Efficiency diagnostics of environmental management system in manufacturing enterprise and liability for environmental law violation

<p>The article presents the conceptual framework for efficiency diagnostics of environmental management system in manufacturing enterprise on grounds of business indices in order to solve problems of legal regulation in the field of ensuring the environmental security. </p> <p>The study found that the main indices of efficiency diagnostics of environmental management system in manufacturing enterprise are as follows: enterprise's level of environmental activity; the level of products quality; the level of enterprise impact on the environment; the technogenicity degree of the area where the enterprise operates; the frequency of environmental measures implementation by an enterprise. </p> <p>The study revealed the key applied aspects of enterprise legal responsibility (disciplinary, administrative, civil, and criminal) for Ukrainian environmental law violation.</p

Diagnostics of organizational structure efficiency of manufacturing enterprise management and liability for labour law violation

<p>The article reveals the essence of diagnostics of organizational structure efficiency of manufacturing enterprise management. It is been determined that the key business indices of the diagnostics system of organizational structure efficiency of manufacturing enterprise management are:  the efficiency level of the managerial apparatus activity;  the performance level of the enterprise managerial apparatus;  the level of provision of an enterprise management organizational structure with  necessary resources;  the level of responsibility of the management organizational structure for the results of enterprise activity.</p> <p>It has been ascertained that due violations of labour law<b> </b>of Ukraine (damage done to the enterprise, violation of rules of  labour protection, late payment of wages, illegal dismissal of employees, impairment of obligation on collective agreements, etc.) to the guilty employees (executives, workers) can used financial, disciplinary, administrative and criminal liability.</p

DIAGNOSTICS OF THE ENTERPRISE EXECUTIVES’ ACTIVITIES AT THE INSTITUTIONAL LEVEL OF GOVERNANCE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE APPLICABLE LEGISLATION, STATUTE AND FULFILLMENT OF THE OFFICIAL DUTIES

The article reveals the essence of the enterprise executives at the institutional  level of governance, by which should be understood the chief executive officer (or general manager of top level management) and also his deputies that realize functions of management (controlling, planning, action and / or delegation), develop management methods (economic, administrative, technological, etc.), accept managerial decisions (prospective, current) in the system "information - resource - time " that, taking into account opinion of Nobel Laureate 1976 Milton Friedman, focused on intentional development of the enterprise and formation its prospects (through increased of profit, market share, etc.) in the context implementation of rules of the game (legislative acts, honestly, without cheating and fraud, etc.) and participation in the competitive struggle.<div> Prospects for further research in the scientific area consist in the formation of the system purposes of economic diagnosis of the enterprise taking into account a partial diagnostic purposes in the legal sphere – of diagnostics of the enterprise executives’ activities at the institutional level of governance in the context of the applicable legislation, statute and fulfillment of the official duties.</div

<p><i>The article presents the conceptual framework of diagnostics of corruption risks in activity of state enterprise with the aim of solving problems of legal regulation in the sphere of corruption prevention and counteraction in the activities of Ukrainian enterprises within the framework of economy and management of an enterprises and law. Based on the analysis of legislative and regulatory legal acts of Ukraine and documents of legal practice presented the key applied aspects of legal liability of enterprise for Ukrainian anti-corruption law violation in the context of improving existing and developing new (modern) of diagnostic systems activities (economic diagnostics) of enterprises.</i><br></p

The role of human potential in e-government reforming

<p>In the article the main theoretical aspects of functioning of e-governance system and public-private partnership in it are investigated. The objectives of public-private partnership in e-governance system and methods of its achievement are described. The approach to the determination of the level of the enterprise readiness to the public-private partnership in e-governance system is proposed. This approach is based on the multiple-criteria decision analysis of human resourcing.</p
