    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dividen, profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, risiko bisnis dan pajak terhadap struktur modal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi pertimbangan dalam membuat keputusan terhadap kebijakan keuangan agar dapat memaksimumkan nilai peruahaan. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2009-2012 khusus pada Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi dan Sektor Properti dan Real Estate. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 34 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2009-2012 khusus pada Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi dan Sektor Properti dan Real Estate dengan purposive sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa deviden berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi, property dan real estate yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2009-2012, sehingga H1 diterima. Profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi, property dan real estate yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2009-2012, sehingga H2 diterima. Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi, property dan real estate yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2009-2012, sehingga H3 ditolak. Risiko bisnis tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi, property dan real estate yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2009-2012, sehingga H4 ditolak.     The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine how much influence and work environment on the leadership, motivation, and work environment to employees performance of PT. TASPEN (Persero) Branch of Surakarta and obtain a description and an explanation of leadership, motivation, and the environment in the company. Based on the results of the study are expected to provide inputs and information for companies that are used as consideration in an effort to increase or develop leadership, motivation, and work environment on employee performance in the future. The sample used in this study were 30 respondents. The technique used in this study was Validity using the corrected item-total correlation, Test reliability with Cronbach's alpha, Classical Assumption Test to normality with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Multicolinearity, and Heteroskidastity, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t test, Test f, and the coefficient of determination. Samples taken by proporsive sampling is a sampling technique that is taken by destination. The results in this study is the t-test all variables in this study separately have a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. TASPEN (Persero) Branch of Surakarta. In Test F simultaneously and together variable Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment significant effect on employee performance. While the coefficient of determination (R2) contributing variables can explain the variable Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment at 73.9% and the rest influence other factors of 26,1% ( 100% - 73,9%

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel itikad nasabah terhadap kredit macet BMT Dinar Barokah di Karanganyar (2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel perencanaan terhadap kredit macet BMT Dinar Barokah di Karanganyar (3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel musibah terhadap kredit macet BMT Dinar Barokah di Karanganyar (4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel kebijakan pemerintah terhadap kredit macet BMT Dinar Barokah di Karanganyar (5) Untuk menganalisis variabel kebijakan pemerintah paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kredit macet BMT Dinar Barokah di Karanganyar. Sampel penelitian yaitu sebanyak 60 nasabah yaitu 15% dari total populasi 400 nasabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive random sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Variabel itikad nasabah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kredit macet di KJKS Dinar Barokah Unit Syariah. (2) Variabel perencanaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kredit macet di KJKS Dinar Barokah Unit Syariah. (3) Variabel musibah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kredit macet di KJKS Dinar Barokah Unit Syariah.     This research of the study to analyze the leadership partially on the performance of employees of PT. PLN Persero in Surakarta. PLN Persero in Surakarta. In this study the population used is all PT. PLN Persero Surakarta and sample used in this research is 100 employees (respondents) PT. PLN Persero Surakarta. Based on the results of research leadership leadership variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Experience variables have a significant effect on employee performance and commitment that affect employee performance. The results together with the leadership, experience and commitment alike to employee performance, so that the model in the research can be used accordingly. The result of calculation for R2 value of determinant analysis with adjusted - R2 equal to 0,508. This means that 50.8% variation in employee performance variables can be explained by leadership variables, experience and temporary commitment of 49.2% explained by other factors out side the model under study

    The aim of this research is to find out the effect of service quality which contains 5 dimensions, reliability, tangibles, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy as partial, simultaneous as far as the effect of service quality toward the satisfaction of customer in SSP restaurant (special super penyet) at Menco, Kartasura. The population of this research is all customers restaurant of special super penyet (SSP) at Menco, Kartasura. The sample which is taken around 100 respondent using Accidental Sampling technique that is the technique of determining sample based on accident, whoever accidentally meet the researcher can be used as sample if the accidental people is compatible as date source. This research uses the method of bifilar regression data analysis and test-hypothesis, test-statistic t, test-statistic F, and determination coefficient. The result of this research shows the variable of reliability significantly 0.392 > 0.05 as the result reliability effected insignificantly toward the satisfaction of customers. The variable of tangibles with significance level 0.911 > 0.05 so, tangibles effected insignificantly toward the satisfaction of customers. The variable of responsiveness with the significance level 0.092 > 0.05 therefore responsiveness effected insignificantly to the customers’ satisfaction. The variable of assurance with the level 0.068 > 0.05 so the effect of assurance is insignificantly toward the satisfaction of customers. The emphaty variable with the level 0.001< 0.05 so the emphaty effect is insignificantly. The result of the research showed that the significance 0.000 < 0.05 therefore reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, and tangible simultaneouslygave the effect of the satisfaction of customers. The point of adjusted R square is derived 0.650 or 65.0 % of customers’ satisfaction can be explained by the variable of reliability, tangibles, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty whereas 35.0 % is explained by the other variable which is not researched in this research. Samples taken in the study were 99 respondents who had been customers of Tea House Ndoro Donker Kemuning Karanganyar. The analysis method used is multiple hierarki regression analysis, validity test, and reliability test. Based on the results of the analysis found it can be explained that the direct service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction and indirectly the quality of service significantly influence customer loyalty through customer satisfaction

    Pada penelitian ini, penulis mencoba untuk meneliti mengenai analisis risiko dengan judul “Analisis Risiko Harga, Risiko Penjualan dan Risiko Pendapatan Pada Usaha Pemotongan Ayam”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis risiko harga, risiko penjualan dan risiko pendapatan yang terjadi pada usaha pemotongan ayam dan juga menganalisis penerapan manajemen risiko untuk mengatasi risiko tersebut. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan juga data sekunder. Metode analisis data menggunakan alat analisis dengan menghitung expected value, ragam (variation), simpangan baku (standard deviation), koefisien variasi (standard variation), nilai batas bawah, dan analisis deskriptif untuk menganalisis manajemen risiko yang diterapkan usaha pemotongan ayam. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ini penulis dapat menyimpulkan Coefficient Variation pada risiko harga input dan harga output sebesar 0,03 dan 0,03 dibandingkan risiko penjualan dengan nilai Coefficient Variation sebesar 0,31 serta pada risiko pendapatan dengan nilai Coefficient Variation sebesar -0,19. Nilai Coefficient Variation pada risiko penjualan besar dikarenakan intensitas pemotongan yang dilakukan perharinya banyak. Manajemen risiko yang telah dilakukan adalah penggunaan teknologi dalam proses pemotongan ayam, usaha pemotongan dilakukan setiap hari untuk mengetahui fluktuasi harga input serta memperhatikan mekanisme pasar seperti permintaan terhadap daging ayam. Dalam upaya mitigasi risiko, pengusaha pemotongan ayam memiliki usaha lain untuk menambah pendapatannya Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan sumbangsih bagi khasanah ilmu pengetahuan khususnya ekonomi dan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi.     This study aimed to analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline, and compensation for the performance of employees in SMK NEGERI 2 SALATIGA. The method used for sampling in this research using random sampling techniques, data types and sources of data used in this study use primary data obtained from the respondents' answers in the form of charging kwesioner and interviews of employees SMK NEGERI 2 SALATIGA. A total of 100 respondents were taken as the sample. From this research it is known that the style of leadership, work discipline, and compensation payments have significant influence on the performance of employees in SMK NEGERI 2 SALATIGA either partially or jointly. Compensating the most influential variables on the performance of employees is shown by the greatest results 5.586. The influence of leadership style, work discipline, and the compensation together significantly affect the performance of the employee indicated by the F test results of 43.571, while the variation of the employee's performance is explained by the variable influence of leadership style, work discipline, and the provision of compensation for while the remaining 57.7% is influenced by other variables. From the above data it can be concluded that the Compensation variable most dominant influence on the performance of employees of SMK NEGERI 2 SALATIGA

    This study aims to determine: (1) The influence of personal factors on employees' commitment to PT. Surakarta post, (2) Influence of role related to employee commitment at PT. Surakarta post, (3) The influence of work experience on employee commitment to PT. Post Surakarta, (4) The influence of personal factors on employees' commitment to PT. Surakarta post. This research is a research using quantitative approach. Data collection using questionnaire method. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people and using the sample random sampling method. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results found that:(1) personal factors have a positive effect on employee commitment of 0.243.(2) the related role positively affects the employee commitment of 0.407.(3) work experience gives a positive influence on employee commitment of 0.257. (4) cultural factor give positive effect to employee commitment equal to 0,033

    The purpose of this research is to: 1) Know the effect of product quality, price, service and promotion to consumer decision in buying Sari Roti product. 2) Knowing the quality of products, prices, services and promotions, which variables have a dominant influence on consumer decisions in buying Sari Roti products, as well as things that are considered important for consumers in these factors. The population in this study is all consumers Wardah in District Purwodadi who ever decided to buy Wardah. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique and quisioner decision to consumer wardah. The results of the initial analysis conducted indicate that the indicator used is valid to measure the variables that exist. The results of the next analysis found that of the four variables used in this study, promotion became the most dominant variable in influencing purchasing decisions with regression coefficient of 0.397 followed by product quality variables with regression coefficient of 0.318 and promotion variable with regression coefficient of 0.260. The result of analysis also shows that the three variables used in this research can explain 51,3% of variation of purchasing decision, while the remaining 48,7% is explained by other factors not used in this research.
