    Capaian Sasaran Keadilan Sosial dalam Layanan Jantung Bagi Peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional di Kota Padang

    Sumatera Barat termasuk salah satu provinsi dengan angka penyakit jantung yang tinggi. Paket manfaat Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) yang luas membuat ketimpangan pelayanan penyakit jantung. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi capaian ketersediaan dan pemerataan layanan kesehatan jantung  yang berkeadilan di kota Padang.  Jenis Penelitian merupakan studi kasus pada layanan jantung yang dilakukan di kota Padang. Metode penelitian dengan mix methode. Data kuantitatif menggunakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari BPJS Kesehatan. Data kualitatif diperoleh dari hasil indept interview terhadap delapan informan yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Analisa data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa adanya ketersediaan katerisasi jantung di tiga rumah sakit di Kota Padang, namun, hanya satu rumah sakit yang melayani peserta JKN, ketersediaan dokter Spesialis Jantung sudah memadai, kunjungan jantung dan total dana klaim jantung tertinggi pada kelompok PBPU dengan angka kunjungan (30,77%) dan total klaim (31,21%) menunjukkan bahwa pemerataan pelayanan jantung belum merata dinikmati oleh segmen peserta PBI.  Paket manfaat JKN khususnya pelayanan jantung dapat mudah diakses oleh peserta JKN karena fasilitas kesehatan dan SDM kesehatan tersedia merata di kota Padang. Peserta JKN mendapatkan pelayanan yang adil kepada semua segmen peserta JKN. Namun, pemerataan pelayanan jantung belum merata dinikmati oleh semua segmen peserta JKN.  

    Penguatan Kader Posyandu Dalam Upaya Peningkatan Pelayanan Posyandu Balita di Masa Pandemi Covid 19

    Capaian pelayanan posyandu  di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Dadok Tunggul Hitam masih rendah, hal ini juga berdampak pada masa pandemi. Hal ini disebabkan, karena mayoritas penduduk bekerja, selain itu karena pandemi COVID 19 sehingga pelayanan posyandu belum berjalan maksimal. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan peran kader posyandu balita dan ibu dalam upaya peningkatan pelayanan posyandu balita di masa pandemi COVID 19. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah dengan melakukan Focus Group Discussion dengan enam kader di Posyandu Tulip Kelurahan Bungo Pasang untuk mengetahui permasalahan posyandu dan peran kader dalam pengelolaan posyandu, dan memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan mengenai pelayanan dan pengelolaan posyandu di masa pandemi. Penyuluhan dilakukan melalui ceramah dan diskusi tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan  didapatkan bahwa adanya antusias dari kader dalam mengikuti penyuluhan ini, dan terjadinya peningkatan kapasitas kader dalam pengelolaan posyandu. Hal ini terlihat terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan  kader mengenai pengelolaan posyandu di masa pandemi

    The coverage of the National Health Insurance (JKN) participation continues to increase but participant satisfaction with health services decreases. Quality control and cost control policies are efforts to improve the quality and satisfaction of JKN participants. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Quality Control and Cost Control (KMKB) policies in Padang City  This research was conducted at BPJS Health Offices, Hospitals and Health Centers in Padang City in 2019. This study used quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative data in the form of secondary data from participant satisfaction index reports and health facilities were analyzed with descriptive statistics. Qualitative research is carried out with a systems approach, namely the components of input, process, and output. . Collecting qualitative data with in-depth interviews and document review. Research informants were determined by purposive sampling with a total of 9 informants. Qualitative data analysis by triangulation of sources and methods. The results showed that the satisfaction index of participants and health service providers in 2016-2019 had increased. although it has not yet reached the target according to the JKN target map. The average satisfaction of JKN-KIS participants reached 80.1% and the satisfaction rate of JKN-KIS providers was 79.15%. Quality and cost control has been implemented at the advanced referral health facility (FKRTL) level in Padang City. The input components found that not all hospitals have a KMKB team but have carried out and carried out quality and cost control activities. The output component has been executed but the work achievement cannot be known because it cannot be measured. Quality and cost control efforts have been carried out and implemented, although not all Padang City FKRTLs have formed TKMKB. There is an increase in participant and provider satisfaction after the KMKB policy is implemented. 

    RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN KNOWLEDGE AND UTILIZATION OF ADOLESCENT CARE HEALTH SERVICES IN PADANG CITY

    The transition of children to adulthood through adolescence tends to be more daring to take risks so that it has an impact on reproductive health problems such as promiscuity leading to premarital sex, abortion, and the emergence of HIV-AIDS. So far, the government has carried out prevention through the Youth Care Health Service (PKPR) and has been implemented throughout Indonesia, including the city of Padang. However, the scope of services provided is still low. This study was conducted to examine the knowledge of high school students in the use of PKPR in Padang City in 2020. It was carried out through a cross-sectional approach at Padang City High School in March – October 2020. 145 students were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test. The results showed that there was a significant average difference between knowledge on the use of PKPR. For the use of PKPR to be increased and maximized, and educational promotion program is needed about the use of PKPR for adolescents by stakeholders and the government considering that knowledge and utilization of PKPR by adolescents is still low
