Los dictámenes del Consejo de Estado y del Consejo de Garantías Estatutarias de Cataluña sobre la Ley de garantía de la unidad de mercado

The article explains the position of Council of State with regards to the constitutionality of the Market Unity Guarantee Act 20/2013 of 9 December. According to its opinion, the new regulation doesn’t cause a variation of distribution power rules between State and Autonomous Communities. The partially dissenting opinion of Council for Statutory Guarantees of Catalonia has also been included.El trabajo presenta la posición del Consejo de Estado sobre la constitucionalidad de la Ley 20/2013, de 9 diciembre, de garantía de la unidad de mercado. En opinión del mismo, la nueva regulación no supone una alteración del reparto constitucional de competencias.
