the conclusion that the most significant environmental aspects for the universities are as follows: globalization aspects, digital economy and information technology, knowledge economy, Industry 4.0., mass of higher education, concept of lifelong learning, financing features of the universities, advanced teaching methods and individual development path. We believe that the future competitiveness of universities depends entirely on how successful the current stage will be and whether it will be able to fully meet the challenges of modern world
Numerical simulation of electroionisation and electric-discharge gas flow CO lasers
An effecient method is developed for numerical investigation of gas flow electric-discharge and electroionisation CO lasers. The model includes a set of vibrational kinetic equations, the equation for the electron energy distribution function, and radiative gas-dynamics equations. The proposed method is based on the splitting of the system of equations into several subsystems corresponding to different physical processes (splitting method). Populations of vibrational levels, the gains, the emission line intensities, the output power, and the efficiency of CO lasers are calculated and compared with the experimental data
Magnetic fields of low-mass main sequences stars: Nonlinear dynamo theory and mean-field numerical simulations
Our theoretical and numerical analysis have suggested that for low-mass main
sequences stars (of the spectral classes from M5 to G0) rotating much faster
than the sun, the generated large-scale magnetic field is caused by the
mean-field dynamo, whereby the dynamo is modified
by a weak differential rotation. Even for a weak differential rotation, the
behaviour of the magnetic activity is changed drastically from aperiodic regime
to nonlinear oscillations and appearance of a chaotic behaviour with increase
of the differential rotation. Periods of the magnetic cycles decrease with
increase of the differential rotation, and they vary from tens to thousand
years. This long-term behaviour of the magnetic cycles may be related to the
characteristic time of the evolution of the magnetic helicity density of the
small-scale field. The performed analysis is based on the mean-field numerical
simulations of the and dynamos and a developed
nonlinear theory of dynamo.Comment: 13 page
