Pagelaran Wayang Kulit Sebagai Sarana Aktualisasi Pendidikan Nilai Kearifan Lokal Dalam Tradisi Rasulan Di Karanganyar
Wayang kulit merupakan salah satu budaya asli bangsa Indonesia, yang bisa dikatakan hampir tidak dikenali lagi oleh generasi muda masa sekarang ini. Gencarnya hiburan bersifat global melalui berbagai media sosial yang seolah menyisihkan wayang dari pengamatan masyarakat. Globalisasi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang melesat pesat telah memberikan banyak pilihan kepada masyarakat dalam memilih dan menentukan jenis hiburan yang akan dinikmatinya. Namun demikian, ada sebagian masyarakat yang berusaha melestarikan budaya kesenian wayang kulit agar tetap lestari. Salah satu bentuk kearifan lokal tersebut adalah adanya event tahunan berupa pagelaran wayang kulit dalam tradisi rasulan (bersih Desa) di dusun Suko Desa Sukosari Kecamatan Jumantono, Kab. Karanganyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Wawancara mendalam dilakukan dengan informan yaitu masyarakat Dusun Suko, tokoh masyarakat atau tokoh agama. Observasi dilakukan dengan mengamati tempat dan lingkungan tempat dilaksanakannya pagelaran. Dokumentasi menggunakan dokumen tulisan seperti data kepanitiaan, laporan, sedangkan dokumen gambar berupa foto Pagelaran wayang kulit di Dusun Sukosari. Teknik pengambilan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data mengunakan model interaktif yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna dan fungsi Pagelaran wayang kulit dalam tradisi rasulan (bersih Desa). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dusun Suko, Desa Sukosari, Kecamatan Jumantono, Kabupaten Karanganyar dengan subyek penelitian masyarakat Dusun Suko dan yang terlibat acara Pagelaran wayang kulit dalam rasulan (bersih Desa). Penelitian ini sebagai bentuk dari objek kajian seni dalam mata kuliah pengantar sosiologi. Target dalam penelitian ini adalah luaran wajib yang dipublikasikan di jurnal terakreditasi minimal dalam sinta 5. Spesifikasi jurnal yang ditargetkan minimum memiliki status accepted pada salah satu jurnal terakreditasi Sinta. Target luaran tambahan yang diharapkan adalah HKI seni (musik). Level TKT/ klasifikasi riset terdapat dalam tahapan TKT 1, dengan melakukan observasi prinsip dasar dari seni dan dilaporkan. Hal tersebut berguna bagi sebagai peneliti pemula agar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dalam melaksanakan penelitian

The purpose of this study was determine the pattern of marketing channels in broiler chicken farmingin the district Limbangan partnership and know the value of marketing margin broiler sin each marketing channel pattern. The research was conducted from June to July 2014 Limbangan District Kendal Regency. Data collected included primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data used marketing channel pattern discussed in the descriptive and marketing margin testing each marketing channel pattern is tested with independent sample t test. The results showed that there are three patterns of marketing channels that pattern 1: manufacturer-core-wholesalers-markettraders-retailers-consumers; pattern2: manufacturer-core-wholesalers-markettraders-consumers and pattern 3: manufacturer-core-wholesalers-consumers. The average marketing marginis the pattern1 (length) Rp13.032 at 35.52%, the pattern2 (moderate) Rp12.244 at 33.40% and 3 patterns (short) Rp11.408 at 31.09%. Pengaruh Penggunaan Tepung Daun Kayambang (Salvinia Molesta) Dalam Ransum Terhadap Kualitaskarkas Dan Nilai Nutrisi Daging Ayam Broiler (the Use Effect of Kayambang Leaves Powder ( Salvinia Molesta) in Feeding on Carcass Quality and Nutritional Value Broi
The study aimed to determine the effect of Salvinia molesta flour in diets on carcass percentage, protein and fat content of broiler meat. The material was used a composite meat chicken from 20 chickens (35 days old). The study design used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and repeated 4 times (To = ration with S. molesta 0%; T1 = ration + S. Molesta 6%; T2 = ration + S. Molesta 12%; T3 = ration + S. molesta 18%). Proximate analysis and carcass weighing using 20 samples of chicken meat 4 5 treatments random replications. Protein and fat content data were analyzed by F test (One Way ANOVA) at a significance level (α) = 0.05. Results showed that feeding treatment to some 18% in broiler chickens was not significant (P> 0.05) on protein content but significant effect on fat content in chicken meat and percentage of broiler chicken carcasses. Based on the results of the study that administration of Salvinia molesta in the feed flour had no positive effect on protein content, however could reduce levels of fat and carcass percentage if compared with the control treatment that tolerance limits Salvinia molesta content in the feed was 6
Corporate Governance Implementation and Performance Assesment Using the Cgcg's UGM Rating Model: Commercial Banks in Indonesia
The purpose of this research is to examine the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in Commercial Banks before and after the policy of The Bank Indonesia Regulation (PBI) Number 8/4/PBI/2006 concerning Good Corporate Governance Implementation for Commercial Banks. Center for Good Corporate Governance Universitas Gadjah Mada (CG CGCG UGM) rating model was employed to measure CG implementation in Commercial Banks which calculate both company organs and Corporate Governance (CG) basic principles in a universal framework. From the company organs perspective, a CG system consists of five (5) organs interacting each others, which are board of directors, board of executives, boards of commissioners/committees, auditors, and stakeholders. Meanwhile, from the CG basic principles perspective, a CG system should fulfill five (5) CG principles, which are Transparency, Accountability & Responsibility, Responsiveness, Independency, and Fairness. Therefore, the CG framework and rating model use The information technology as the main pillar in the application of CG. As for measuring banking performance, CAMEL ratio--which consist of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Management (Man), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR)--was applied. In conclusion, Using CGCG UGM rating model, it is discovered hat CGimplementation at Indonesian banking system was improved subsequently to the issuance of PBI. Whereas on its performance, the significant changes were indicated by only two ratios, i.e. LDR and MAN. This research depicts Bank Indonesia effectiveness as regulator at providing CG implementation guide on PBI. This research reveals for the urge for Indonesian banking industry to boost GCG implementation for their rating and performanceimprovement
Kualitas Pelayanan Pembuatan Paspor Di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Kota Cilacap
Understanding the procedures of making the given passport has existed and been good. But less understood by the general population of executives who take care of passport directly on its own, because the procedure is believed to be less obvious, less informative giving rise to confusion. In addition, the perception of the ability of employees in the process of making a passport applicant making a sluggish feel aggrieved. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between variables, the procedure is understanding the perceptions of service quality and personnel capacity is partial and simultaneous. Samples are taken using incidental sampling of 95 respondents. The Data obtained were analyzed using rank correlation coefficient method of kendall, kendall and konkordasi coefficient coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between the variables, the procedure is understanding the perceptions of service quality and personnel capacity is partial and simultaneous, with the magnitude of the relationship between the variables of understanding the procedure and the perception of the ability of employees to quality service categories include 100% perfect relationship. The suggestion of this research is to improve the quality of service it is necessary the presence of the addition of facilities and infrastructure repair and provide services that are more oriented to the applicant
Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Pembuatan Sertifikat Tanah Di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Kendal
In government service quality is a very important factor and must be considered as a good quality service will give satisfaction to the community as a whole. Given as a servant of the state provide quality service is his their duty and obligation. However field data about the quality of service at the District Land Office Kendal indications of poor quality of services performed by employees, where people have to wait long amounts necessary to take care of the land titling and the accumulation of the completion certificate.. The purpose of this study was to describe the quality of service creation in the land certificate at the District Land Office Kendal.This research is a quantitative description of the five indicators that is tangible (direct evidence), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), acess (ease) and courtesy (employee attitudes). The sample in this study is that people who need land titling in Kendal District Land Office as much as 89 respondents. The collection of data by distributing questionnaires to a sample that comes to Kendal District Land Office to take care of the land certificate and contains closed questions with four choices answer. Then the research data is processed using the analysis of quantitative description using the mean (average).The results showed that the quality of service in the District Land Office Kendal included in category tangible (direct evidence), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness) and courtesy (employee attitudes) all of them categorized as good and acess ( ease ) in enough categories
