    Hubach and Drenkhan filed this report on a tip regarding the murder. A woman from Lakewood, Ohio called and advised police that a strange acting man lived on her street. Hubach and Drenkhan identified this man and interviewed him. He stated that he was in Lakewood that night and did not own a car. They then interviewed his landlady, who stated that he was an ideal roomer. She did not know his whereabouts at the time of the murder
