Spectral components at visual and infrared wavelengths in active galactic nuclei

Aperture-dependent infrared photometry of active galactic nuclei are presented which illustrate the importance of eliminating starlight of the galaxy in order to obtain the intrinsic spectral distribution of the active nuclei. Separate components of emission are required to explain the infrared emission with a spectral index of alpha approx = 2 and the typical visual-ultraviolet continuum with alpha approx = 0.3 (where F(nu) varies as nu(sup-alpha). Present evidence does not allow unique determination of the appropriate mechanisms, but the characteristics of each are discussed

The used research methods are preliminary steps (energize the organization, enterprise vision, supply chain value assessment, opportunity identification, and strategy decision) for the analysis and for the design consist of supply chain management strategic, customer and service management, manufacturing and supply chain planning, supplier relationship management, logistics resource management, and architecting. The conclusion is the e-SCM application will make it easier for the distributor to order merchandise from the company because information channel is open, which is website and information flow between supplier, company, and distribution is getting better

Creativity-Relevant Personal Characteristics Among Indonesia Creative Workers

The study aims to identify Creativity-relevant Personal Characteristics among creative workers in Indonesia's creative industry. Identification of the constituent elements of the nature of the changes needs to be measured. Researchers have advocated replacing creativity-relevant personal characteristics based on the five-factor model to investigate how individual differences stimulate creativity. This study presents data supporting reliability (internal consistency) and validity (criterion and construct) of the instrument. Validity of the instrument is based on the content validity involving art and design experts. The 220 creative workers from several creative industry firms in Indonesia participated as samples in this research. Results of a factor analysis indicated a five factor solution of creative characteristics and behavior. Discussion of findings and the most important ways in which individuals differ in their enduring emotional, interpersonal, experiential, attitudinal, and motivational styles for stimulating creativity are presented

Capital expenditure dan revenue expenditure merupakan pengeluaran aset tetap yang ada dalam Perusahaan. Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan No. 16 merupkan acuan dalam penelitian ini. Objek penelitian adalah kebijakan yang memisahkan capital expenditure dan revenue expenditure dan perlakuan akuntansinya pada PT. Maesa Nugraha. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perlakuan akuntansi capital expenditure dan revenue expenditure. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kebijakan Perusahaan dalam mengatur pemisahan antara capital expenditure dan revenue expenditure. Dimana kebijakan tersebut telah sesuai dengan perlakuan akuntansi yang ada dalam PSAK No.16, yaitu suatu aset dikelompokkan ke dalam capital expenditure jika aset itu memiliki masa manfaat lebih dari satu periode akuntansi dan memiliki harga perolehan yang relatif besar. Sebaliknya, suatu aset dapat dikatakan sebagai revenue expenditure jika memiliki masa manfaat kurang dari satu periode akuntansi dan memiliki harga perolehan relatif kecil. Perlakuan akuntansi capital expenditure dan revenue expenditure telah sesuai dengan PSAK No.16. Kecuali untuk pencatatannya belum sesuai dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku. Manajemen PT. Maesa Nugraha Manado sebaiknya menggunakan pencatatan sesuai dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku. Kata kunci: capital expenditure, revenue expenditur
