Improvement in vanadium-containing titanomagnetite processing technology

The article describes the modern technology of iron smelting from vanadium-containing titanomagnetite. The complex of research presented by the NTMK team and the leading research teams of the Ural Institute of metals, the metallurgical Institute of the Ural branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and the Ural Federal University is the basis for achieving high productivity of the blast furnaces EVRAZ NTMK. The presented research and development works are the basis for the technology of metallurgical processing of vanadium-containing titanomagnetite. The developed technology makes it possible to achieve high rates of melting intensity and total consumption of carbon contained in the fuel. Such indicators are achieved by reconstruction, namely by changing the line of the working space of the blast furnace. Modern loading devices were used, energy-efficient technology of coal-dust fuel intake was introduced, and the oxygen content in the air was increased. Considerable attention is paid to the analysis of the domain process and problems of domain melting of titanomagnetite. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of measures to reduce the content of titanium in cast iron. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd

Легочный гистиоцитоз из клеток Лангерганса, симулирующий метастазы в легкие гигантоклеточной остеобластической саркомы (клиническое наблюдение)

Langerhans cell histiocytosis is a clonal neoplastic process characterized by cell proliferation of the Langerhans type, with the expression of CD1a, CD207 and S100 proteins and the presence of Birbek granules. We present a case of a 31-year-old woman with a verified osteosarcoma of the proximal epimetaphysis of the left tibia. Also she has multiple thin-walled cysts and foci in the lungs. The case is interesting for the rare combination of osteosarcoma of the bone and pulmonary histiocytosis. This case show that foci in lungs can simulates metastatic disease according to computed tomography (CT). Multidisciplinary approach of pathologist, oncologist and radiologist help revealed diagnose.Гистиоцитоз из клеток Лангерганса – клональный неопластический процесс, характеризующийся пролиферацией клеток по типу Лангерганса, с экспрессией белков CD1a, CD207 и S100 и наличием гранул Бирбека.В статье представлено клиническое наблюдение 31-летней женщины с верифицированной остеосаркомой проксимального эпиметафиза левой большеберцовой кости, на фоне которой были выявлены множественные тонкостенные кисты и очаги в легких. Наблюдение интересно редкостью сочетания остеосаркомы кости и легочного гистиоцитоза, а также сложностью, но возможностью дифференциальной диагностики метастатического поражения легких и поражения легких при гистиоцитозе из клеток Лангерганса по данным компьютерной томографии и патоморфологического исследования

Молекулярные подтипы рака мочевого пузыря и первые успехи в персонализированном лечении.

In the literature review we described studies, the main purpose of which was to distribute bladder tumors by molecular subtypes. A similar classification has long been actively used in the treatment of breast cancer. The pioneering work in the molecular subtypes of bladder cancer includes the work by Lund group, the TCGA (The Cancer Genome Atlas) project, the MD Anderson study. We have also included data on attempts to apply molecular taxonomy of bladder cancer in treatment.В представленном обзоре литературы рассмотрены исследования, основной целью которых было распределить опухоли мочевого пузыря по молекулярным подтипам. Схожая классификация уже давно активно используется при лечении рака молочной железы. К основополагающим работам в области молекулярных подтипов рака мочевого пузыря относятся исследования группы Лунда, проект TCGA, ислледования MD Anderson. Также, мы включили данные о попытках применения молекулярной таксономии рака мочевого пузыря в лечении. 

ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ 3D-МОДЕЛЕЙ СЕРДЦА, СОЗДАННЫХ НА ОСНОВЕ DICOM-ИЗОБРАЖЕНИЙ, В МЕДИЦИНСКОЙ ПРАКТИКЕ

Three-dimensional printing (3D printing, additive manufacturing, rapid prototyping) is a technology of a physical object creation from digital model by layered addition of material. Additive technologies differ from mass production by personalization, customization and relative simplicity of 3D-models creation. 3D models ability to  demonstrate heart anatomy is of use in cardiac surgery, primarily during the educational process and preoperative planning and, less common, for implantable devices testing and hemodynamic modeling. Although the role of 3D models in clinical practice is not currently defined, 3D printing mass application can provide important advantages to solve a number of diagnostic and therapeutic issues. The article presents the revue of scientific publications describing the use of physical three-dimensional heart models in cardiac surgery.Трехмерная печать (3D-печать, аддитивное производство, быстрое прототипирование) – это технология создания физического объекта из цифровой модели путем послойного добавления материала. Относительная простота создания 3D-моделей, их индивидуализация и кастомизация отличают аддитивные технологии от серийного производства. Возможность демонстрировать анатомию сердца с помощью 3D-моделей определила их  использование в кардиохирургии, в первую очередь, в ходе образовательного процесса и  предоперационного планирования, а также для тестирования имплантируемых устройств и моделирования гемодинамики. Несмотря на то, что роль 3D-моделей в клинической  практике в настоящее время не определена, внедрение 3D-печати способно дать важные  преимущества в решении ряда диагностических и лечебных задач. В статье представлены  результаты анализа научных статей, посвященных применению трехмерных физических моделей сердца в кардиохирургической практике

Optimization of the width of the transportation corridor of tractor trains for agricultural purpose

The main works related to the production and transportation of crop production take place in the Amur region in conditions when the surface of the movement has a weak carrying capacity, which imposes additional requirements on transport units to increase their traction-chain properties.So the issue of exporting crop products from the fields is important and relevant both for peasant farms (PF) and for private farms. The use of multi-link tractor trains (MTU) in the region is limited by a significant deterrent, such as the increase in the width of the transport corridor in turns. Why the issue of increasing the efficiency of the ICC should be considered both in the direction of increasing traction-chain properties, and at the same time optimizing the width of the transport corridor when it moves. The proposed article provides theoretical, experimental research and experience with the use of the designer and scientific novelty, designed to enhance traction-clutch properties and reduce the width of the MTU corridor in an arbitrary turn
