The inter-marriage market should be viewed not only as a demographic category but also as a socio-cultural phenomenon determined by international migration. After the collapse of the USSR, the scale of marriage migration from Russia began to increase sharply. Moreover, a significant share of this migration flow was women and girls. In this regard, the term “Russian wife” was formed in international practice and became kind of a brand. Women tried to find wealthy, attentive, caring companions who have no addiction to alcohol, in this regard; they were looking for husbands abroad. The increase in the scale of marriage migration stimulated the creation of a special infrastructure of the marriage market: marriage agencies, professional matchmakers, dating sites, etc. However, this led to the formation of the shadow sector of this market, which was represented by groups engaged in illegal activities related to trafficking. At the moment, Russian women can be found in many countries, but there are four priority areas of marriage migration: North American, European, Asian, and Middle East. Moving to another country, women hope for a prosperous, happy life, but they often face difficulties on the way of adaptation. Most often, such barriers are poor knowledge of the language, mental and cultural differences with a foreign husband. Misunderstanding often leads to a break-up in relations. However, even in the event of divorce, women are rarely return home and try to find a husband abroad again

The study is devoted to the spatial development of Siberia and the Far East of Russia. The role of federal districts as established macro-regions is considered - in optimizing territorial planning and correction of subjects of interregional management, and isolating project federal territories on their basis - as objects of sustainable-safe spatial development. The main focus is on the formation of a promising spatial (infrastructure) framework for the development of macroregions, including the identification of advanced growth nodes (the so-called “second” and “third” cities of macroregional subjects) and the links between them (transport axes and corridors) that are significant in the global economic context. The findings of the study can be used both in strategic planning at the level of federal districts and in further research at the national and interregional levels.

Human trafficking in the Russian Federation is closely linked to irregular migration into which huge numbers of people from the former USSR have been drawn. The European Parliament's fight against organized crime and money found 880 thousand. Modern slaves in the EU, writes the German weekly "Der Spiegel", become familiar with its report. In this business was involved about 3,600 international criminal gangs. Only trafficking in human beings brings € 25 billion a year. Comparable income - € 18-26 billion - brings together trade bodies with a prohibited wildlife trade; the report said (Enslaved Europe, http://www.crime.vl.ru/index.php?p=4835&more=1&c=1&tb=1&pb=1#more4835, 2015)). The author analyzes the problem of illegal migration, which became relevant in the present time in Russia. The data for the research was collected by employing statistical, sociological, cartographic and analytical methods. The report analyses the scale of trafficking for labour exploitation in the Russian Federation and its link to irregular migration. The system for the regulation of labour migration in the Russian Federation can be viewed as imperfect and currently incomplete, enabling the possibility for labour migrants to be actively drawn into human trafficking and labour exploitation by unscrupulous employers and criminals. Currently, rhinitis accompanied by nasal obstruction is one of the most common diseases in children and adolescents. Regardless of the cause of its occurrence - an infectious or non-infectious (allergic) process, each time there is a vascular (vasomotor) reaction. In children of preschool and primary school age, the most common is infectious rhinitis, which develops with viral and bacterial infections. The group of non-allergic rhinitis, which develops more often in adolescents, is united by the term idiopathic (vasomotor) rhinitis.Purpose of the study. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the use of a complex preparation containing calendula, witch hazel, esculus, menthol and zinc oxide in the treatment of vasomotor rhinitis in children.Materials and methods. The study included 40 patients of childhood and adolescence, of both sexes (23 girls and 17 boys) aged 6 to 14 years with an established diagnosis of vasomotor (idiopathic) rhinitis, without concomitant pathology, not registered with specialists, without constant admission The study drug was used to lubricate the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity or put turundas with ointment for 3-5 minutes 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment was 7-10 days. The effectiveness of treatment was assessed by the dynamics of clinical data and the severity of the subjective symptoms of the disease.Results. A comparisons of these scores for re-assessing the status of patients relative to the timing of the study drug use showed a uniform positive trend in terms of the clinical picture and subjective complaints of patients.Conclusions. The inclusion in the complex therapy of pediatric patients with idiopathic (vasomotor) rhinitis of the drug Fleming’s Ointment, or monotherapy with this agent, contributes to a  rapid and pronounced weakening of  the  clinical manifestations of the disease, allowing you to quickly achieve positive treatment results in the form of relief of nasal obstruction, rhinorrhea, edema of the mucous membrane of the cavity nose, sneezing. There is a positive trend in the state of the mucous membrane itself

The article presents the results of a study on the assessment of accounting for the ethnic composition of the permanent population and migrants, as well as the effectiveness of the system of adaptation and integration of immigrants in the regions of Russia. Accounting for ethnicity is carried out within the framework of current accounting and the All-Russian Population Census. It is noted that access to more precise information is necessary for the formation of migration and national policies. It is proposed to use the experience of foreign countries in data recording on the parents’ place of birth. This expands the information about the ethnic and cultural roots of the respondents. The results of the survey confirm the statistical data on the growth of ethnocultural diversity in the regions of Russia. The changes take place due to the increase in the number of immigrants, seasonal migration, as well as the implementation of the State Program for the resettlement of compatriots. It is shown that in most regions there is no state body responsible for the adaptation and integration of migrants. On the part of migrants, it is important to know the Russian language, Russian legislation and the profession that is in demand in the region. It was proposed to form an operating mechanism for the adaptation of migrants and to consider a new approach to the collection of statistical dat

Effect of plastic coating on the density of plasma formed in Si foil targets irradiated by ultra-high-contrast relativistic laser pulses

The formation of high energy density matter occurs in inertial confinement fusion, astrophysical, and geophysical systems. In this context, it is important to couple as much energy as possible into a target while maintaining high density. A recent experimental campaign, using buried layer (or "sandwich" type) targets and the ultrahigh laser contrast Vulcan petawatt laser facility, resulted in 500 Mbar pressures in solid density plasmas (which corresponds to about 4.6×107J/cm3 energy density). The densities and temperatures of the generated plasma were measured based on the analysis of X-ray spectral line profiles and relative intensities

Introduction. The relevance of the study is due to the complexity of the differential diagnosis of Kosten's syndrome and meningioma in the area of the cerebellar bridge angle of the brain, as well as the severe suffering of patientsThe purpose of our study: development of an algorithm for the approach to the differential diagnosis of meningioma of the cerebellar angle and Kosten's syndrome.Materials and methods. To accomplish the set tasks, we examined 22 patients who complained of headache, hearing impairment, sensation of tinnitus, pain and crepitus in the temporomandibular joint during movements of the lower jaw, paresthesia of the oral and nasal mucosa. All patients were assigned studies: cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the TMJ according to indications.Results. Since complaints can lead patients to see doctors of various specialties, it is necessary to be able to differentiate between Costen's syndrome and a tumor of the cerebral pons-cerebral angle. In Costen's syndrome, the pain most often has an aching character, in contrast to the volumetric formations of the brain, in which the pain is burning, spreading along the branches of the facial or trigeminal nerve. One of the main methods of excluding a brain tumor is magnetic resonance imaging.Conclusions. The most significant modern method for diagnosing Costen's syndrome and meningioma of the cerebellopontine angle is magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the TMJ and the brain. Differential signs of Costen's syndrome are distal displacement of the head of the lower jaw, diagnosed by CBCT and MRI, as well as displacement of the articular disc (determined by MRI). A meningioma of the cerebellopontine angle is indicated by the burning nature of pain in half of the face, as well as confirmation of the diagnosis by magnetic resonance imaging of the brain
