The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine how much
influence and work environment on the leadership, motivation, and work
environment to employees performance of PT. TASPEN (Persero) Branch of
Surakarta and obtain a description and an explanation of leadership, motivation,
and the environment in the company. Based on the results of the study are
expected to provide inputs and information for companies that are used as
consideration in an effort to increase or develop leadership, motivation, and work
environment on employee performance in the future. The sample used in this study
were 30 respondents. The technique used in this study was Validity using the
corrected item-total correlation, Test reliability with Cronbach's alpha, Classical
Assumption Test to normality with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Multicolinearity,
and Heteroskidastity, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t test, Test f, and the
coefficient of determination. Samples taken by proporsive sampling is a sampling
technique that is taken by destination.
The results in this study is the t-test all variables in this study separately
have a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. TASPEN
(Persero) Branch of Surakarta. In Test F simultaneously and together variable
Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment significant effect on employee
performance. While the coefficient of determination (R2) contributing variables
can explain the variable Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment at 73.9%
and the rest influence other factors of 26,1% ( 100% - 73,9%
