This paper deals with the works of Tatar writers and poets of the twentieth century in the context of the dialogue of cultures and literatures of the peoples of Russia. Based on the analysis of scientific publications of modern literary scholars the main trends are identified in the study of Tatar literature in the context of the dialogue of cultures. The study of Tatar literature in the context of interliterary relations is relevant because it allows defining a national-specific features at comparative analysis of the works of foreign writers and writers of the peoples of Russia. The modern Tatar literature is in the development now, in active artistic search, aimed at more full reflection of modern reality. At the same time, it has the successive relations with previous literature. Tatar writers artistically comprehend the history of the Tatar people (historical novels by N. Fattakh, M. Habibullin, V. Imamov, poems by R. Kharis, A. Rashit). The modern Tatar literature actively cooperates with Russian literature and literature of the peoples of Russia, especially with the literature of the peoples of the Volga region, making thereby a significant contribution to the all-Russian literary process. For example, the novels and stories by the Tatar writers F. Sadriev, F. Safin, A. Ghaffar, A. Bayanov, R. Karami, N. Gimatdinova, G. Gilmanov, M. Malikova are devoted to understanding of the critical and controversial issues of modern society

Aim. To assess non-invasive parameters of left ventricular (LV) myocardial work in patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (CHrEF) and iron deficiency (ID) after ferric carboxymaltose (FCM) therapy.Material and methods. There were following inclusion criteria: LV ejection fraction (EF) ≤40%; body >70 kg, receiving best medical therapy (BMT) in recommended doses in accordance with the guidelines of the European Society of Cardiology and the Russian Society of Cardiology. Median age was 67±11,7 years (men, 83%), while median LVEF and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide was 29% and 315 ng/ml, respectively. Patients were randomized by the envelope method. The first group consisted of 19 patients who received therapy with intravenous FCM 1500 mg in 2 injections with an interval of one week between injections in addition to BMT. The control group consisted of 16 patients who received BMT without FCM. All patients underwent a standard echocardiography, and non-invasive LV myocardial work was assessed immediately before inclusion in the study and after 3 months.Results. In the first group of patients receiving FCM therapy, an increase in LVEF (29,1±10,3 vs 35,4±11,1; p=0,001), mitral annular plane systolic excursion (1,2 (1;1,6 ) vs 1,5 (1,3;1,9), p=0,001), LV global longitudinal strain (-7 (-5;-8) vs -8 (-6;-11), p=0,007) and non-invasive indicators of myocardial work (global work index (826±314 vs 1041±354), p=0,0001; global constructive work (1173±388 vs 1435±405), p=0,0001; global work efficiency (85 (82;87) vs 86 (82;88), p=0,017)). There were no significant changes in the studied parameters in the BMT group.Conclusion. Patients with HFrEF and ID treated with FCM showed a significant increase in LV systolic function, including non-invasive myocardial work parameters, compared with the control group

OPTIMAL CONTROL OF THE ALKYLATION PROCESS REACTORS

    Get PDF
Recent studies show that one of the most important issues of static optimization of structurally complex non-stationary technological processes is the development of appropriate methods for problem decomposition. The issue of optimization of non-stationary alkylation processes and ways to solve the problems arising in this regard has been investigated in this paper. It is known that there are several ways to increase the economic efficiency of control systems for petrochemical technological processes. It includes checking of instruments and regulators, identify improvements in the control and monitor of performance, etc. One of the main ways to increase the efficiency of control systems for technological processes which depend on current conditions is to develop models and algorithms that allow control these processes in more optimal modes compared to current ones. In this regard, the presented article is relevant as it is dedicated to the development of optimal control algorithms for multistage petrochemical technological processes consisting of series-connected non-stationary technological devices

Analysis of options for reducing the duration of simultaneous operations in plastic surgery

    Get PDF
The main problem of simultaneous operations is their duration, which, as a rule, is more than 4 hours, which exceeds the allowable time and often causes complications in the postoperative period. Aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of simultaneous operations performed by two surgical teams simultaneously. Material and methods. The object of the study was 24 patients aged 25 to 55 years, who simultaneously underwent classical abdominoplasty with navel transposition and anchor breast lift on implants by one and two surgical teams. The evaluation and comparison of the duration of surgical interventions according to the data of anesthesia charts have been carried out. Further, the assessment of the condition of patients before surgery and for 1 day in the postoperative period was carried out using the questionnaire for assessing the quality of recovery after anesthesia (QOR-40, quality of recovery 40-item questionnaire). Results and discussion. Performing abdominoplasty simultaneously with the correction of the shape and volume of the mammary glands by two surgical teams simultaneously reduces the duration of the intervention by 27 % on average, and therefore the quality of recovery of patients in the postoperative period is signifcantly higher. Prolonged exposure to general anesthesia and other potentially dangerous intraoperative conditions (for example, blood loss, hypotension, hypothermia, infections) interfere with the maintenance of physiological homeostasis by the body. And, therefore, reducing the time of surgery is important to reduce the frequency of complications. In order to minimize the operation time in combined cases of abdominoplasty and breast plastic surgery, it is logical to involve two operating teams at the same time, which reduces the total operating time to 3 hours. Conclusions. Today one of the main methods of solving problems associated with the duration of complex simultaneous operations is the simultaneous coordinated work of two surgical teams to minimize the duration of intervention and reduce postoperative complications
