Factors Affecting the Intention to Use Electronic Banking Services Via Mobile Phone in Iraq and Solutions to Improve Them

أدى تطور الحاصل في القطاع المصرفي إلى زيادة المنافسة في تقديم  خدمات مصرفية الالكترونية مميزة للعملاء دفع المصارف الى استكشاف العوامل المؤثرة في نية العملاء لاستخدام الخدمات المصرفية الالكترونية عبر الهاتف المحمول في في البنوك العراقية وتقديم حلول للمشاكل التي تعاني منها المصارف العراقية. حيث تمثلت مشكلة البحث بقلة استخدام الخدمات المصرفية عبر الهاتف رغم توفرها على مدار 24 ساعة لذلك تنبع أهمية البحث من دراسة تأثير الخدمات المصرفية الإلكترونية للبنوك العراقية عبر الهاتف وأثرها على نية استخدام  العملاء . استند البحث على فرضية أساسية مفادها أن أمن الخدمات المصرفية عبر الهاتف المحمول يؤثر بشكل كبير على نية استخدام العملاء، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث مثل مجتمع البحث جميع مستخدمي الخدمات المصرفية الالكترونية للبنوك ( الرافدين – الرشيد–التجاري) حيث تم سحبة عينة  عنقودية تكون من (120) عميل . استخدم الباحث استمارة استبيان  مكونة (30) فقرة حيث تم استطلاع آراء عملاء البنوك حول ما يتلقونه بالفعل من الخدمات المصرفية عبر الهاتف المحمول. وكذلك استخدم برنامج  spss  لقد أجرى اختبارات T- test و Anova لبيان أثر العوامل الديموغرافية  وتحليل  الانحراف المعياري والمتوسط الحسابي . ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث أن هناك تأثيرًا للمتغيرات الديموغرافية على استخدام الخدمات المصرفية عبر الهاتف المحمول،  ان استخدام هذه الخدمة يقلل من تكاليف النقل هي أعلى فقرة في المتوسط ​​(4.03) و انحراف   (0.90) ، مما يعني وجود اتفاق على الاستخدام  تسهل الخدمة في تنفيذ المهام المصرفية وتقلل من التكاليف التي يتكبدها العميل .The development of the situation in the banking sector led to an increase in competition in providing distinguished electronic banking services to customers, which prompted banks to explore the factors influencing customers' intention to use electronic banking services through mobile phones in Iraqi banks and to provide solutions thereto. The problems that Iraqi banks suffer from. Where the research problem was represented in the lack of use of telephone banking services, although they are available 24 hours a day. Therefore, the importance of the research stems from studying the impact of electronic banking services of Iraqi banks over the phone and its impact on the intention to use customers. The research relied on a basic hypothesis that the security of mobile banking services greatly affects the customers' intention to use them. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach, where the research community represented all users of electronic banking services for banks (Ravidian - Al-Rashid Commercial), where a cluster sample was drawn Consisting of (120) clients. The researcher used a questionnaire form consisting of (30) items, in which the opinions of bank customers were surveyed about what they actually receive from mobile banking services. He also used SPSS. He performed T and Anova tests to show the influence of demographic factors, and analyzed the standard deviation and the arithmetic mean. Among the most important findings of the researcher is that there is an effect of demographic variables on the use of mobile banking services, and that the use of this service reduces transportation costs, and the highest component is the mean (4.03) and the deviation (0.90), which means that there is an agreement to use the service that facilitates In carrying out banking tasks and reduces the costs incurred by the custome

The Role of Electronic Management in Increasing productivity an Applied study in Hilla Textile Factory

أزدادت أهمية الادارة الالكترونية كأداة فعالة لزيادة الانتاجية في مختلف القطاعات الانتاجية نظرا للتطورات التي حدث على تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات ودخولها في مختلف مجالات الحياة لذلك سنوضح الحاجة الماسة لدور الادارة الالكترونية في القطاعات الانتاجية لان الشركات الانتاجية تتأثر بالبيئة الخارجية .لقد احتوى البحث على السؤال الاصلي والفرعي وثلاثة فرضيات لاثبتها في البحث وعلاقتها بزيادة الانتاجية في معمل نسيج الحلة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لأثبات الفروض. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بتصميم استمارة استبيان لموظفي العاملين بالمعمل المبحوث وتم أختيارهم بصورة عشوائية وقد اشتملت الاستبانة على (32 فقرة) للحصول على المعلومات الاولية لعينه الدراسة المكونة من (340) موظفاً من أصل حجم العينة (1425) موظفاً ولقد جرى جمع وتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام الاساليب الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS استخدمت العديد من الاساليب الاحصائية لتحقيق الاهداف  المرجوة الدراسة ومنها معامل ثبات باستخدام معامل ألفا كرنوباخ لعبارات الاستبانة، التكرارات، والنسب المئوية وبعد أجراء عملية التحليل لبيانات الدراسة وفرضياتها توصلت الدراسة الى النتائج يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للإدارة الالكترونية لنقص الكوادر المتخصصة في الانتاج على زيادة الانتاجية عند مستوى دلالة   .يوجد أثر ذو دلالة أحصائية للإدارة الالكترونية لدور الادارة العليا في تطبيق عمليات التطوير بالتعاون مع ادارة البحث والتطوير الموجودة بالمعمل المبحوث عند مستوى دلالة. يوجد أثر ذو دلالة أحصائية للإدارة الالكترونية لمتغير رضا العاملين عن مستوى الخدمات التي يقدمها المعمل للسوق عند مستوى دلالة   .The  importance of electronic  management has increased  as effective tool to increase productivity in various productive sectors due to development in information technology communication and entry into various fields of life therefore we will clarify the need for the role of electronic management in the productive sectors because productive companies are productive affected by the external environment  the research contained the original and sun-question and three hypotheses to prove it in the research and its relationship to increasing productivity at the Hilla textile factory is the use of the curriculum descriptive analytical to prove hypothesis to achieve the objectives of the researcher designed a questionnaire form for the employees of the lab workers. They were randomly selected. The questionnaire included 32 items to collect the initial information from the sample of 340 employees out of the total sample size of 1425 employees and the testing of hypotheses using the statistical methods of social sciences SPSS has been used many statistical methods to achieve the objectives of the study, including coefficient of stability using the Alpha-Karnobakh coefficient of the terms of resolution, frequencies, percentages and averages and standard deviations and analysis ascertain the hypotheses of the study and the study reached. There is statistically significant effect of the electronic management on the variable the lack of specialized cadres in production to increase productivity at the level of significance of. α ≤ 0.05. There is statistically significant effect of the electronic management on the variable the role of senior management in the application of development processes when increasing the output at the level of significance of. α ≤ 0.05 . There is a statistically significant effect of the electronic management on the variable Satisfaction of employees with the level of services of significance of α ≤ 0.05

Optical Properties of (PVA-CrCl2) Composites

The purpose of this  paper, study the  effect of  addition Krum chloride on optical properties of polyvinyl-alcohol . The composites prepare by casting technique with different weight percentages of CrCl2 are (0,1,2,3). Results showed that the absorbance increases with increase the concentration of  CrCl2, absorption coefficient, extinction coefficient, refractive index and real and imaginary parts of dielectric constants are increasing with increase CrCl2 concentration. keywords: Polyvinyl alcohol, Optical Properties, Composites.

Characterization of Electrical Properties of (PVA-LiF) Composites

Composites consisting of poly-vinyl alcohol as matrix and lithium fluoride as a filler has been investigated with different percentages of lithium fluoride are (0,5,10, and 15) wt.%.  The electrical conductivity of composite has been studied at different temperature. The results showed that the D.C electrical conductivity increases with increasing the lithium fluoride concentrations and temperature. A comparative study between type 1 & type 2 diabetes mellitus and its effect on the retina

     Diabetic retinopathy (DR) remains the leading cause of vision loss and blindness in people of working age, in spite of the fact that current treatments are effective. Vision loss occurs in DR due to the development of maculopathy, especially diabetic macular edema, and due to proliferative diabetic retinopathy. Vision loss due to DR is preventable with the appropriate monitoring and timely treatment. Improved patient and health professional, education to encourage tight control of blood glucose and other systemic factors, and the establishment of readily available and appropriately timed eye examinations are necessary steps to further reduce visual impairment of people with diabetes. Material & Method: In this work, the tests that we perform on diabetics will be described to see the effect of the disease on the retina. We also described the disease in a simplified manner. We conducted our tests on 40 patients suffering from retinal problems due to diabetes of all kinds. Results: There were patients with DM type I ,type II more occurring in age (>50years ) and in type II more in male than female. Also there was significant different between DM types and gender group (P< 0.05).&nbsp
