mc/ml, and the elapsed time – 20 minutes. The IE is specific to other members of the family Ricketsiaceae, for instance to R. prowazekii , to antigen complexes of R. prowazekii and R. sibirika , as well as to vaccinia virus (L-IVP strain). The IE engineered can be used for rapid indication of Burnet Rickettsia at different stages of laboratory investigation. Span time reduction, lack of necessity to perform any accessory technological operations, visual and (or) automatic registration of the results build up premises to observe immune-chromatographic method for Burnet Rickettsia detection as one of the alternatives for identification of these microorganisms under field conditions when monitoring ambient environment objects

Development of the Multi-Analyte Test for Immune-Chromatographic Detection of Botulinum Toxins

Designed is the multi-analyte test for simultaneous immune chromatographic detection of A & B type botulinum neurotoxins (BT), using colloid gold nanoparticles. It is meant for food and environmental samples' analysis. The sensitivity of simultaneous BT detection of the A (30 ng/ml) and B (10 ng/ml) types is as high as that of mono-analytical tests, designed for one type BT detection. The test is demonstrated to be a specific one and can be used for BT detection in food stuffs

Objective of the work was to construct immune-chromatographic device for indication of five toxin types in a single processing cycle and investigation of its capacities regarding environment sample analysis and food testing. Obtained were the conjugates of monoclonal antibodies with nano-particles of colloid gold, formed were membrane composites for sandwich immune-chromatography of separate toxins. On the basis of distinct test panels designed was immune-chromatographic device for multiple analyses, which contained multi-analytical detection element, swab for surface sampling, and storage vessel with test buffer. This device allowed for concurrent identification of botulinic toxins A, B types concentrated up to 5 and 10 ng/ml, respectively; staphylococcal toxin B type - 40 ng/ml, cholera toxin - 500 ng/ml, and ricin - 80 ng/ml, within a single processing cycle. Demonstrated was the possibility of toxin detection in washings from ambient object surfaces, as well as in foodstuffs. Described was preliminary food sample preparation procedure

Immunochromatographic analysis with luminescent detection for indication of bacteria, viruses and toxins and apparatus for its carrying out were developed. The suggested approach is several times more sensitive as regards microorganisms and toxins detection than the traditional immunochromatographic analysis which is based on the reaction of antibodies marked by colloid gold. The set for immunochromatographic luminescent analysis (SIL-1) was offered on the basis of this elaboration. It can be considered as technical instrument for express analysis of environmental samples, for indication of biological affecting agents in case of emergency situations (terrorist attacks on transport and in populated area), for screening of mail, or facilitation of biopathogen identification after the stage of biological enrichment of selected samples

This article dwells on participation of the Siberians (including “temporary ones”) in World War II. It’s not only about their participation in the fighting in the European part of Russia and in the liberation of Central Europe. It’s also about military action in Siberia during 1942-1944 years (north of the Tyumen Region and the Krasnoyarsk Territory — the right flank of the Arctic Front), where Russians, Nenets and “Soviet” Germans participated. During the military operations, Kriegsmarine ships sailed in Soviet Arctic, their sailors fired the coast, pursued Soviet vessels, and landed on the shore of the Yamal Peninsula. Each of these groups was in one form or another, but a party of a dialogue of cultures. The specifics of the dialog of culture was in process of interaction, when appeared new phenomena, which impacted all participants (directly or indirectly). All participants (Russian, Nenets, “Soviet” Germans, prisoners of war, Kriegsmarine’s sailors) exchanged in general utilitarian products of their cultures, because of war. “Dead road” is both a fact and an image
