    This rеsеarch is proposеd to find out thе impact of Еlеctronic Word of Mouth (еWOM) and Brand Imagе partially on purchasе intеntion and find out thе impact of Еlеctronic Word of Mouth (еWOM) and Brand Imagе simultanеously on purchasе intеntion. Typе of rеsеarch for this rеsеarch is еxplanatory rеsеarch with purposivе sampling mеthod. Data collеcting tеchniquеs is donе by using quеstionnairе distributеd to undеrgraduatе studеnts of Faculty of Administrativе Sciеncе Univеrsitas Brawijaya batch 2013-2016 amount of 112 rеspondеnts. Data analysis tеchniquеs usеd for this rеsеarch is dеscriptivе analysis and multiplе linеar rеgrеssion analysis.Thе rеsults indicatеs that Еlеctronic Word of Mouth (еWOM) variablе (X1) has significant impact on purchasе intеntion (Y) with thе coеfficiеnt valuе of 4.187 and probability t valuе is 0.000 (0.000 < α = 0.05). Brand Imagе variablе (X2) has significant impact on purchasе intеntion with thе coеfficiеnt valuе of 8.402 and probability t valuе is 0.000 (0.000 < α = 0.05). Both indеpеndеnt variablеs еWOM (X1) and brand imagе (X2) havе significant rеlation with purchasе intеntion variablе (Y) with probability F valuе is 0.000 and both havе contribution on purchasе intеntion variablе (Y) of 0.462 (46.2%).     This study aims to (1) describe the effect of word of mouth with the psychological factors, (2) the effect of word of mouth on purchasing decisions, (3) the influence of psychological factor on purchase decision of consumers. This type of research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The variables in this study included word of mouth, psychological factors, and purchasing decisions. The study population is students FIA UB 2012-2014, who know and use the instant messenger service LINE. The sample used in this study were 114 respondents drawn using simple random sampling and data collection methods using questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and path analysis (path analysis). The results of path analysis (path analysis) shows that word of mouth (X) significantly affects psychological factors (Y1) and purchasing decisions (Y2), psychological factors (Y1) significantly influence purchasing decisions (Y2). Based on the results of this study should LINE as one of the largest instant messenger service provider should be able to compete with enriched features that exist in the LINE app and understand the needs and desires of consumers communicating properly. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi word of mouth, faktor psikologi, dan keputusan pembelian. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa FIA UB angkatan 2012-2014, yang mengetahui dan menggunakan layanan instant messenger LINE. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 114 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan simple random sampling dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analisis). Hasil analisis jalur (path analisis) menunjukkan bahwa word of mouth (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap faktor psikologi (Y1) dan keputusan pembelian (Y2), faktor psikologi (Y1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y2). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini sebaiknya LINE sebagai salah satu penyedia layanan instant messenger terbesar harus mampu bersaing dengan memperkaya fitur-fitur yang ada di aplikasi LINE dan memahami kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen dalam berkomunikasi dengan baik

    This research conducted aims to know that influence of Green Marketing on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty treatment Naavagreen Natural Skin Care Malang Branch. This type of research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. Variables in this research are Green Marketing, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty. Population in this research are customer of treatment Naavagreen Natural Skin Care Malang Branch who had done treatment in as many as two times or more and have grown (18 years). This research use 118 people as samples which are chosen by purposive sampling and use data questionnaire as data collection methods. This research also use descriptive analysis and path analysis methods to analyze the data. The results of path analysis shows that Green Marketing (X) has a significant influence to the Customer Satisfaction (Z) with the value of path coefficient 0.646 and probability 0.000 (p < 0.05), Green Marketing (X) has a significant influence to the Customer Loyalty (Y) with the value of path coefficient 0.211 and probability 0.000 (p < 0.05), and also Customer Satisfaction (Z) has a significant influence to the Customer Loyalty (Y) with the value of path coefficient 0.573 and probability 0.000 (p < 0.05). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 118 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dan metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil analisis jalur (path analysis) menunjukkan bahwa variabel Green Marketing (X) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan (Z) dengan nilаi koеfisiеn jаlur sеbеsаr 0.646 dan probаbilitаs sеbеsаr 0.000 (p<0.05), variabel Green Marketing (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) dengan nilаi koеfisiеn jаlur sеbеsаr 0.211 dan probаbilitаs sеbеsаr 0.013 (p<0.05), variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan (Z) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) dengan nilаi koеfisiеn jаlur sеbеsаr 0.573 dan probаbilitаs sеbеsаr 0.000 (p<0.05).     Pengaruh Terpaan Media Sosial Instagram dan Perceived Value terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Survei pada Followers Aktif Akun Instagram Vans Indonesia yang Menggunakan Sepatu Merek Vans)

    Vans comes as a shoes brand that favored by the youth since 1975. Vans also has an official Instagram account that called “Vans Indonesia” that have the most followers on Instagram compared to other shoes brands. As of April 2017, they already has 393.000 followers. The purpose of this research is to find and explain the impact of Social Media Instagram Exposure (X1) and Perceived Value (X2) either simultaneously and partially on Purchase Decision Process (Y), and also to find which variable has dominant influence on Purchase Decision Process. The type of this research used explanatory research with quantitative approach. The sample used amounted to 116 respondents which is followers of Vans Indonesia by using online questionnaire as data collection method. Multiple linear regression and partial regression are used for data analysis for this research. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the independent variables has an influence on the dependent variable. This is indicated by the value of F count 37,498 with Sig. F 0,000 (p < 0,05). The value of contribution from both independent variables are simultaneously has 38,8% to dependent variable, while the remaining 61,2% influenced by other variables that not examined in this research. Vаns juga mеmiliki аkun rеsmi Instаgrаm yаng bеrnаmа “Vаns Indonеsiа” dаn mеrupаkаn sаlаh sаtu brаnd sеpаtu yаng mеmiliki followеrs tеrbаnyаk dibаndingkаn brаnd lаinnyа. Tеrhitung sаmpаi sаmpаi bulаn Аpril 2017 аkun tеrsеbut tеlаh mеmiliki 393 ribu pеngikut. Аnаlisis dаtа yаng digunаkаn аdаlаh аnаlisis rеgrеsi liniеr bеrgаndа dаn аnаlisis rеgrеsi pаrsiаl. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda dapat diketahui bahwa variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel terikat yaitu. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 37,498 dengan signifikansi F sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Besarnya kontribusi dari kedua variabel bebas tersebut secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel terikat adalah 38,8%, sedangkan sisanya 61,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.     Kajian Cider Sebagai Alternatif Penganekaragaman Produk Kopi

    Coffee is an important export commodity from Indonesia. There are not many processed product from coffee, and sincecoffee is a delightful refreshing beverage, it is interesting to make product diversivication from coffee. An alternative processing could be a cider. Coffee used in this research were decaffeinated, Robusta and Arabica coffee. The amount of added sugar were 15 %, 20 %, and 25 %. Natural cultures, combination of Sacharomyces cerevisiae and Acetobacter xylinum, combination of Sacharomyces ludwigii and Acetobacter xylinum, combination of S. cerevisiae, S. ludwigii, and A. xylinum were used as starters. The parameters observed included: reducing sugar content, alcohol, total tertitrasi acid, pH and Organoleptic Test (color, aroma, taste, clarity, and general acceptance). Coffee cider with the highest overall acceptance score was made from decaffeinated coffee, with 20 % sugar addition and combination of S. ludwigii and A. xylinum as starter.The result of correlation analysis showed a negative significant correlation between reducing sugar content and aroma of coffee cider. Positive significant correlation were found between total titrable acidity and aroma, taste and overall acceptance of coffee cider

    Pengaruh Country of Origin Dan Price Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Survei Terhadap Konsumen Xiaomi Di Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapura Dan Filipina)

    The purpose of this study is to describing the effect of country of origin and the price on purchase decisions. The type of this research is explanatory research. Country of origin and price was used as independent variabel research, while the buying decision is dependent variable. Subjects examined in this study is a smartphone that comes from China, namely Xiaomi. The population in this study is that Xiaomi consumers has ever bought or already using a Mi phone, especially from in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines. Total sample used in this study were 112 people. Sampel in this research taken with quota sampling method. Data collected in this research using electronic questionnaire (google form) that spread via internet through online forum and social media. This research use multiple linear regression analysis and test of ANOVA. The research obtained in this study show that the country of origin and price variable have significant effect toward buying decision variable either simultaneously or partialy. Country of origin have a biggest effect toward buying decision, it shows that Xiaomi consumer in four country sensitive against country of origin product. Xiaomi consumer suppose that China have positive image. Based on ANOVA test from four country indicate no different perception about country of origin and price

    The purpose of this research is to determine and explain the factors that formed Experiential Marketing, and determine the influence of the factors that formed Experiential Marketing toward Customer Loyalty. This research is an explanatory reseacrh with quantitative methods. The variables used in this study are experiential marketing that divided into Sense, Feel, Think, Act, Relate and Customer Loyalty. The population in this study is Customers Legend Coffee Malang who have visited Legend Coffee Malang at least twice and at least 17 years old. The sampling technique that use in this research is purposive sampling and data collection method by questionnaire that distributed to 113 respondents. Analysis method of data use factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The analysis in this study resulted five factors that formed Experiential Marketing consist of Feel, Act, Sense, Relate, and Think. The five factor showed that have significant effect together and partially toward Customer Loyalty. The result of multiple regression analysis showed that Think Factor has dominant influence toward Customer Loyalt

Data analysis on this research used by regression analysis and independentdfsample t-test. The resultsdjof independent sample t-test is, Experiential Marketing has significant influence to Purchase Decision, and also Emotional Marketing has significant influence to Purchase Decision. The result from independent sample t-test shows there is no significant differences of experiential marketing and emotional marketing influence on purchase decision betwee n Indonesian consumer and Malaysian consumer. Based on the result, Nike should increase their design of the shoes in order to get attention from consumer and increasing positive experience, also Nike should do an emotional approaching for their consumer by maintain their brand.
