    HUBUNGAN FAKTOR MATERNAL DAN PERAWATAN BAYI DENGAN KEMATIAN NEONATAL PADA KELUARGA MISKIN DI KABUPATEN PADANG PARIAMAN TAHUN 2004 (RELATION OF MATERNAL FACTOR AND BABY NURSING WITH DEATH OF NEONATAL AT IMPECUNIOUS FAMILY OF YEAR 2004)

    Kematian bayi merupakan indikator utama dalam pembangunan kesehatan. 50% Angka Kematian Bayi terdiri dari Angka Kematian Neonatal. Di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman Angka Kematian Bayi sebesar 1,9%, 87,9% dari kematian bayi berasal dari neonatal, dan 75,2% dari kematian neonatal terjadi pada keluarga miskin. Salah satu usaha untuk menurunkan Angka Kematian Neonatal adalah dengan mengenal faktor risiko di antaranya yang berasal dari ibu (maternal) dan faktor perawatan bayi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor maternal dan perawatan bayi dengan kematian neonatal pada keluarga miskin di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan rancangan penelitian case control study. Populasi seluruh bayi gakin yang dilahirkan di Kabupaten Padang Pariaman Tahun 2004. Sampel sebesar 50 untuk kelompok kasus. Pengambilan sampel dengan acak sederhana sedangkan kontrol dipilih dengan melakukan matching. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji statistik Chi square dengan tingkat kemaknaan 0,05% dengan menggunakan program SPSS For Windows versi 13.0. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kematian neonatal 50% terdapat pada ibu dengan paritas lebih dari 3, sebesar 60% dengan jarak kehamilan yang kurang dari 24 bulan, 26% yang mengalami komplikasi di saat kehamilan, 68% yang memeriksakan kehamilan tidak sesuai dengan standar K4, 60% yang sudah memberikan makanan padat dini kepada bayi dan 42% perawat tali pusat bayi dilakukan selain petugas kesehatan. Sedangkan faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kematian neonatal adalah jarak kehamilan (p-value = 0,000 ; OR = 6,000), ANC (p-value = 0,000 ; OR = 8,500), pemberian makanan padat dini (p-value = 0,001 ; OR = 4,269) dan petugas perawat tali pusat (p-value = 0,008 ; OR = 3,802). Terdapat 3 faktor dominan untuk memprediksi probabilitas kematian neonatal, yaitu jarak kehamilan, ANC dan pemberian makanan padat dini. Prediksi probabilitas kematian neonatal oleh ketiga faktor risiko dominan sebesar 92%. Disarankan kepada pengelola KIA untuk meningkatkan penyuluhan individu kepada ibu hamil mengenai pentingnya ANC dan ASI ekslusif, mengadakan pelatihan kader dan pembinaan dukun di tingkat Puskesmas dan Kabupaten. And about 75,6% of infant mortality was happened on poor family. One of the effort to degrade neonatal mortality is by recognizing the risk factor among others coming from maternal and neonatal care. Target of this research is to know maternal factors and infant care influences to neonatal mortality on family in the District Padang Pariaman. This research is using by explanatory research with case control study. The populations of this research is all baby who have borned in The District Padang Pariaman in year of 2004. Sampele equal to 50 for the group of case dan control.In take of sample simple random sampling while control selected by doing matching. Data analysis done with statistical test of chi square with significan level 0,05 by using SPSS program for window with version 13,0. From the result of this research indicated that neonatal mortality 50% were happened on mother with parity more than 3, equal to 60%. With pregnancy interval which less than 24 months, 26% natural of conplication of pregnancy moment,68% ante natal care with K4 standart, 60% which have given solid food early to baby and 42% centre string neonatal care done by besides health officer. While the risk factor influences to neonatal mortality is pregnancy interval (p value = 0,000; OR = 6,000), ANC (p value = 0,000; OR = 8,500),giving early solid food (p value = 0,001); OR = 4,269) and centre string nurse officer (p= value =0,008; OR = 3,802). There are there dominant factors to predict the probability of neonatal mortality that are pregnancy interval, ANC and giving early solid food. Probability prediction of neonatal mortality by three dominant risk factors equal to 91%. In sugesting to KIA organizer to increase individual conseling to pregnant mother regarding importantly ANC and exlusive ASI.     A construction labor works on a project based on adetermined interval time. If the construction project is donethen the labor has to find another one. Based on theinterviews conducted to some construction labors in BandaAceh and Medan, they depend totally on the networking andfriendship among the labors in finding a project. sOn theother hand, the labors can survive only for seven days if he isnot working. The proposed solution is developing a jobsearch system for the construction labors using mobileapplication. This system is built using JavaME, RecordManagement Store (RMS) as the storage media, and ShortMessage Service (SMS) as the data connection. This systemapplies distributed system thus it will not cause the processbecomes slow because the limited memory of the cellularphone. This system provides the construction laborsspecification which is needed by the employer and the list ofconstruction labor specification. Job searching will beprocessed again once the labors done with a project. In thisway, the construction labors will continually contracted witha project. Using this system will solve the problem faced bythe construction labor in finding a project and finally achievetheir economis growth

    Jogging is a form of trotting or running at a slow or leisurely pace. So far, the measurement of running distance is determined by wearables Global Positioning System (GPS) and pedometers. The use of wearables with GPS commonly used by joggers cannot be used in indoor conditions. In addition, the use of a pedometer for measuring the number of steps cannot calculate the specific distance due to the inconsistency of human footsteps. This study aims to design a device to measure the distance traveled in jogging. To measure the distance traveled in a run, an Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) sensor can be used with a linear acceleration output then reduce the measurement noise by using a Kalman Filter. The acceleration signal is processed into a velocity signal and the velocity signal is processed into a distance signal through integration. From the results of the prototype design, it is able to measure a distance of 25m with an error of 0.78%, a distance of 50m with 0.53% and a distance of 75m with 0.22%. 

    Perancangan Robot Light Follower untuk Kursi Otomatis dengan Menggunakan Mikrokontroler ATmega 328P

    This article discusses the design of light follower chair prototype with speed adjustment of DC motor according to light intensity using microcontroller ATmega328p. This prototype provides a solution for a chair to be back on the position under the table automatically by using a light follower robot principle. There are many possible positions of a chair after being used: perpendicular or sideways to the table. As the positions after being used are varied, the light is used to direct the chair toward under the table since the light can reach the area around the chair except for the back area. This prototype functions well if the chair is heading to the table and is not designed to function in the backward position. LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) sensors are used to detect the light. As the source of light, 1 W high power LED is put under the table. A microcontroller ATmega328p is used to execute the input and output of this system. Two DC motor are used as actuators to control the movement of the chair toward the light under the table. Ultrasonic sensors HC-SR04 are used to measure the distance between the table and the chair so that the chair can stop at the desired position

    Salah satu cara pengenalan kendaraan adalah dengan identifikasi plat. Umumnya identifikasi yang dilakukan mengacu pada proses segmentasi tiap karakter dari citra plat. Makalah ini mengajukan suatu metode identifikasi plat yang sederhana tanpa melakukan pengenalan melainkan langsung pada proses pencocokan yang berbasis Phase Only Correlation (POC). POC mencocokkan plat dengan mengorelasikan fasa dari dua citra plat. Fasa diperoleh dengan mengubah citra dari domain spasial menjadi domain frekuensi menggunakan Transformasi Fourier Waktu Diskrit (TFWD). Nilai puncak POC akan tinggi jika citra plat yang dicocokkan adalah citra yang berasal dari plat yang sama. Sebaliknya akan rendah jika yang dicocokkan berasal dari plat yang berbeda. Hasil simulasi menggunakan 20 citra plat menunjukkan bahwa metode POC dapat digunakan dalam pencocokan citra plat

    Ordinal Measure of Discrete Cosine Transform Coefficients and its Application to Fingerprint Matching

    Recently, the identification system is not limited in using an ID and personal identification number (PIN) but also in using biometriccharacteristics.One of biometric characteristics that has been widely used is fingerprint.This paper proposes a fingerprint matching algorithms using ordinal measure of DCT coefficient. The ordinal measure of DCT coefficient is generated from DCT blocks with size 8x8 pixels. Matching level was determined by computing the Minkowski distance between features of input fingerprint image and fingerprint images in the database. The simulations were accomplished using 128 fingerprints that have been normalized, from which as many as 1024 genuine attempts and 15360 impostor attempts were generated. The proposed algorithms achievedan Equal Error Rate (EER) at threshold 0.3. At the EER, it resulted in FAR value of 0.82%, and FRR value of 78.41% respectively.The low value of FAR showed that the system wasconsiderably secure.DOI:http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/ijece.v3i6.437

    Design of Prototype for Online Disaster Multimedia Data Transmission Based on Android

    The development of information and communication technology application is growing rapidly. It has motivated the use of mobile devices for various social networking mobile services such as android based multimedia disaster information transmission. Disaster multimedia information is important for quick response and recovery phases of the disaster management. In previous work, an online disaster information system based on location (we called it ASIKonLBS) has been proposed. However, it was only providing the coordinate information of the disaster location by using short message service (SMS) gateway and global positioning system (GPS). In this paper, we propose the design of prototype for online disaster multimedia data transmission based on android. Such that, the ASIKonLBSv2 can provide not only the information of the location, but also the situation of the disaster area including news, picture, and video. The research method refers to a spiral model that begins with conceptual design, prototype development and evaluation. The result shows that the designed prototype can be implemented for online disaster multimedia data transmission (news, photo and video) using Android Developer Tools. Furthermore, the prototype can be installed in the android-based smartphone and map the disaster multimedia data onto the web of ASIKonLBS. Therefore, the proposed prototype is useful for the disaster agencies and practitioners in order to give the first aid for the victim in the disaster are
