Studi Pendapatan Pedagang Pasar Inpres Manonda Kota Palu

This study aims to 1) analyze the influence of venture capital, working hours, long selling and business locations simultaneously against income market traders Instruction Manonda Palu, 2) analyze the influence of venture capital, working hours, long selling and business location partially on income trader Instruction market Manonda Palu. This research was conducted in the city of Palu, by taking the Presidential Manonda market location which is managed by the Department Perindakop Palu City. This research technique of determining informant set 93 merchants. Data analysis tool used is multiple regression with SPSS 16. The method used is qualitative method that describes the state of the research field. Manonda Presidential Market Dealer profiles are classified by age are generally aged 19 to 50 years, based on religion generally are Muslims, ethnic generally Kaili and Bugis tribe, by region of origin generally derived from Palu city and surrounding region. The results of this study showed that the relationship between the variables based on the results of multiple regression analysis, simultaneous factor of capital, working hours, working time, and location of the business significantly affect the earnings of traders. Breastfeeding and Occupational Stress and Fatigue of Female Workers in Garment Manufacturing Companies

Female workers have not been clearly defined in the legislation that supports breastfeeding. Moreover, a significant number of them experience occupational stress and fatique, which may disturb productivity. The research aimed to reveal the stress and fatigue level of breastfeeding female workers from garment companies in Sobosukawonosraten area of Central Java. Using cross sectional approach, this analytical survey involved 210 female workers of six garment companies across six districts. Furthermore, cluster snowball sampling technique was used to sample the workers, and chi-square test was used to analyze the data. Research results indicated a significant correlation between breastfeeding and occupational stress (X2= 15.307, p= 0.000) with an effect of 26.1% (C= 26.1; OR= 3.124); and another significant correlation between breastfeeding and occupational fatigue (X2= 15.307, p= 0.000) with a 55.5% effect (C= 55.5; OR= 30.82). On the whole, breastfeeding female workers have special needs and require attention from the companies in order to continue supporting good breastfeeding for the babies, who will become the nation’s future generation

Implikasi Putusan Makhamah Konstitusi Nomor 85/puu-xi/2013 Terhadap Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum

This research discusses on the implication of MK Decision number 85/PUU XI/2013 on the drinking water supply sistem. The questions presented are first, what are the consequences of the decision towards the Subordinate Legislation of Law number 7 year 2004 on Water Resources? Second, how is the development of drinking water supply system pre and post the decision? This research is a juridical normativeempirical research. The result shows that the decision tends to cause drawbacks, particularly on the State responsibility on the provision of healthy and clean water for housing supplies. The consequence of this decision is the nullification of Law number 7 year 2004 on Water Resources, thus the reapplication of Law number 11 year 1974 on Irrigation. With this nullification, it is recommended to legislate a new law on water resources that is more comprehensive and accommodative to the people\u27s need IntisariPenelitian ini membahas mengenai implikasi Putusan MK Nomor 85/PUU-XI/2013 terhadap sistem penyediaan air minum. Kedua, bagaimana pengembangan sistem penyediaan air minum pra dan pasca Putusan Mahkamah Kontitusi Nomor 85/PUU-XI/2013? Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif-empiris. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Putusan MK Nomor 85/PUU-XI/2013 cenderung menyebabkan kemunduran khususnya tanggung jawab Negara dalam penyediaan air minum rumah tangga yang bersih dan sehat. Konsekuensi dari Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 85/PUUXI/2013 adalah batalnya Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2004 tentang Sumber Daya Air, sehingga Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 1974 tentang Pengairan berlaku kembali. Dengan adanya konsekuensi tersebut sebaiknya segera dibentuk undang-undang tentang sumber daya air baru beserta peraturan pelaksananya yang lebih komprehensif serta mampu mengakomodir kepentingan rakyat

Analisis Pengeringan Sawut Ubi Jalar (Ipomoea Batatas L.) Menggunakan Pengering Efek Rumah Kaca (ERK)

Sweet potatoes processing in to starch need a drying process. Green-house effect solar dryer – rotating rack type is one of the altenative for drying of sweet potatoes due to its higienis and its availability to be used anytime. The objective of the study was to analysis chopped sweet potatoes drying by using rotating rack greenhouse effect solar dryer. The capacity of the drying chamber is 48 kg of chopped sweet potatoes. Three experiments of drying have been conducted: the first drying is without products, the second is drying of products without rotating of rack and and the third is drying of products byimplement the rotating of rack of 45o every 60 minutes. The results of chopped sweet potatoes drying show that drying temperature on the dryer chamber ranged between 31.6oC to 61oC. Drying of product by implement the rotating of rack of 45o every 60 minutes yields the best temperature uniformity. To reduce moisture content from 72.76 %wb to 9.5 %wb it's needed 13.5 hours, or drying rate of 22.4 %bk/h. The energy consumption of the experiment 3 was 35.15 MJ/kg of moisture evaporated and the drying efficiency was 7.47

This study aimed to determine the effect of the Corporate Reputation on Customer Loyalty of PT Insurance BSAM branch Pekanbaru.corporate reputation as an independent variable (X).while costumer loyality as the dependent variable (Y). study was conducted on customer Non Captive in PT.Insurance BSAM Branch Pekanbaru by 99 people.Data obtained from the questionnaire and further processed and tested using statistical analysis such as simple regression analysis , t test, correlation analysis and determination using SPSS program.The results showed that the test results of hypothesis testing. tcount(22.558) >ttable (1.66071). This suggest that the corporate reputation affect the costumer loyality. Profil Keterampilan Komunikasi Siswa SMP Pada Pembelajaran Dengan Strategi Reading Infusion Dan Penggunaan Socrative

: Communication ability head for a present of exchange information to accomplish the same comprehension. However, this ability did not conducted optimally which can be seen a reality that a teacher hardly to make student pose a question. Reading Infusion (RI) and Socrative (SC) was used to solve the communication ability problem. Quasi-experiment research with static comparison group design was fully conducted in three classes such as RISC class, kelas RI class and SC class. Communi-cation profil of the subject is explored using Knowledge Hierarchy (KH) dan Question Hierarchy (QH). Then by measured the Effect Size (ES) the result shown that no differences of student communi-cation ability by KH and there is difference in student communication ability using QH. RISC class student question frequency has the high lever question and the most frequency among the three classes
