    Permasalahan utama dari wanita kaum ibu dan remaja putri di jemaat Bukit Moria Malalayang adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang kewirausahaan dan serta mental atau jiwa berwirausaha yang perlu ada motivasi. Dengan sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia yang potensial maka perlu dilakukan pelatihan kewirausahaan. Tujuan kegiatan program kemitraan masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang kewirausahaan serta menumbuhkan mental atau jiwa berwirausaha. Pelatihan ini juga untuk memotivasi mitra agar dapat memanfaatkan hasil sumber daya alam yang ada disekitar.     The Role of Human Capital to the Improvement of Employee Performance in Fisheries Companies in North Sulawesi Province

    The aim of study is to analyze and explain the influence of human capital on employee performance. In this study using human capital as an independent variable and employee performance as the dependent variable. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach, the location of the research on Fisheries Companies in North Sulawesi Province.The sample in this study amounted to 152 respondents. To determine the sample, to be used area proportional random sampling technique. The data that has been netted with a questionnaire is then rated and tabulated for further analysis using multiple regression. The results of the study show that human capital through education level, work experience and competency variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

    This study aims to determine how the influence of competence and job satisfaction affects the performance of PT Freeport Indonesia's employees. This research was conducted at PT Freeport Indonesia Kuala Kencana Office Building 2, Timika Regency. This research was conducted in January 2021. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive analysis. This study uses primary and secondary data. Primary data is the result of direct data collection from respondents by distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents who are employees of the Administration Division of PT Freeport Indonesia, Material Expediting, Bulk and Container. Secondary data is obtained from existing sources (PT Freeport employee evaluation reports, books, journals, websites and so on) for reference in making reports. Data analysis used SEM-PLS factor analysis. The results showed that competence and job satisfaction had a significant effect on the performance of PT Freeport Indonesia's employees

    Pengetahuan dianggap sebagai salah satu aset penting dalam perusahaan, karena dengan pengetahuan perusahaan dapat mengetahui bagaimana kondisi lingkungan perusahaan saat ini, dan memperkirakan bagaimana lingkungan tersebut akan berubah serta bagaimana mengantisipasi dan memanfaatkan perubahan tersebut. Namun, banyak perusahaan belum mengetahui bagaimana memperoleh, mengelola, dan memanfaatkan pengetahuan-pengetahuan yang ada untuk kepentingan perusahaan. Dalam membangun suatu learning organization, dibutuhkan komitmen dan kesediaan para anggota organisasi untuk terus-menerus belajar dan berubah sesuai dengan perubahan lingkungan, dan hal ini dapat ditunjang oleh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasankKerja. 2) menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh learning organization terhadap kepuasan kerja. Lokasi penelitian di Kota Bitung yang terdiri dari 3 Lokasi/Perusahaan Minyak Goreng yaitu: 1) PT. Bimoli, 2) PT. Multi Nabati Sulawesi, dan 3) PT. Agro Makmur Jaya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 125 responden. Untuk menentukan sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian, digunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Data yang telah dijaring dengan kuesioner kemudian diberi nilai dan ditabulasikan untuk selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh epemimpinan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan learning organization berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja

The results of this study may show no significant effect between individual incentives with the performance of employees at PT Summit Oto Finance Bitung because the incentive is too small, so the incentives of individuals from the perspective of employees is low. So based research company must still provide an incentive to add more number of individuals and individual incentives in order to get a positive response from employees

    Talent Management Practices on Employee Turnover Intention

    Human resource managers need to play critical roles to overcome the talented and younger employees' turnover intention in an organization. This study aims to determine the causal relationship between talent management practice, perceived organizational support, and employee engagement and the impact on the turnover intention of Generation Y employees. A convenience sampling technique was used for this research. The study surveyed 182 Generation Y employees. The data collected were initially analyzed using the PLS-SEM method with the smartPLS-3 software. The results showed that talent management practice has a significant effect on perceived organizational support and employee engagement. It is also inferred that talent management practice, perceived organizational support, and employee engagement has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. This study also confirms that perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on employee engagement. Additionally, this study discovered that perceived organizational support and employee engagement operate as mediators between talent management practices and turnover intention
