Peranan Manajemen Sumberdaya Manusia dalam Organisasi
Penulisan makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan manajemen sumberdaya manusia dalam organisasi. Penulisan makalah ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur (library research). Dari pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia mempunyai tiga fungsi yaitu fungsi manajerial, fungsi operasional, dan berfungsi mencapai tujuan organisasi secara terpadu. Sedangkan tugas dari manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah pengadaan staff, pengembangan SDM nya, mengurus kompensasi, mengurus keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, mengurus hubungan pekrja dan hubungan industrial. Tujuan utama manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah untuk meningkatkan kontribusi sumberdaya manusia (karyawan)terhadap organisasi. Hal ini dapat dipahami bahwa semua kegiatan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannya tergantung pada manusia-manusia yang mengeloal organisasi tersebut. Oleh karena itu karyawan harus dikelola dengan baik sehingga dapat membantu organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi yang telah ditentukan. Pengembangan Media Audiovisual Untuk Pembelajaran Memperbaiki Komputer Di SMK
Learning process for repairing computer competency at skill competency of Multimedia at SMK Negeri 2 Merangin has not been run effectively. In fact, learning material in repairing computer just used modul as teaching materi and media learning. While, to get the competency thad needed, learning process should be supported by leaning tool well. For answer the problem above, teacher as a fasilitator in achievment of students competency is demanded to creative in learning management. One of them is by finding alternative solution that is by develop audiovisual media for learning of Repairing Computer that can give solution in lerning process. Development of this media aim to product efective media in learning material of repairing computer at SMK Negeri 2 Merangin. Development model that chosen is based on Borg and Gall model that adapted lerning design Dick and Carey model. Development process is done by 5 main steps: (1) Doing analysis, (2) Design pre product, (3) Validation and revision, (4) Try out at small scale field and, (5) Try out big group field
Pengembangan Media Praktikum Laboratorium Virtual Untuk Pembelajaran Optika Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Tungkal Ulu
Lab activity is necessary in studying science especially physics. It is needed to support theoretical teaching activity in the classroom. Lab plays important roles in physics teaching-learning activities. The facts, many schools have inadequate lab facilities to support lab works and thus limited lab activities can be done. To improve physics teaching-learning activities with limited lab facilities, virtual lab is necessary to be developed to ensure that theoretical teaching materials are supported by lab activity in virtual manner. The purpose of this study was to develop virtual lab for subtopic of optics. Students\u27 responses on the virtual lab were obtained through small and large student groups. The final product was used in a real teaching activity and it shows that students paid more attention on the product and involved actively in virtual lab activity
Pengembangan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik (LKPD) Berbasis Karakter Pada Mata Pelajaran Kimia SMA
The purpose of this study is to create students' worksheet based on character values. This is an R & D research with model ADDIE instructional design model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The feasibility of worksheet was examined using a questionnaire. Based on the questionnaire results validity tested by the experts, the worksheet was declared to be valid and it is applicable to be used and tested, whereas the response of the teachers and students about the worksheet, it stated that the worksheet categorized as a very good one. Meanwhile the data of character development and students' skill on doing practical work that gained from the observation sheet. The results of the responses of teachers and students to worksheet in the criteria very good so it has good quality on student interest. While the results of the analysis of observation sheets scientific attitude and skills of students in conducting lab has a good criteria
Pengembangan Multimedia Interaktif Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Proses Sains Siswa Pada Materi Struktur Dan Fungsi Jaringan Tumbuhan Kelas XI IPA SMA Xaverius I Jambi
Research and development of interactive multimedia development model is adapted from Lee & Owens;the steps were analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of learningmaterials proportion analysis based curriculum: tissues: organs: totipotensi was 40%: 40%: 20%. Theresults of need analysis of science process skills indicated that students are lack of ability in terms ofgrouping and concluding skill. The analysis also reveals that students need multimedia, which isinteresting and aesthetics. In the design phase, developers create a storyboard based on the results of theanalysis. In development stage, we input all information in storyboard to the media. According to mediaexperts, the product is scored well and very well. Trials phase is conducted in a small groups and largegroups. The results of tests shows that the skills of students increased from 69.34 to 89.30, and knowledgeof students also increased from 75.7 to 91.9. The effectiveness of interactive multimedia structure andfunction of plant tissue seen by the changes in knowledge, performance, and the positive response ofstudents using interactive multimedia and facilitate students doing science process skills
