In process of work the problems are set and solved. There are problems of social welfare research inconditions of nonhomogeneity of objects and subjects of management, of revealing and substantiating insuperabledifficulties in rising of social welfare by approaches, worked out before. Also there developed a new directionin implementation of the most important aim of any socially-oriented econom

Current trends of protection and use of history and culture monuments testify to increasing attention to studying of historical and cultural heritage. The special attention is drawn by idea of formation of protected historical and cultural territories which can become historical cities, farmstead and monastic complexes, fields of historical battles, historical ways and roads, historical production territories and so forth. Such territories are already created in the shape of either memorial estates, or other spatial formations, including even specific administrative and territorial units. In some cases their activity is capable to define future economic specialization of the region, prospect of its social and economic development. In this work questions of the European-Russian cooperation on development of monuments of cultural and historical heritage and their promoting among the population for the purpose of spiritual and material development of society are made actual

Magnetic fields of low-mass main sequences stars: Nonlinear dynamo theory and mean-field numerical simulations

Our theoretical and numerical analysis have suggested that for low-mass main sequences stars (of the spectral classes from M5 to G0) rotating much faster than the sun, the generated large-scale magnetic field is caused by the mean-field α2Ω\alpha^2\Omega dynamo, whereby the α2\alpha^2 dynamo is modified by a weak differential rotation. Even for a weak differential rotation, the behaviour of the magnetic activity is changed drastically from aperiodic regime to nonlinear oscillations and appearance of a chaotic behaviour with increase of the differential rotation. Periods of the magnetic cycles decrease with increase of the differential rotation, and they vary from tens to thousand years. This long-term behaviour of the magnetic cycles may be related to the characteristic time of the evolution of the magnetic helicity density of the small-scale field. The performed analysis is based on the mean-field numerical simulations of the α2Ω\alpha^2\Omega and α2\alpha^2 dynamos and a developed nonlinear theory of α2\alpha^2 dynamo.Comment: 13 page

Aspects of a multi-level study of competitive performance of objects and subjects of economic management

This article discusses the questions of analysis and evaluation of competitive performance at different levels of the economic system. It substantiates the separation of a micro-level study of competitive performance of objects and subjects of economic management. It introduces a new product level. Great attention is given to formalization of the competitive performance indicator for objects and subjects at the product, micro-, meso- and macro-levels. It is shown that competitive performance of products and services is studied at the product level, competitive performance of companies and enterprises is studied at the micro-level, competitive performance of industry sectors, various company associations, etc. is studied at the meso-level and competitive performance of national economies, countries, regions, etc. is studied at the macro-level. © IDOSI Publications, 2013

The Concept of Development of Monitoring Systems and Management of Intelligent Technical Complexes

    Get PDF
Conceptual approaches to improving the system of monitoring and managing the functional capabilities of intelligent technical complexes of buildings and transport and technological machines of mining enterprises are defined. Criteria are proposed for the efficiency of functioning of automatic systems for controlling the movement of transport-technological machines, taking into account the probabilistic nature of system-forming factors. The scheme of scientific and methodological research on the improvement of automation systems and traffic control in the automotive transport is presented. The perspective directions of the formation of control functions for the movement of vehicles based on the use of intelligent automated systems are substantiated. The stages of the life cycle of technical systems for monitoring the movement of vehicles, taking into account the features of their operation. A technique has been developed for the optimal use of technical means of control in the field of providing control and supervisory functions in the operation of vehicles, and the dependence of determining the financial costs of maintaining their efficiency has been determined

Experience in the control of nematodirosis of calves on the Ivanovo Region farms and the economic justification of anthelmintics

The purpose of the research is to evaluate the anthelmintic efficacy against gastrointestinal Strongylata infections of cattle and to give an economic justification for their use in Yaroslavl calves.Materials and methods. The studies were performed on the Ivanovo Region farms in 2018–2020. To determine the helminth infection in cattle, 604 animals undergone a coprological survey. The faeces were examined by the Fülleborn and Berman- Orlov methods. To determine the therapeutic efficacy of anthelmintics, 4 groups of animals spontaneously infected with Nematodirus sp. were formed. The first group of calves was dewormed with a drug containing 20% albendazole. The second group of animals received a drug containing eprinomectin, and the third, a combined anthelmintic containing praziquantel and ivermectin. The fourth group of calves was dewormed with an ivermectin containing drug. Results and discussion. On the Ivanovo Region farms, nematodirosis was recorded in the calves aged 6–12 months; the infection prevalence was 75.3% with an average intensity of 31.04±0.77 egg specimens in 1 g of faeces. The diets for calves on all of the farms were approximately the same; the average daily weight gain of the calves was 251.10±0.54 g. Drugs with the active substance of 20 % albendazole, eprinomectin, praziquantel + ivermectin, and ivermectin showed 100% extenseeffectiveness and intense-effectiveness. The release of the calves from Nematodirus spp. allowed to increase the average daily gain in the body weight of the Yaroslavl calves to 650±0.40 g. The applied anthelmintics showed an economic efficacy of RUB 12.7-13.1 for RUB 1 of costs
