Síndrome de Churg-Strauss - Vasculite Cutânea como Forma de Apresentação Clínica

A síndrome de Churg-Strauss (SCS) ou angeíte granulomatosa alérgica é uma doença rara caracterizada pela presença de asma, eosinofilia e vasculite dos pequenos e, por vezes, dos médios vasos. O pulmão, coração, pele e nervos periféricos são frequentemente atingidos. Os autores descrevem o caso clínico de uma doente do sexo feminino de 47 anos de idade, internada por lesões purpúricas dolorosas com uma semana de evolução, localizadas nas superfícies extensoras dos membros inferiores. Nos antecedentes pessoais destacava-se asma brônquica com 7 anos de evolução, rinite alérgica e sinusite. A avaliação laboratorial revelou leucocitose com eosinofilia e elevação dos parâmetros de inflamação. Os anticorpos citoplasmáticos anti-neutrófilos eram negativos. A avaliação neurológica e o estudo electroneuromiográfico mostraram uma polineuropatia periférica assimétrica. A biopsia cutânea revelou uma vasculite necrotizante com infiltrado perivascular rico em eosinófilos. O diagnóstico de SCS foi apoiado pelos achados clínicos e histopatológicos, pelo que se iniciou corticoterapia sistémica que resultou numa melhoria clínica marcada. As manifestações cutâneas podem ser uma forma de apresentação clínica do SCS, sendo o seu reconhecimento essencial para a instituição precoce de terapêutica e para a prevenção de lesões irreversíveis em órgãos vitais

Benzyl N-(2-hy­droxy-1-{N′-[(1E)-2-hy­droxy­benzyl­idene]hydrazinecarbon­yl}eth­yl)carbamate

The mol­ecule of the title compound, C18H19N3O5, adopts a curved arrangement with the terminal benzene rings lying to the same side. The hydroxyl­benzene ring is close to coplanar with the adjacent hydrazine residue [dihedral angle = 11.14 (12)°], an observation which correlates with the presence of an intra­molecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bond. The benzyl ring forms a dihedral angle of 50.84 (13)° with the adjacent carbamate group. A twist in the mol­ecule, at the chiral C atom, is reflected in the dihedral angle of 80.21 (12)° formed between the amide residues. In the crystal, two-dimensional arrays in the ac plane are mediated by O—H⋯O and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds

Benzyl N-(1-{N′-[(E)-2-chloro­benzyl­idene]hydrazinecarbon­yl}-2-hy­droxy­eth­yl)carbamate

The mol­ecule of the title compound, C18H18ClN3O4, is twisted about the chiral C atom with the dihedral angle between the two amide residues being 87.8 (5)°, but, overall, it can be described as curved, with the benzene rings lying on the same side of the mol­ecule [dihedral angle = 62.8 (4)°]. The conformation about the imine bond [1.294 (7) Å] is E. In the crystal, a two-dimensional array in the ab plane is mediated by O—H⋯O and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds as well as C—H⋯Cl inter­actions. The layers stack along the c-axis direction, being connected by C—H⋯.π contacts

tert-Butyl N-((1S)-2-hy­droxy-1-{N′-[(1E)-4-meth­oxy­benzyl­idene]hydrazinecarbon­yl}eth­yl)carbamate

The mol­ecule of the title compound, C16H23N3O5, is twisted about the chiral C atom, the dihedral angle formed between the amide residues being 79.6 (3)°. The conformation about the imine bond [1.278 (5) Å] is E. In the crystal, O—H⋯O and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonding between the hy­droxy, amine and carbonyl groups leads to the formation of supra­molecular layers, which stack along the c-axis direction

Parâmetros clínicos, sanitários e de qualidade do leite de propriedades do Programa de Produção Integrada da Caprinocultura Leiteira-PI Leite Caprino.

Resumo: O mercado de leite de cabra no Brasil apresentou um crescimento significativo nos últimos anos, devido à demanda dos consumidores dos grandes centros urbanos, além das compras governamentais, especialmente na Região Nordeste, com o intuito de inserir o leite de cabra na merenda escolar. Nesse sentido, novas exigências surgem relacionadas à qualidade e à necessidade de se produzir alimentos sem riscos à saúde do consumidor. O Sistema Agropecuário de Produção Integrada (SAPI) é uma política pública voltada à obtenção de alimentos seguros, para atender exigências sanitárias, tecnológicas, ambientais e sociais deste novo mercado consumidor. O sistema emprega tecnologias, as quais permitem a aplicação de Boas Práticas Agropecuárias (BPA) e controle efetivo de todo Lpiprocesso produtivo. Idealizou-se o presente estudo, com o objetivo de avaliar o estado sanitário de 66 animais e a qualidade do leite de 39 cabras em lactação obtidas na região do Cariri Paraibano-PB, em duas propriedades integrantes do Projeto-Piloto de Produção Integrada da Caprinocultura Leiteira. Os resultados obtidos ressaltam a importância da realização do exame clínico completo e do atestado negativo para o Vírus da Artrite Encefalite Caprina antes da aquisição e introdução de novos animais no plantel. Sugerem ainda que os procedimentos usuais de higiene adotados durante a ordenha, limpeza e a sanitização dos utensílios utilizados nas propriedades objetos desta investigação, não foram realizados adequadamente. [Clinical, health parameters and milk quality produced on farms of an Integrated Production Pilot-Project]. Abstract: The Brazilian goat milk market has grown significantly during the last decades due to demands by consumers in big urban centers and to government purchases, particularly in the northeastern region of Brazil, for the introduction of goat milk in School Lunch Program. New requirements became mandatory with regard to food quality and to the need to produce food products without any health risk to consumers. The Agricultural and Cattle-breeding Integrated Production System (SAPI) is an agricultural public policy for safe food complying with health, technological, environmental and social requirements of the new consumers´ market. The system comprises technologies for the application of Good Agricultural Practices (BPA) and efficacious control of the entire production process. Current analysis evaluated the health parameters of 66 animals and milk quality of 39 goat milk samples from the Cariri Paraibano region-PB, on two farms integrated to the Integrated Production of Goats Milk Pilot-Project. The results underscore the importance of performing thorough clinical examination and certificate negative for Caprine Arthritis-Encephalitis Virus before the acquisition and introduction of new animals in the herd. Results show the common hygiene procedures during milking, cleansing and instrument sanitation on the above-mentioned farms failed to be adequately performed and the establishments of Good Agricultural Practices (BPA) are consequently mandatory
