Descriptive analysis of 179 German reports of melanoma reported to an adverse drug reaction database as a drug-related adverse effect, and comparison with melanoma cases contained in German cancer registries

Background: Malignant melanoma (MM) is one of the most aggressive forms of skin cancer. The occurrence of MM associated with drug therapy has been described in the literature. However, there is no analysis of a substantial number of validated reports of drug-associated MM. Aim: To analyse a substantial number of validated spontaneous reports of drug-associated MM with regard to the suspected drug and the reported characteristics, and to compare these analyses with those of MM cases occurring in the general population in Germany. Methods: Spontaneous reports of MM associated with drug therapy in Germany were identified in a large adverse drug reaction database (EudraVigilance). These results were then compared with analyses of MMs in the pooled data from a population-based German cancer registry. Results: The 10 most frequently suspected drugs in the MM reports all target the immune system, with 7 of these being immunosuppressants. The median time to onset to MM diagnosis was 2.0 years. Patients with drug-associated MM were 11 years (median) younger than patients with MM in the cancer registry, and this age difference was greater for female than for male patients. Conclusions: Our results emphasize the importance of regular dermatological examinations of patients being treated with immunosuppressants. Physicians should be aware that in these patients, MM might be detected at younger ages and even within 2 years after initiating therapy.Peer Reviewe

Патентная система как метод налогового регулирования малого бизнеса

В современной рыночной экономике малый бизнес играет важную роль. Но существование малого бизнеса практически невозможно без активной поддержки со стороны государства, которая должна заключаться в разработке различных программ содействия малому бизнесу, в том числе формирование льготной налоговой политики, направленной на стимулирование его развития. В настоящей работе дана характеристика новой патентной системы налогообложения, введенной в действие с 2013 г., проанализированы ее основные отличия от действующих специальных налоговых режимов. Сделан вывод о том, что новая патентная система как метод налогового регулирования малого бизнеса требует существенной доработки

Анализ колебательно-вращательного спектра высокого разрешения полос v4, v6, v7, v8, v10 молекулы C2H3D

Данное исследование посвящено анализу энергетической структуры взаимодействующих фундаментальных состояний (v10=1, A?), (v7=1, A??), (v8=1, A??), (v4=1, A??), (v6=1, A?) молекулы C2H3D, что с одной стороны позволяет моделировать положения спектральных линий данного изотополога, с другой - несет информацию о структурных параметрах и внутренней динамике молекулы. В конечном итоге найденные собственные значения и функции гамильтониана для исследованных состояний позволят рассчитать дипольные характеристики молекулы C2H3D, необходимые для определения компонентного состава и макропараметров газовых смесей: концентрации, температуры, давления.This study is devoted to the analysis of the energy structure of interacting fundamental states (v10 = 1, A?), (v7 = 1, A??), (v8 = 1, A??), (v4 = 1, A??), (v6 = 1, A?) of the C2H3D molecule, which, on the one hand, makes it possible to simulate the positions of the spectral lines of a given isotopologue, on the other hand, it carries information about the structural parameters and the internal dynamics of the molecule. Ultimately, the found eigenvalues ??and eigenfunctions of the Hamiltonian for the studied states will allow us to calculate the dipole characteristics of the C2H3D molecule, which are necessary for determining the component composition and macroparameters of gas mixtures: concentration, temperature, pressure
