This report contains a review and summary of a number of technical specifications originating with the ISO, OGC and W3C standards bodies in the field of earth observations and sensor networks, with the aim of developing a data model appropriate for CEH sensor data. In particular it recommends the development of a JSON-LD based format built around core concepts drawn jointly from ISO19156 Observations and Measurements and W3C Semantic Sensor Networks (SSN)/Sensor, Observation, Sample and Actuator (SOSA); the use of the Complex Property Model for semantically grounded property descriptions; OGC Sensor ML for the description of sensor instances and types; and INSPIRE Environmental Monitoring Facilities for describing sites and their monitoring capabilities. For time series representation it recommends the use of observation collections (a SSN/SOSA extension) which also serve as a point of attachment for property/values shared by all observations in a collection

Analytické hodnocení léčiv kapalinovou chromatografií VI Diplomová práce Jan Rosecký Univerzita Karlova v Praze, Farmaceutická fakulta v Hradci Králové, Katedra farmaceutické chemie a kontroly léčiv, Heyrovského 1203, Hradec Králové Cílem této diplomové práce je optimalizace postupu stanovení kyseliny 6-aminokapronové, tj. hydrolytického rozkladného produktu akcelerantu transdermální penetrace transkarbamu 12, pomocí vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie (HPLC) a následná validace vypracované metody. V rámci validace metody byly hodnoceny tyto parametry - přesnost, správnost, linearita, selektivita, robustnost a detekční a kvantitativní limit. Bylo prokázáno, že metoda je přesná, správná, lineární (hodnota korelačního...Analytical evaluation of drugs by liquid chromatography VI Degree paper Jan Rosecký Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Drug Control, Heyrovského 1203, Hradec Králové The aim of this degree paper was to optimize conditions for the determination of 6-aminocaproic acid, hydrolytic degradation product of accelerant of transdermal penetration transkarbam 12, using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and subsequently to validate this method. 3,5-dinitrobenzoyl chloride was used before HPLC analysis for derivatization of 6-aminocaproic acid. Analysis of derivatized acid was performed on Separon SGX C-18 analytical column (150 x 3mm I.D, 5µm). The gradient elution was used for the separation. The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and sodium acetate buffer pH 4,5 and the flow rate was 1 ml/min. 20 µl sample volumes were injected into the chromatographic system. Wavelength used for the detection was 230 nm. The method of internal standard was used for quantitative evaluation of derivatized 6-aminocaproic acid and 7-aminocaprylic acid was chosen as the most suitable internal standard. After the development of the method, these validation parametres were evaluated: precision, accuracy, linearity, selectivity,...Katedra farmaceutické chemie a kontroly léčivDepartment of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Drug ControlFaculty of Pharmacy in Hradec KrálovéFarmaceutická fakulta v Hradci Králov

Grid Mind: Prolog-Based Simulation Environment for Future Energy Grids

    Get PDF
Fundamental changes in the current energy grids, towards the so called smart grids, initiated a range of projects involving extensive deployment of metering and control devices into the grid infrastructure. Since in many countries, the choice of supportive information and communication technologies (ICT) for the grid devices still remains an open question, benchmarking tools aimed at predicting their behavior in the deployed solution play an essential role in the decision-making process. This paper presents a Prolog-based simulation environment, named Grid Mind, primarily intended for the very purpose. The tool was successfully used to generate simulation scenarios in several smart-grid related projects and became a self-standing simulation tool for the evaluation of information and communication technologies used to deliver lowvoltage metering and monitoring data. The tool is continuously evolving, aimed to become an integral part of the future energy grid design in the Czech Republic and beyond
