Studi Pengukuran Kecepatan Aliran Pada Sungai Pasang Surut

Tidal river is one of the water resources which require proper management to be used as human needs such as irrigation and raw water. It required data such as discharge or velocity and water level. Until this period standard for measuring the velocity is just arranged in non-tidal rivers with SNI 03-2414-1991. This research aims to examine ways to measure water velocity in tidal rivers and provide recommendations for the design of new SNI for measuring the velocity of the tidal rivers.Methods used is by conducting velocity measurements performed in two rivers namely the Kapuas and Katingan by dividing the cross section into 3 sections and the time interval is 1 hour. Measurements were made using a 5 point in depth (d), are 20 cm, 0,2d, 0,4d, 0,6d, 0,8d which further results are elaborated and analyzed. It also carried out measurements of water level for 15 days with intervals of 1 hour.The results of this study are 8 requirements for the selection of the measurement location, 2 requirements for a long time and period measurement, 4 hydraulic conditions that must be considered at the time of measurement and 3 recommendations

This study aims to determine whether the traditional salt industry already has the appropriate standard manufacture the technical aspects and prospects of development of the traditional salt industry reviewed of the financial aspects of feasibility and prospects of the market aspects Opportunities for the salt industry in Aceh Besar district is still wide open. These results indicate that the average farmer owned land measuring 468 M2. Salt processing is still done traditionally, wiyh an average production of 25 kg of salt per day. Financial analysis explains that the salt production is feasible, with the B/C ratio of 1.48. IRR of 37.60 percent, means that manufacture salt is able to produce a greater opportunity cost than the cost of capital so that the desired feasible. With NPV of Rp. 5,515,758 per year and a payback period of 11 months for 2 years. Opportunities for the salt industry in Aceh Besar district is still wide open. Struktur Garapan Gandang Tambua sebagai Perwujudan Kearifan Lokal Masyarakat Desa Cubadak Aia Kecamatan Pariaman Utara Kota Pariaman

This article aims to reveal the structure of arrangement of Gandang Tambua and the function of Gandang Tambua in the communities in terms of local wisdom. This study examines the values in local wisdom that are represented in the arrangement of Gandang Tambua in Cubadak Aia village, Pariaman Utara district, Pariaman City. This research is qualitative using descriptive method. Data is collected through interview, observation with direct participation, documentation, and literature review. Data is then analysed according to Miles and Huberman's. The result shows that the arrangement structure of Gandang Tambua consists of parts related to each other. ‘Tasa' plays as the main role in leading the performance of Gandang Tambua, while Gandang Tambua follows Tasa. It means, based on the local wisdom, the leaders are one step in front and one level higher. It also refers to the social structure of Minangkabau community where the children see their uncles as kings, the unces see ‘pangulu' (tribal leaders) as kings, pangulu see the truth as king, and the truth stands on its own. Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Job Satisfaction terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Matahari Depatment Store Tbk. Mega Mall Manado

Masalah sumber daya manusia menjadi perhatian utama bagi Perusahaan untuk tetap dapat bertahan di era global. Sumber daya manusia mempunyai peran utama dalam setiap kegiatan Perusahaan sehingga menjadi kunci yang harus selalu diperhatikan. Seorang karyawan yang memiliki kinerja yang tinggi dan baik dapat menunjang tercapainya tujuan dan sasaran yang telah ditetapkan oleh Perusahaan.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, job satisfaction terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi dan job satisfaction secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk untuk uji hipotesis dengan uji F dan uji t. Populasi penelitian adalah konsumen Matahari Departement Store. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, sebanyak 50 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan atau, Kompensasi dan Job Satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Sedangkan secara parsial kompensasi maupun job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Manajemen Matahari Megamall harus lebih memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja para karyawan, agar tujuan Perusahaan dapat berjalan dengan baik serta kinerja Perusahaan dapat meningkat. Demikian juga kerja dari para karyawan dalam sebuah Perusahaan dapat meningkat agar tujuan Perusahaan dapat tercapai dengan baik. Kata kunci: kompensasi, job satisfaction, kinerja karyawa

This research would explain about factors affecting China Formed the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) cooperation. The establishment of this partnership is part of China's One Belt One Road (OBOR) initiative.The Author uses the perspective of Liberalism, Interdependence Theory, and the analysis system is the nation state.This research uses an explanatory qualitative, the data collection techniques by library research are derived from sources of literature book, published magazine, journals, and scientific articles.The result of this research describe the reason China formed CPEC. Factors affecting China to establish CPEC are to provide transportation access for China to reduce the distance of Chinese energy import and International trade that had to pass through the Strait of Malacca to reach the Arabian Sea. As part of OBOR, CPEC will provide economic opportunities for the western region of China and the South Asia region, especially Pakistan

The research was carried out to get an overview of the extent to which the level of school readiness in applying knowledge management so that the utilization of information technology can bring many benefits in all aspects for the Betterment of mankind. So that the knowledge can be used to its full potential, then the school is in need of a system that is capable of managing knowledge is often called knowledge management system. Through this system, members of the school can exchange knowledge with each of the parties who are in school, so as to provide benefits like the idea, theidea to new innovations that can provide improved performance in school. This measurement is done by typing a few Knowledge Management Critical Success Factor into the aspects of Knowledge Management including aspects of Abstrarct, Soft and Hard.
