Bakalářská práse se soustředí na zjištění analýzy spokojenosti zákazníků v oblasti služeb. Konkrétně se pak jedná o služby spojené s mytím vozidel. Tato práce je zpracována ve firmě Auto-Profi a rovněž zahrnuje návrh na zvýšení spokojenosti zákazníků.This thesis focuses on the findings of analysis of customer satisfaction in services. Specifically it is about services related to washing cars. This work is processed in the company Auto-Profi and also inludes a proposal to increase customer satisfaction.

The Use of Data Mining Techniques for Prevention of Crimes

Tato práce se zabývá využitím data miningových postupů v oblasti prevence kriminality. V první části práce krátce představuje data mining jako vědní obor. Následuje část, která se věnuje oblasti prevence kriminality v několika vybraných zahraničních státech. Jsou zde popsány postupy a algoritmy, které se v různých státech světa používají za účelem prevence kriminality. Vedle postupů jsou také zmíněny softwarové nástroje, které policejní orgány těchto států využívají. Nalezené algoritmy a softwarové nástroje jsou poté představeny blíže. Další část se věnuje zkoumanému datasetu, který pochází z reálného prostředí České republiky, konkrétně z okolí Liberce. Nejprve je věnována pozornost způsobům rozšíření základního datasetu, poté se autor práce věnuje ověřování některých předpokládaných anomálií. Ke konci práce je využito některých popsaných algoritmů k nalezení možných hlubších vztahů.This thesis deals with the use of data mining techniques in the field of crime prevention. The first part of the thesis briefly introduces data mining as a scientific discipline. This is followed by a section that examines the field of crime prevention in a few selected states. a larger section is devoted to foreign countries. The procedures and algorithms used in different countries around the world for crime prevention are described. In addition to the procedures, the software tools used by the police authorities of these countries are also mentioned. The algorithms and software tools found are then presented in more detail. The next section is devoted to the dataset under study, which comes from the real environment of the Czech Republic, specifically from the surroundings of Liberec. First, attention is paid to the ways of extending the basic dataset, then a significant part of the paper is devoted to the verification of some assumed anomalies. Towards the end of the paper some of the described algorithms are used to find possible deeper relationships.

Modernisation of Production Layout of the Organisation

Tato práce se zabývá modernizací produkčního layoutu organizace s cílem odhalit základní zdroje neshod ve výrobě, zvýšit flexibilitu a efektivnost. V práci jsou představeny základní teoretické poznatky nasbírané za dobu studia z výuky a ze studování odborné literatury. Tyto poznatky jsou základem pro následnou praktickou analýzu podniku a měly by pomoci k vyvození ucelených informací o produkčním layoutu tak, aby organizace mohla být schopná závěry této práce aplikovat.This thesis deals with modernisation of production layout of organisation with a task to reveal main sources of faults in production, increasing the flexibility and effectivity. Theoretical knowledge, collected by study from lectures and reading of specialised literature, is being present. This knowledge is base for further practical analysation of organisation and yet should be helpful to conclude whole information of production layout that can be applied and maintained

Marketing Strategy Proposal for a Company

Diplomová práce se soustředí na návrh marketingové strategie pro nově vzniklou firmu WAXEXPERT s.r.o. zabývající se čistěním interiérů automobilů. Teoretická část práce pojednává o marketingu a marketingovém plánování. V praktické části, jsou zpracovány konkrétní návrhy marketingové strategie a prezentace firmy pro zákazníky.This thesis focuses on the proposal of marketing strategy for the newly formed company WAXEXPERT s.r.o. engaged in cleaning car interiors. The theoretical part deals with marketing and marketing planning. In the practical part, are prepared concrete proposals marketing strategy and company presentations for customers.

Modeling the Sex-Typing of Occupational Choice

In this article, the authors propose to model the influence of occupational structure on the sex-typing of occupational choice within a log-linear model framework. A key feature of the framework is that the explanatory variables vary as a function both of individual attributes and of choice attributes. The authors show how information about the structure of the labor force and the experiences of its male and female incumbents affect the occupational preferences of individuals early in the life course. Analyzing data on high school students in 1972 and 1979, the authors explore the influence of gender inequality in the societal makeup of the labor force through three hypothesized channels: (1) the extent of sex segregation of occupations in the labor force (the reflection model), (2) cross-occupational variation in pay equity between female and male workers (the expectation model), and (3) sex differences in the proportions of highly successful and unsuccessful workers (the reference model).Peer Reviewedhttp://deepblue.lib.umich.edu/bitstream/2027.42/68462/2/10.1177_0049124197026002005.pd
