Oasindo Raya in making the decision on the process of buying and selling to be more effective and efficient, The drafting is necessary because PT. Oasindo Raya still uses the conventional way of managing its business especially in the recording process so that it becomes less effective and efficient regarding the process of buying and selling its products. A stock management information system is needed to develop the company better in its operational processes. With the design is expected to produce the information needed for decision making quickly and appropriately in order to develop the business of PT. Oasindo Raya in the future. This design applies System Development Life Cycle with 8 stages and uses the addition of Electronic Data Proccessing (EDP) that is with Software Inventory that requires hardware, software, users and database used to run well as expected.     This study aims to implement the method of controlling the supply ofmedicines at the RS.X Pgarmacy Installation in Martapura, because it is less precise inestimating the demand resulting in the purchase of excess stock. Therefore, this studyaims to know and analyze the control of drug preparations on RS.X Pharmacy Installation by applying the Economic Order Quantity method and determining thecorrect forecasting.Implementation of this inventory control using EOQ method, calculation ofOrder Frequency, Booking Interval, Safety Stock, Reorder Point, and MaximumInventory. Service Stock used is 99%. Inventory costs can be determined by calculatingthe relevant costs, such as: purchase costs, ordering costs, and storage costs.After processed and then analyzed the comparison of inventory cost calculationresults between using EOQ methodwith business entity policy. The result 8% savingsusing EOQ method

There is damaged on packaging and product which need to be repair cause by imprecise material handling. Based on this problem, relayouting and choosing the right material handling needs to be done. In the new layout design has been determined the partition of storage areas as well as additional areas. There is an increase in warehouse capacity by 120 pallets from the previous 1129 pallets to 1249 pallets. Installation of label systems can be a solution in answering the issue of tracking goods. The use of unit load such as pallets and wooden crates is a solution to the efficient loading and unloading process and reduces manual handling that may be hazardous to workers

    This study aims to analyze factors which influence risk management performance. Variables which are used, supplier orientation, supplier dependency, customer orientation, and systemic purchasing toward the risk management performance in retail book and stationary at Surabaya. This research uses quantitative approach by using multiple linear regression. The sample of the study is the retail book and stationary at Surabaya. The total sample is 91. Research finding indicates that supplier orientation and supplier dependency give significantly positive effect to risk management performance. While customer orientation and systemic purchasing aren’t significant yet they give positive effect to risk management performance
