It is a regression-based relative inequality ratio between the estimated health of the person at the bottom of the socioeconomic distribution to the estimated health of the person at the top of the distribution.</p>2<p>Average annual percentage change (AAPC) is derived from the Joinpoint analysis programme. It is a weighted average of the annual % change over all period segments.</p><p>A formal test for trend in the change in rate ratios was significant (p<0.0001) for men and women.</p
