There are several views on the problems of people with disabilities, called 'models', but they address issues not so much of interaction as of different perspectives on attitudes towards people themselves and rather on perceptions of disability. However, none of them considers human interaction as a subject with a specific object. Изследването представя някои известни личности с увреждане. Техните постижения са пример как дори в неблагоприятни условия борбеността може да преодолее поставяните от физическото състояние бариери. Успех и признание в дадена област може да се постигне независимо от ограниченията. Проучванията провокират разработване на методика и инструментариум за акумулиране на биографичните данни и допълнителни материали за съхранение на информацията в облачното пространство. Данните се обработват и анализират от перспективата на ролята на увреждането в живота на проучените личности. Предвижда се методиката, инструментариумът и дигиталният архив да се интегрират в социално ориентирана цифрова екосистема за достъпност.The study presents some celebrities with disabilities. Their achievements are an example of how, even in unfavorable conditions, combativeness can overcome the barriers posed by physical condition. Success and recognition in a field can be achieved regardless of limitations. The studies provoke the development of methodologies and tools for the accumulation of biographical data and additional materials for storing information in the cloud. The data are processed and analyzed from the perspective of the role of disability in the lives of the studied individuals. Аспекти на вътрешната мотивация като фактори на достъпността в приобщаващото "STEAM" образование

The paper presents the current development of the proposed by the authors approach to defining digital and e-learning accessibility for effective pedagogical rehabilitation of learners with special learning needs. A novel aspect – intrinsic accessibility – is proposed as complementary to the previously identified extrinsic aspects of accessibility – institutional, informational and cultural. The intrinsic aspects of accessibility – lack of skills, knowledge, or motivation – influence the process of pedagogical rehabilitation of children with special learning needs. Two different pedagogical scenarios implementing educational robots are discussed in a STEAM context.Изказваме своята благодарност към екипа на МЦ „Деца с проблеми в развитието” гр. Дигитална достъпност за хора със специални потребности: проучване, методология, анализ на достъпност

Разработката представя основна част от работата на екипа от учени по проект №КП-06-Н42/4 към ФНИ за проучване и подобряване на онлайн достъпността за хора с увреждания. Изследването цели да подпомогне достъпността за хората със силно или напълно изгубено зрение, както и разбирането на проблемите, с които те се сблъскват, и начините за преодоляването им, така че да може да се систематизират и изградят ефективни похвати, критерии и методология за анализ, оценка и подобряване на дигиталното представяне на информация. Предложени са методология и критерии за анализ и тестване, приложени на над 100 сайта и документи, развивани и подобрявани по време на проекта. Разгледани и тествани са и софтуери. Представени са и примери за подобряване на дигиталното представяне на информация онлайн към хора с нарушено зрение, включително сайт с достъпност и QR кодове, обучителен сайт и система със подходящо дигитално представяне и кодиране на информацията.The paper presents a major part of the research work of a team of scientists under project No. KP-06-Н42/4, funded by the National Institute for Scientific Research, concerning the analysis, evaluation, and improvement of digital accessibility for people with disabilities. The research aims to support accessibility for people with severe or total vision loss, as well as understanding the problems they face, and the ways to overcome them. This includes offering a methodology for assessment, analysis and evaluation of accessibility tested on more than 100 sites and documents. Software programmes were also reviewed for accessibility. The paper also includes examples offering more adequate digital presentations of information to people with disabilities. Research, analysis, and evaluation of web accessibility for a selected group of public websites in Bulgaria

This article discusses the accessibility of public information on the Internet by people with disabilities, and in particular people with visual deficits. Web accessibility standards, content and basic principles have been considered. A survey on the accessibility of public websites in the Republic of Bulgaria was conducted. Information on the group that conducted the study is given, the purpose of the study, the methodology of the study is described. The surveys were conducted on 100 public administration sites, which are divided into 5 groups. The results of the study are presented. Conclusions were made for the accessibility of information in the public sphere of the Republic of Bulgaria. In recent months accessibility of these sites has been re-evaluated. The results show that not enough is being done to achieve accessibility while maintaining public administration websites in Bulgaria. Despite the overall increase in web accessibility of the sites being tested, there is still much work to be done on this.A statistical analysis of the different groups of public sites was conducted, and the group in which the accessibility was the best was examined.Тhe conclusion is that the accessibility of the websites of the public administration in the Republic of Bulgaria is not at the necessary level of accessibility, which does not allow the users with visual disability to access these sites easily. It is, therefore, necessary for the public administration and web application developers to implement the accessibility guidelines proposed in the standards and improve the accessibility of these websites. Digital Accessibility for People with Special Needs: Conceptual Models and Innovative Ecosystems

Digital technologies in present day interconnect globally, providing a dynamic environment to support the educational needs of any learner within a novel technological ecosystem. The paper discusses the identified aspects of providing relevant digital accessibility to learners with various needs by this ecosystem, such as sensor support, knowledge provision from a variety of digital and non-digital repositories, and support to the motivation of the learner to acquire better knowledge in the classroom, museum, or in rehabilitation. A novel tool for assessment of such technological ecosystems, called Accessibility Barometer, is described.</p
