    Peretasan (hacking) adalah suatu perbuatan penyambungan dengan cara menambah terminal komputer baru pada sistem jaringan komputer tanpa izin atau secara melawan hukum dari pemilik sah jaringan komputer tersebut, ada perbedaan dalam penjatuhan putusan terhadap kasus yang sama apa yang menjadi dasar pertimbangan hakim dalam penjatuahan sanksi tersebut, dan selanjutnya melihat mengenai pertanggungjawaban didalam UU ITE mengenai terhadap tindak pidana peretasan (hacker). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dasar pertimbangan hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan terhadap kasus yang sama dan bentuk pertanggungjawaban pidana terhadap pelaku kejahatan peretasan dalam undang-undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian hukum yuridis normatif yang meneliti dan menelaah bahan pustaka, atau data primer, sekunder, dan tersier maka penelitian hukum normtif disebut juga penelitian hukum kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu pada pertanggugjawaban pidana dalam undang-undang Hukum Pidana yang berlaku di Indonesia menganut sistem pertanggungjawaban berdasarkan kesalahan (dolus) dan kealpaan (culpa), bahwa asas kesalahan merupakan asas yang sangat fundamental dalam hukum pidana dan dalam penjatuhan sanksinya adanya pengabungan antara pidana penjara dan denda. Sedangkan yang menjadi dasar pertimbangan hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusan dari kedua kasus yang diuraikan yaitu melihat dari segi ada perbedaan cara dalam meretas dimana dalam kasus pertama hanya meretas dan berjalan-jalan saja dalam situs web tersebut, dan kasus kedua dilakukan dengan cara merusak merubah tampilan dari web tersebut dan membuat perkataan yang tidak senonoh, dan setelah menyadari hal tersebut tidak langsung mengubah tampilan seperti semula. Disarankan instrumen pedoman hukum yang dapat mengikat para Hakim sebagai batasan mengenai cara pandang tentang penilaian terhadap suatu persoalan, serta Mahkamah Agung sebagai lembaga tertinggi yudikatif harus memperhatikan putusan Hakim pada peradilan Tingkat Pertama dan banding untuk selanjutnya dilakukan koreksi atas putusan-putusan yang secara signifikan berpotensi menimbulkan disparitas pemidanaan yang mencolok, dan kepada legislatif yang diberi wewenang untuk membuat dan merancang undang-undang dapat mungatur secara khusus tindakan peretasan ini dalam UU ITE

    Synthesis and Characterization Nanoparticles of Magnetic Fe3o4 for Adsorption of Chromium (VI)

    Nanoparticles of Fe3O4 has been synthesized using precipitation method. The nanoparticles were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM) and X-Ray Diffractometer (XRD). Adsorption efficiency of synthesized Fe3O4 to Cr (VI) fromaqueous solution at pH 6 and pH 11 have been investigated. Based on the data analysis, it was shown that the adsorption mechanism followed Langmuir isotherm model, and the adsorption capacity, Qo of Fe3O4 were calculated as 29.411 mg.g-1 and 21.739 mg.g-1 for pH 6 and pH 11respectively. The result showed that the adsorption efficiency was highly pH dependent, increased with increasing of shaking time and amount of adsorbent. The optimized adsorption condition was reached at pH 6. The adsorption kinetic was modelled by the pseudo-second-order rate equation, which give rate constant as 9.7087 mg.g-1 and 12.1951 mg.g-1 for pH 6 and pH 11 respectively

    Characterization of High Coercivity Strontium Hexaferrite by Coprecipitation

    The Strontium hexaferrite (SrO.6Fe2O3) has been successfully synthesized by coprecipitationmethod in an aqueous solution of Sr(NO3)2.6H2O, Fe(NO3)3.9H2O and Tetramethylammonium Hydroxide (TMAOH). The resulted precursors were then calcinated at temperature of 800 °C to 1000 °C for 2 hours. The results revealed that the single phase of strontium hexaferrite was formed at low annealing temperature of 800 °C for 2 hours with magnetic coercivity of 6 kOe, and tends to decrease with increasing annealing temperature. The saturation magnetization determined from analyzed magnetic hysteresis curve by using Jiles-Atherton (JA) method, were obtained from 66-41 emu/g depend on the annealing temperatures. The magnetic properties of synthesized strontium hexaferrite obtained in this activities were improved compared to the commercial one which coercivity of 1.7 kOe

    SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF Fe3O4@ZnO COMPOSITE THROUGHPRECIPITATION METHOD. Fe3O4@ZnO composite has been synthesized trough precipitationmethod with the ratio between Fe3O4 and ZnO are 1:1, 1:2, dan 1:3. Characterization of the samplewas performed using X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) equipped withenergy dispersive spectrophotometer (EDS), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) andtransmission electron microscope (TEM). The XRD pattern shows that the sample consisted of Fe3O4 nanoparticles and ZnO phases. Magnetic saturation value (Ms) of Fe3O4were measured by VSMobtained about 62.92 emu / g, but then the value of Ms dropped to13.60 emu/g with the addition ofZnO content. TEM observation showed a spherical structure of Fe3O4 aggregate about 20 nm Indiameter, and embedded in the ZnO shell. EDS spectrum revealed that the Fe3O4@ZnO compositeswere only observed three types of elements, namely Fe, Zn and O. This shows evidence that thecoating on the surface of Fe3O4nanoparticles is the outer shell of ZnO. Fe3O4@ZnO composites withFe3O4and ZnO ratio is 1: 2 shows a more homogeneous coating ZnO

    Indonesia has many religious culture that should be preserved one of which is the imperial mosque. Most of the imperial mosque has its own characteristics in carrying out activities both religious and cultural. Sultanate of Ternate is the largest sultanates in eastern Indonesia which would give other peculiarities that need to be raised as a typical Indonesian culture. The purpose of this study is to identify the type of tradition in doing at the mosque sultanate by people of Ternate and changes in cultural values of the people of Ternate in the imperial mosque. In this study found the phenomenon characteristic changes in cultural values by linking changes in the physical aspect and non-physical. To determine the effect of these factors, the method used is the method of observation of physical traces. This method is expected to be able to explain the effect of the change occurred.     Adsorption Ofnickel II From Aqueous Solution Onto Nanocomposite Iron Oxide-activated Carbon

    Absorption of Ni metal has been carried out by a nanocomposite iron oxide-activated carbon with batch system. Research was conducted in order to improve the efficiency of absorption of Ni metal, that is by making composites Fe3O4 with activated carbon. Activated carbon was chosen because the active carbon has pores that are verymuch. Hence has the surface area is large, and it is easy to obtain. The parameters studied were the effectiveness of nanocomposite adsorption of Ni, with respect to the comparison between the oxides of iron with active carbon in the nanocomposite and the amount of adsorbent Ni in solution. Experiments were conducted with 90 minutes contact time at pH optimum absorption of 6.0 and concentration of Ni+2 in the feed solution of 100 mg/L. The experimental results showed that the optimum condition is achieved on iron oxide weight ratio of active carbon 1:2 with 150 mg adsorbent weight, Ni is absorbed at 78%. In other word, the Fe3O4- activated carbon composite increased the absorption capasity of Fe3O4 to the metals Ni from 18.50 mg / g to 50.76 mg / g
