In this study, the cellular sensitivity of white blood cells in vitro to interferon-α2 in children with EBV-infection in the acute period of the disease in terms of the 1, 6, 12 months after a previous infection. Found that children in the dynamics of the EBV-infection, preservation of cell sensitivity at the same level at 1 month after the disease is seen in 40,5% children, 6 months – 27,8% patients. Lack of cell sensitivity to interferon-α2 blood leukocytes in 12 months after undergoing a EBV-infection observed in 88,9% of children. During repeated courses interferon-therapy to study cellular sensitivity of blood leukocytes for individual selection of the drug.В статье приведены результаты изучения клеточной чувствительности лейкоцитов крови in vitro к интерферону-α2 в остром периоде Эпштейна – Барр вирусной инфекции и в сроки через 1, 6, 12 месяцев после перенесенного заболевания. Установлено, что изменение клеточной чувствительности лейкоцитов крови in vitro к интерферону-α2 в динамике заболевания носит индивидуальный характер. Это обусловливает необходимость повторного исследования клеточной чувствительности лейкоцитов крови in vitro к интерферону-α2 в указанные сроки при назначении повторных курсов интерферонотерапии

Эффективность комбинированной противовирусной терапии у детей с хроническим гепатитом С

The paper presents the results of the research on effectiveness of combined antiviral therapy conducted with pegylated interferon alpha 2b of prolonged action (Peginterferon alpha 2b at a dose of 60 mcg/m2 per week) and Rebetol (Ribavirin at a dose of 15 mg/kg per day) in 26 children with chronic viral hepatitis C aged from 3 to 17, who underwent regular medical check-ups in City Clinical Hospital № 20 named after I.S. Berzon in Krasnoyarsk. Evaluation of effectiveness of combined antiviral therapy revealed that patients with genotype 1 had an immediate virologic response in 78,5% of cases, 83,3% of patients with genotype 2, 3 had a stable virologic response.В работе представлены результаты исследования по изучению эффективности комбинированной противовирусной терапии с использованием пегилированного интерферона альфа2b bпролонгированного действия (Пегинтерферон-альфа2b из расчета 60 мкг/м2 в нед.) и Ребетола (рибавирина из расчета 15 мг/кг в день) у 26 детей с хроническим вирусным гепатитом С в возрасте 3–17 лет, состоящих на учете в диспансерном кабинете Клинической городской больницы № 20 им. И.С. Берзона г. Красноярска. При оценке эффективности комбинированной противовирусной терапии выявлено, что у пациентов с генотипом 1 непосредственный вирусологический ответ имел место в 78,5% случаев, устойчивый вирусологический ответ достигнут у 83,3% больных с генотипом 2, 3

Круп у детей в период пандемии COVID-19

Croup syndrome remains one of the most common diseases in children, while being a life-threatening condition for the patient. Materials and methods. The paper presents the clinical and epidemiological features of croup in 79 children aged 0 months. up to 5 years of age hospitalized during the COVID-19 pandemic from January to September 2022. Results. In the age structure of patients, children of the first year of life predominated. The clinical picture of croup against the background of COVID-19 was usually characterized by an acute onset, febrile fever with the addition of symptoms of stenosing laryngotracheitis on the second and third days from the onset of the disease. The appointment of timely and adequate therapy at all stages of care is the key to a favorable outcome of croup in children.Синдром крупа остается одним из самых распространенных заболеваний у детей, при этом является угрожающим состоянием для жизни пациента. Материалы и методы. В работе представлены клинико-эпидемиологические особенности крупа у 79 детей в возрасте от 0 мес. до 5 лет, госпитализированных в стационар в период пандемии COVID-19 с января по сентябрь 2022 г. Результаты. В возрастной структуре пациентов преобладали дети первого года жизни. Клиническая картина крупа на фоне COVID-19 как правило характеризовалась острым началом, фебрильной лихорадкой с присоединением симптомов стенозирующего ларинготрахеита на второй и третий дни с момента развития заболевания. Назначение своевременной и адекватной терапии на всех этапах оказания помощи является залогом благоприятного исхода крупа у детей
