The role of human potential in e-government reforming

Abstract

<p>In the article the main theoretical aspects of functioning of e-governance system and public-private partnership in it are investigated. The objectives of public-private partnership in e-governance system and methods of its achievement are described. The approach to the determination of the level of the enterprise readiness to the public-private partnership in e-governance system is proposed. This approach is based on the multiple-criteria decision analysis of human resourcing.</p
