Implementasi Prinsip-prinsip Program One Village One Product (Ovop) dalam Mengembangkan Jiwa Wirausaha Pengrajin Sangkar Burung Desa Jaddih Kabupaten Bangkalan Masa Pandemi Covid 19
Bangkalan Masa Pandemi Covid 19. Program OVOP menjadi salah satu upaya pemulihan ekonomi Nasional dengan mendorong sektor UMKM, dimana sector ini memiliki kontribusi penting dalam perekonomian nasional. Tulisan ini mengkaji kondisi UMKM terdampak pandemi Covid-19 serta upaya pemerintah dalam memulihkannya. Secara umum Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak negatif dan terpukul pada sektor UMKM yang menyebabkan para pelakunya terpuruk dan harus beradaptasi dengan cara meningkatkan saluran penjualan/pemasaran. Salah satu strategi pemerintah dalam mendukung UMKM menghadapi tantangan global tersebut yaitu dengan melaksanakan program One Village One Product (OVOP) sesuai Instruksi Presiden (INPRES) No.6, Tahun 2007 pada tanggal 8 Juni tentang kebijakan mengenai percepatan pengembangan sektor riil dan pemberdayaan UMKM. Program ini merupakan salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan produk unggulan suatu daerah yang memiliki potensi besar dalam upaya peningkatan perekono-mian masyarakat khususnya pengrajin sangkar burung di Desa Jaddih Kabupaten Bangkalan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pada dasarnya ketiga prinsip program OVOP masih perlu penyesuaian dengan kebutuhan para pengrajin khususnya pada masa pandemi COVID 19 yang melanda Dunia
ANALISIS PENGARUH SISTEM KOMPENSASI, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT SINAR SURYA MUTIARA SURABAYA
Employees with adequate compensation system become the source of a very important motivator in causing the employee job satisfaction. Similarly, a high job motivation will increase employee commitment to work in general. So that employees can work commitment is necessary to note that the compensation system can satisfy the employee, because when employees are satisfied then raises the motivation of employees to improve work commitment. This study was conducted in order to determine the effect of compensation system, job satisfaction, job motivation on the commitment to work Based on data analysis using multi regretion and discussion of results of research that has been presented, we can conclude things to answer the problem as follows: This research uses descriptive ekspalanatif approach. The population of this study were all employees of PT Sinar Sinar Surya Surabaya. Because the amount is less than 100 people pupolasi then taken all the samples. In this study, data were analyzed using the method of multiple regresssion Based on data analysis using multiple regression can be concluded that the Compensation System (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2) and Job Motivation (X3) have real impact on Employee Commitment (Y), so that the resulting regression model is suitable or appropriate in explaining the Work Commitment. Based on t test, the variable compensation system (X1) Job Satisfaction (X2) Work Motivation (X3) have a significant effect on Employee Commitment.

PENGARUH KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PERINDUSTRIAN DAN PERDAGANGAN KABUPATEN SAMPANG
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menetahui pengaruh kuaitas kehiduan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Sampang. Berdasarkan hasil F menunjukkan tingkat signifikan untuk uji F sebesar 0,034. karena nilai probabilitas 0,05 (sig 5%), berarti Pertumbuhan dan Pengembangan, Partisipasi, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji T bahwa Variabel Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh dominan karena diketahui tingkat signifikan sebesar 0.035, karena tingkat signifikan pada variabel ini lebih kecil dari 5% (sig 5%). hal ini menujukkan bahwa ngkungan kerja harus mendapat perhatian penuh agar kinerja pegawai meningkat
ANALISA FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMOTIVASI PEREMPUAN BERWIRAUSAHA MELALUI BISNIS ONLINE (Studi Kasus Pada Ibu Muda di Kecamatan Bangkalan)
Peran perempuan dalam dunia bisnis itu perlu dipertimbangkan, khususnya di bidang kewirausahaan. Perkembangan teknologi dalam kasus teknologi informasi dapat membantu menyederhanakan melakukan kegiatan usaha yang dikenal sebagai bisnis online. Kegiatan usaha online membantu menciptakan lapangan kerja baru dan kesempatan kerja serta membantu ekonomi keluarga. Hampir semua perempuan dalam hal ini ibu-ibu muda yang menggunakan internet memiliki kesempatan untuk membuka lapangan kerja dan mengisi waktu luang mereka.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor faktor yang memotivasi wirausaha perempuan melalui bisnis online. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah ibu-ibu muda dari kecamatan bangkalan menjalani bisnis online. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengedarkan kuesioner , menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan teknik sampling purposive yaitu sebanyak 75 ibu ibu muda yang melakukan bisnis online . Dalam upaya mencari tahu faktor faktor apa saja yang menjadi semangat dan motivasi bagi bisnis online melalui wirausahawan perempuan, maka peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa ada enam faktor yang terbentuk dalam memotivasi wirausahaan perempuan melalui bisnis online terutama pada ibu-ibu muda yaitu faktor keluarga, kepentingan pribadi, kesempatan kerja, pengetahuan teknis, pengalaman wirausaha, latar belakang keluarga, dan pasar potensial.The role of women in the business world needs to be considered, especially in the field of entrepreneurship. Technological developments in this case Information Technology can help simplify in conducting business activities known as online business. Online business activities help create new fields and job opportunities and help the family economy in particular. Most women who use the Internet as an opportunity to open jobs and fill their spare time in this case young mothers.The purpose of this research is to know the factors that motivate women entrepreneurship through online business. The population in this study are young mothers of Bangkalan subdistrict who have an online business. This research is a quantitative research. Sample collection was done by distributing questionnaires, using nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique to 75 young mothers who do business online. To find out what factors motivate women entrepreneurship through online business then researchers use descriptive qualitative research methods. The results showed that there are six factors that are formed in motivating women entrepreneurship through online business especially in young mothers are family factor, Self Interest, Employment Opportunities, Technical Knowledge, Entrepreneurial Experience, Family Background, Market Potencial. PENGARUH EMPLOYEE RETENTION DAN TURNOVER INTENTION TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA PADA KOSPIN JASA CABANG JAWA TIMUR
The purposes of this study are (1)Employee Retention test whether variables affect the performance of employees at Kospin Services Branch of East Java. (2) To determine whether the variable turnover intention influence on the performance of employees at Kospin Services Branch of East Java. (3) To determine whether job satisfaction variables affect the performance of employees at Kospin Services Branch of East Java. (4) To determine whether a variable Employee Retention effect on job satisfaction in Kospin Services Branch of East Java.(5) To determine whether the variable Turnover Intention effect on job satisfaction. (6) To determine whether a variable Employee Retention mediating influence on employee performance through job satisfaction in Kospin Services Branch of East Java. (7) To determine whether the variable Turnover Intention mediating influence on employee performance through job satisfaction in Kospin Services Branch of East Java. Respondents in this research used a sample of 140 respondents.The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis.Using this method, the results indicate that (1) Partially Employee Retention Variable has positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. (2) Partially Turnover Intention variable has positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. (3) Partially Job satisfaction variables has positive and significant effect on employee performance variables. (4) Partially Employee Retention variable has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction variables. (5) Partially Turnover Intention variable has positive and significant impact on job satisfaction variables. (6) Variable Employee Retention can directly affect the performance of the employee and the indirect effect through job satisfaction. (7) Turnover Intention variables can directly affect the performance of the employee and the indirect effect through job satisfaction
Determinan repurchase intention dalam belanja online
Abstract. The purpose of this study is to identify online repurchase intentions among Indonesian consumers, especially student consumers, with a special focus on the effects of e-satisfaction, e-trust and e-loyalty. As there is limited research explaining online repurchase intentions in developing countries, this study was conducted in Indonesia. An empirical study was conducted using a questionnaire survey and a total of 290 respondents were used to test the proposed model. The results showed that e-satisfaction, e-trust and e-loyalty had a positive effect on repurchase intentions at online stores. In addition, it was found that trust in online stores is the main determinant of online repurchase intentions followed by satisfied online customers and loyal to online store websites. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi minat pembelian ulang online pada konsumen Indonesia khususnya konsumen mahasiswa dengan fokus khusus pada pengaruh e-satisfaction, e-trust dan e-loyalty. Karena ada penelitian terbatas yang menjelaskan niat pembelian ulang online di negara berkembang, penelitian ini dilakukan di Indonesia. Sebuah studi empiris telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan survei kuesioner dan total 290 responden digunakan untuk menguji model yang diusulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan, kepercayaan dan loyalitas memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat pembelian ulang pada toko online. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa kepercayaan pada toko online adalah penentu utama terhadap minat pembelian ulang secara online diikuti oleh pelanggan online yang puas serta loyal terhadap situs web toko online. This study identifies female students issues after leaving boarding school to the community. research problem is formulated as follows: 1). How Bangkalan interest of female students in the effort to improve quality through empowerment of women. 2) What job or position of interest to students of Bangkalan after leaving boarding school 3) How female students' views toward women's empowerment efforts in Bangkalan. 4). Are the expectations of the female students in order to improve its quality. 5). Any constraints that will be faced by female students in carrying out their duties soon after coming out of boarding school. The results also showed that as many as 470 people became interested in entrepreneurship. Thus, the solution is to provide such training, cooking (culinary), sewing, makeup and handycrafts

This study titled analysis of organizational culture on the work of the cooperative management Darma Bakti women Kamal National Housing Authority with the extent of the problem formulation influence of organizational culture on the work of the women's cooperative Darma Bakti. The purpose of this study to determine the condition of the organizational culture and conditions of the work of the women's cooperative Darma Bakti kamal National Housing Authority. The results showed that the cooperative organizational culture has been accomplished and well embedded, it is evident from the summary answer quetioner on organizational culture to achieve a score of 75 with an average of 3.75, while the work proceeds recap achieved with an average score of 77 average 3.85. This indicates that organizational culture is very influential on the work that was accomplished which from year to year has increased between 15% - 20% which shows the achievements of outstanding reputation
