Gambaran Pengetahuan, Sikap, Dan Perilaku Remaja Terhadap Abortus Provocatus Di SMA Negeri 1 Sliyeg Kabupaten Indramayu

Background : Abortion became one of the serious problems and hadn't been solved for the woman, the teenagers and the collegeans. Based on the high rate of abortion from year to year, it was increased. Wheres the adolescence was about thirteen up to twenty one years old and at the same time, the physical growth and the sexuality grew up too.Objective : To know the description of the knowledge, the attitude and the behavior of the students at SMA Negeri 1 Sliyeg, Indramayu regency.Method : This research was the descriptive study research which used the cross sectional data accumulation. The sample was 106 respondents, taken from the assessment criteria of the knowledge, the attitude and the behavior toward the provocatus abortion.Result : The research showed that 64 respondents (61,32%) understood well about the provocatus abortion and 81 respondents (76,41%) paid attention to it. While 99 respondents (93,44%) had the low risk sexual behavior of it.Conclusion : The students at SMA Negeri 1 Sliyeg, Indramayu regency had the good comprehension to the provocatus abortion and was eager to avoid it due to the religious behavior

Tingkat Pengetahuan Dan Sikap Pengunjung Di Lingkungan Rsup Dr. Kariadi Tentang Kawasan Tanpa Rokok

Latar Belakang : Merokok merupakan salah satu gaya hidup yang tidak sehat. Setiap kali menghirup asap rokok, baik sengaja atau tidak sengaja, berarti juga menghisap ribuan racun. Oleh sebab itu di rumah sakit, diberlakukan aturan Kawasan Tanpa Rokok, yaitu ruangan atau area yang dinyatakan dilarang untuk melakukan kegiatan produksi, penjualan, iklan, promosi, dan atau penggunaan rokok.Tujuan Penelitian : Menganalisis hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap pada pengunjung di lingkungan RSUP Dr. Kariadi.Metode Penelitian : Desain studi adalah penelitian observasional yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSUP Dr.Kariadi Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling dan didapatkan jumlah responden sebanyak 90 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner.Hasil Penelitian : Sebanyak 38.9% responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik dan 48.9% cukup. Dari seluruh responden, ada 85.6% responden bersikap patuh, sedangkan 14.4% nya tidak. Analisis hubungan antara keduanya didapatkan nilai signifikan p adalah 0.001Kesimpulan : Kategori tingkat pengetahuan kategori baik dan sikap patuh memiliki prosentase lebih besar dibanding kategori kurang, terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap mematuhi aturan yang berlaku

JAK2 V617F Analysis in Indonesian Myeloproliferative Neoplasms Patients

Background : Three subtypes of myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs): Polycythemia vera (PV), essential thrombocythemia (ET), and primary myelofibrosis (PMF) showed overlapping phenotype. There has been no specific cytogenetic marker identified in these subtypes. JAK2 V617F mutation prevalence in Caucasian MPNs was first reported as 97% in PV, 57% in ET, and 50% in PMF.Objective: This study was done to define the prevalence of JAK2 V617F mutation and to identify cytogenetic markers in MPNs.Methods : The study design was cross-sectional. Patients who were admitted to Dr. Kariadi Hospital with clinical diagnosis of MPNs were referred for bone marrow cytogenetic analysis in Telogorejo Hospital. JAK2 V617F mutation was tested for using Amplification Refractory Mutation System Polymerase Chain Reaction (ARMS-PCR) from peripheral blood vein. Clinical data were secondary data retrieved from hospital medical records.Results : There was no cytogenetic abnormality found in all MPNs patients. The prevalence of JAK2 V617F mutation in MPNs patients was 73,68%. Mutation prevalence distribution in each subtypes were 100% in PV, 63,6% in ET and 100% in PMF. Conclusion : Chromosomal abnormality was not found using conventional cytogenetic analysis. More sensitive methods might elucidate submicroscopic chromosomal abnormalities in these patients. The prevalence of JAK2 V617F mutation was comparable with studies in Caucasian. It is recommended that JAK2 V617F testing should be incorporated in the management therapy of MPNs in Indonesia
