    This research aims to improve the learning process and improve the student's mathematic achievement through the implementation of cooperative learning model of numbered heads together. The research is the Classroom Action Research with two cycles. The research was conducted in studentof grade X MA Muhammadiyah BerTI Pekanbaru in the even semester of the 2015/2016 academic year with the subject of as many as 22 students. The research instrument are consists of learning devices and instrument data collectors. Learning device are consists of the Syllabus, Lesson plan and Student work sheet. The instrument data collector consists of the observation sheet and math test. Technique of data analysis is analysis of narrative descriptive and analysis of statistical descriptive. The result of the research show that the learning process has improved and the student's mathematic achievement has improved after applying the cooperative learning model of numbered heads together. The learning result in the first cycle found that the percentage of student who achieve KKM is 59,1 and the second cycle was 77,3% which increased the percentage of prior actions that only 45,5%.     Rekomendasi otonomi daerah adalah mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonomi. Cara yang paling efektif dan efisien untuk mencapai hal tersebut adalah mentransformasikan keunggulan komparatif yang dimiliki daerah menjadi keunggulan kompetitif. Kabupaten Belitung memiliki potensi perikanan tangkap yang relatif besar. Sektor ini diharapkan dapat menjadi pilar ekonomi wilayah di masa mendatang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji keunggulan teknologi penangkapan tenggiri dan menentukan peluang USAhanya berdasarkan dugaan nilai potensi dan pola musim tenggiri di Kabupaten Belitung. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama bulan April-Mei 2005 di Kabupaten Belitung dengan menggunakan metode survei. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kegiatan penangkapan ikan tenggiri (S. commerson) dengan alat tangkap jaring insang dan pancing ulur telah berjalan efektif dan efisien dengan rata-rata faktor teknis produksi telah mendekati nilai-nilai optimum yang disyaratkan. Peningkatan produksi serta upaya tangkap dimasa akan datang masih dimungkinkan dengan peluang USAha yang menjanjikan.     Fisheries sector is undergoing a crisis in global dimensions for the last few years caused of unsustainable consumption, overfishing, as well as the increasing of pollution and climate change distribution. One of the overfishing area is South coast Java Seas) where this has the potential resources of tuna included Puger waters. Tunas are catched by troll lines around fish aggregating devices (FADs). Increasing population of FADs can effect tuna resources such as: the size and qualities decreased. The results showed that the length of catched tunas were between 40-49 cm, the weights were from 0 to 3.5 kg, and the organoleptics were dominated on 6 scale. These indicated that tunas had the unexpected sizes and exportless. The rising of FADs utilization also contributed to the increasing insidence of conflicts among fishery stakeholders. There were three kinds of conlicts in Puger, such as: latent conflict (shipping crew and TPI), felt conflict (internal shipping crew), and manifest conflict (shipping crew-institution). Development strategy formula was conducted by SWOT analysis. The important thing for government to overcome these problems were continuing in area socializing, utilization programme of coastal area for integrated and sustainable fisheries

    This research aism to descibe weaving bond training process and analyze training impact in improving the families welfare of women weavers. The method used in this research is a qualitative research with case study type. In data collection using techniques (1) Observation (2) Interview and (3) Documentation. The results achieved in this paper is implementation process weaving bond training that is (1) preparation phase, (2) the implementation phase and (3) evaluatin phase. Weaving training in Rumah Pintar Sonaf Soet Hinef implemented using the approach Andragogy with demonstration technique. With this training further the knowledge, skill and attitudes of the trainee, boost confidence, and increase labor productivity of woman weavers.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana proses pelatihan tenun ikat dan menganalisis dampak pelatihan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga perempuan penenun. Penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik (1) Obeservasi, (2) Wawancara dan (3) Dokumentasi. Hasil yang dicapai dalam penulisan ini adalah proses pelaksanaan pelatihan tenun ikat yaitu (1) tahap persiapan, (2) tahap pelaksanaan dan (3) tahap evaluasi. Pelatihan tenun ikat di Rumah Pintar Sonaf Soet Hinef dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan andragogi dengan teknik demonstrasi.     The Livelihood Change of Fishermen Recipient Grant Program of Coalition Party in Lubuk Puding Village Buru District of Karimun Regency of Riau Islands Province

    This study was conducted in January 2016 in the village of Lubuk Puding in the District of Buru Karimun Riau Islands Province. The objective of this study was to determine the characteristics of fishing grantees, to determine changes in fishing livelihoods after receiving the grant, and to determine the relationship characteristic of changes, livelihoods and grants program. The method used in this study was survey of 160 grantees fishermen population, in which this study taken as much as 15% of the 160 populations or 24 peoples.Based on the research result, the characteristics of grant recipient are productive fishermenage, low education and the number of family member of fishermen. The livelihood of fishermen grant recipients changed from the preparatory stage to the growth stage, while in food consumption and employment on a fixed income and sanitation and hygiene unchanged. Characteristics with real changes in the livelihoods of fishermen are age which have relationship with income and with the job opportunities, the number of family member has relationship with food consumption and grant, and food consumption have relationships with the grant

    TINGKAT KERAMAHAN BUBU EKOR KUNING YANG DIOPERASIKAN NELAYAN DI PERAIRAN KEPULAUAN SERIBU

    Bubu merupakan alat tangkap yang banyak digunakan untuk menangkap berbagai jenis ikan demersal dan ikan karang. Bubu memiliki keunggulan dan kelemahan dalam menangkap ikan. Adanya kelebihan dan kelemahan yang dimiliki oleh alat tangkap bubu maka penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menentukan keramahan bubu yang dioperasikan oleh nelayan di Perairan Kepulauan Seribu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan bubu yang terbuat dari kawat dengan ukuran p x l x t : 87,5 x 62,5 x 27,5 cm. Data berupa ukuran, jumlah, bobot dan jenis ikan hasil tangkapan, dikumpulkan dari hasil penangkapan dan dianalisis untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan total jumlah hasil tangkapan yang diperoleh selama penelitian sebanyak 624 ekor terdiri dari 23 spesies. Spesies yang dominan tertangkap adalah ikan ekor kuning (Caesio cuning) sebanyak 213 ekor, ikan ini termasuk famili Caesionidae. Distribusi ukuran ikan yang dominan tertangkap pada bubu selama penelitian memiliki panjang cagak berkisar antara 10-34 cm. Hasil tangkapan utama yang tertangkap selama penelitian memiliki bobot 83,003 gram dengan persentase 71,35%, sedangkan hasil tangkapan sampingan memiliki bobot 33,334 gram dengan proporsi 28,65%. Proporsi hasil tangkapan utama berupa ikan ekor kuning yang berukuran layak tangkap dan tidak layak tangkap adalah 48,36% : 51,64%. Bubu Ekor Kuning merupakan alat tangkap yang ramah lingkungan ditinjau dari indikator alat tangkap ramah lingkungan.Kata kunci: Alat tangkap, bubu, ikan ekor kuning, Kepulauan Seribu, ramah lingkungan

    The Advantage of Slurry Ice as Cooling Media for Fish in Tropical Area

    The result showed that slurry ice can decrease the temperature of carp (Cyprinus carpio linnaeus) to 00C in 14 minutes while conventional ice block only managed to drop the temperature to 2,50C with a P value of 0.029 > 0.05 (? = 5%).While on Mackerel (Rastrelliger neglectus), slurry ice could drop its temperature to 00C in 12 minutes whilst conventional ice blocks only managed to drop the temperature by 2,80C, P value of 0.0003< 0.05 (=5%). This paper illustrates that the use of slurry icecooling medium is very advantageous for cooling fresh fish that the fish will have higher price and quality. Slurry ice is a brine solution, which has a diameter of ice less than or equal to 1 mm, that can be pumped to refrigerate fresh fish products. This media is still not familiar in Indonesia because the technology has not been widely used by fishermen in the tropics. Local fishermen still use conventional cooling media in the form of ice blocks that are carried out by fishermen or fish farmers to cool the product. Tropical regions have different characteristics to subtropical, namely; the region have different seasons, thus affecting temperature and salinity of waters.     Kualitas Mikrobiologis Susu Kambing Fermentasi Menggunakan Starter Lactobacillus Fermentum Strain Ncc2970 Pada Penyimpanan Suhu Refrigerator

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas mikrobiologis susu kambing yang difermentasi dengan Lactobacillus fermentum strain NCC2970 dengan waktu penyimpanan susu fermentasi yang berbeda. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen rancangan acak lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan waktu penyimpanan susu kambing fermentasi pada suhu refrigerator 4oC yaitu selama0, 5, 10 dan 15 hari dengan 5 ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai pH mengalami penurunan berkisar antara 4,09-4,04. Total asam tertitrasi mengalami peningkatan selama penyimpanan dengan nilai 0,80 hingga mencapai 1,52% sampai penyimpanan 15 hari. Total koloni bakteri asam laktat berkisar antara 4.8 x 108cfu/ml sampai 21.6 x108 cfu/ml. Nilai Total Plate Count selama penyimpanan mengalami penurunan dari 219.4 x 102cfu/ml sampai 106.4 x 102cfu/ml. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa susu kambing fermentasi dengan Lactobacillus fermentum strain NCC2970 dapat mempertahankan kualitas sampai masa penyimpanan 15 hari dengan viabilitas bakteri asam laktat yang memenuhi kategori sebagai probiotik

    Optimised combinatorial control strategy for active anti-roll bar system for ground vehicle

    The objective of this paper is to optimise the proposed control strategy for an active anti-roll bar system using non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) tuning method. By using an active anti-roll control strategy, the controller can adapt to current road conditions and manoeuvres unlike a passive anti-roll bar. The optimisation solution offers a rather noticeable improvement results compared to the manually-tuned method. From the application point of view, both tuning process can be used. However, using optimisation method gives a multiple choice of solutions and provides the optimal parameters compared to manual tuning method
