Pengaruh Iklm Organisasi Terhadap Loyalitas Kerja Karyawan Pada Hotel Bintang Lima Pekanbaru

This research was conducted at Bintang Lima hotel Pekanbaru. This Research aim to knowing the organization climate influence to the employee work loyality of Bintang Lima hotel Pekanbaru. Organization Climate as independent variable (X) And the employee work loyality as dependen variable (Y). This research takes the responder amount as much 26 people. In this research, data obtained by use the koesioner and interview with use the scale likert and for the nextto processed and analysed by trough the validity test, reliability test, statistican analysm wich is simple linear regression analysis, t test, correlation analysm and determination by using aid of Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) application. Result of this research wich is result of hypothesis t test, t calculate (6,782)> t table (2,064). It is means shown that organization climate is significantly influence to the employee work loyality. Where the value of coefficient of determination shown that intensive variable give the contribution to the employee work loyality variable at 65.7% and the rest at34.3% influenced by others dissimilar variable which is not discussed in this research

Pengaruh Variasi Kepolaran Fase Gerak Aseton-diklorometana: Metanol-asam Asetat terhadap % Distribusi (+)-Katekin dari Gambir dengan Metode Kromatografi Cair Vakum

The research was conducted to determine the influence of mobile phase polarity of acetone-dichloromethana : methanol-acetic acid on the percent distribution of (+)-catechin from gambier by vacuum liquid chromatography and to determine the polarity mobile phase required to obtain the largest amount of (+)-catechin percent distribution. Gambier extract was fractionated using vacuum liquid chromatography with several variations of polarity of acetone-dichloromethane : methanol-acetic acid mobile phase expressed by the dielectric constant value (?) of 13.74 to 17.51. Fractions were analyzed by TLC-spectrophotodensitometer to calculate the concentration and the percent distribution of (+)-catechin. To know the effect of variations in mobile phase polarity on the percent distribution of (+)-catechin performed statistical analysis using one-way ANOVA test (? = 0.05). The results show that the variation of polarity of acetone-dichloromethane : methanol-acetic acid mobile phase (? = 13.74 to 17.51) had a significant influence on percent distribution of (+)-catechin from gambier by vacuum liquid chromatography method (p <0.05). Fraction with a mobile phase of acetone-dichloromethane (4:6) 50% : methanol-acetic acid (3:4) 50%, which had a value of dielectric constant of 15.62 yield the largest amount of (+)-catechin percent distribution value (45.40%)

Difference of Work Satisfaction on Teachers Based on Gender Leadership

The aim of this research is to know the difference of work satisfaction based on gender leadership. The participants of this research is 48 teachers from SMP Negeri 2 Kartasura and SMP Negeri 3 Kartasura. The result of this research shows t-test about 3,348 (p < 0.01). It tells us about the difference of work satisfaction based on gender leadership which is the empiric mean for male leadership around 143,652 and for female leadership around 128,990. This result shows that teacher work satisfaction who had male leadership is higher than who had female leadership

Problems on the current business process is the absence of the recording process at the request of customers that are not realized. Judging from the payment of receivables distributor also has no system for recording receivables tersistem well.Based on the above problems, the researchers use the method of System Development Life Cycle to analyze and evaluate the system to perform system development.
