    ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU PAPAN JATI TERHADAP KELANCARAN PRODUKSI PADA MEBEL PESONA JEPARA DI KOTA KUPANG

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengendalian persediaan bahan baku pada Mebel Pesona Jepara di kota kupang. Metode Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode EOQ, persediaan pengaman (Safety Stock), titik pesan kembali (Reorder Point) dan peramalan persediaan bahan baku. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan Economic Order Quantity tahun 2018 sebanyak 587 lembar dengan frekuensi 5 pemesanan kali dalam setahun, pada tahun 2019 sebanyak 621 lembar dengan frekuensi 6 kali pemesanan dalam setahun, pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 742 lembar dengan frekuensi 7 kali pemesanan dalam setahun. Menurut perhitungan Safety Stock tahun 2018 sebanyak 64 lembar, tahun 2019 sebanyak 88 lembar, tahun 2020 sebanyak 100 lembar, Reorder Point tahun 2018 sebanyak 128 lembar, tahun 2019 sebanyak 176 lembar, tahun 2020 sebanyak 200 lembar. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode  EOQ lebih efisien. Dan penelitian tersebut menyarankan informasi yang tepat tentang jumlah pengadaan bahan baku menggunakan EOQ, perusahaan perlu memantau keselamatan stock bahan baku dan menentukan waktu yang tepat untuk memesan bahan baku menggunakan metode Reorder Point terhadap kelancaran proses produksi.     The purpose of this study is to analyze the level and the type of damage in the production process CV.Bilo Datang and the solutions of quality control are carried out. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis method using Pareto diagram analysis tools and Cause-effect diagrams. The results of the study showed that the quality control conducted by the company was less than optimal, especially in controlling for half defective products. This is due to several things such as lack of employee skills and maintenance of machinery and equipment that is less than the maximum resulting in the product being half defective. Although in the amount of damage is greater than half defective products but there are also products damaged due to pest attack on wood.     Layout is an important decision that determines the efficiency of a long-term operation, which will be the basis for determining operating costs, if the decision is not made correctly in determining the layout it can hamper the production process. Besides that, it can lead to waste of costs. CV. Matahari is one of the industries producing drinking water in glass and gallon packaging under the brand MTH. The purpose of this study was to determine the type of layout, effectiveness and efficiency used by CV. Matahari. This study uses the From To Chart method, Activity Relationship Chart and Activity Relationship Diagram. The object observed in this study, namely the production process of bottled drinking water from CV. Matahari. The type of layout used by CV. Matahari is the product layout. The results of the analysis of these three methods were obtained, the distance from the borehole to the finished product is 547 meters with a movement time of 1141 seconds, and the total cost of moving the material is Rp. 2965 after being analyzed so that you get a change in layout with a distance of 542 meters, with a time of 1010.83 seconds, at a cost of Rp. 2642, so as to save costs, shorten distances and save time.     In terms of purchasing decisions in teenage consumers there are many factors that influence it, namely personal factors such as age, lifestyle, personality, and comfort that can influence a consumer in terms of making purchasing decisions. This study aims to find out partially and simultaneously the influence of age, lifestyle, personality, and comfort on the decision to purchase Vans shoes in Kupang City. This type of research is a survey with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted on teenage consumers in Kupang City with a total sample of 100 respondents who are consumers of adolescents aged 15-24 years in Kupang City. While data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Variables used include age (X1), lifestyle (X2), personality (X3), comfort (X4) and purchasing decisions (Y). The data analysis used was multiple linear regression (OLS) with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study showed that the variables age (X1) and personality (X3) partially influenced positive and significant impact on the decisions to purchase Vans shoes in Kupang City, while lifestyle variables (X2) and comfort (X4) partially had an insignificant effect on the decisions to purchase Vans shoes in Kupang City. Furthermore, variable age, lifestyle, personality, and comfort simultaneously have a significant influence on the decision to purchase Vans shoes in Kupang City.     ANALISIS TEORI ANTRIAN PADA JALUR SEPEDA MOTOR STASIUN PENGISIAN BAHAN BAKAR UMUM (SPBU) OEBOBO

    Queuing is a waiting line of units that require services from one or more service facilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of motor cycle line services and the optimal number of fuel refilling facilities at  Oebobo Gas Station (SPBU). This is a quantitative research and the analytical method used is the queuing theory analysis applied to Oebobo Gas Station. The results of the research shown that the highest average of motorcycles arrival  at 08.00-09.00 with 271 motorcycles arrival and the lowest at 16.00-17.00 with 154 motorcycles arrival and average level of service 199 motorcycles / hour. The optimal number of  facilities at the Oebobo Gas Station (SPBU) is 3 lines at 08.00-10.00 and 2 lines at 16.00-20.00. Keywords: Queuing Theory, Service Performance, Gas Statio

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen hubungan pelanggan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Kupang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 96 responden yang menjadi pelanggan pada PDAM Kota Kupang dengan menggunakan teknik Nonprobability Sampling dengan menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode analisis Importence Perfomance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen hubungan pelanggan belum sesuai dengan harapan para pelanggan, oleh karena itu PDAM perlu meningkatkan hubungannya dengan pelanggan. Berdasarkan diagram kartesius manajemen hubungan pelanggan pada PDAM Kota Kupang, item pelayanan yang termasuk dalam prioritas utama dan harus ditingkatkan kinerjanya yaitu tentang respon terhadap keluhan pelanggan, profesionalisme dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggan serta pemasangan jaringan atau sambungan pada rumah pelanggan.   Kata Kunci: Manajemen hubungan pelanggan, Importence Perfomance Analysis (IPA

    Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kepuasan pengunjung terhadap fasilitas wisata di Pantai Lasiana. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah accidential sampling. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden yaitu wistawan yang berkunjung ke Pantai Lasiana. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner (angket), observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis data menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan konsumen senyatanya lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan tingkat harapan. Hal ini berarti secara keseluruhan pengunjung belum sepenuhnya merasa puas dengan fasilitas wisata yang ada di Pantai Lasiana. Berdasarkan analisis diagram kartesius, fasilitas wisata yang masuk dalam prioritas utama dan memiliki kinerja yang rendah terdiri dari kondisi fisik lopo, kondisi fisik tempat sampah, ketersediaan jumlah tempat sampah dan pemisahan jenis tempat sampah organik dan non organik perlu diperbaiki agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan wisatawan di masa mendatang

    The research method is an associative method that uses questionnaires as a data collection tool that is distributed throughout the respondents. The population in the study were all employees. The number of samples taken was 35 respondents. As for analyzing and calculating the overall effect of the independent variable Situational Leadership Style on the dependent variable Employee Productivity that is processed using a computer program SPSS for Window. The results of Simple Linear Regression analysis show that the hypothesis testing proves that the Situational Leadership Style variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity in PDAM Kota Kupang, it means  the higher the Situational Leadership Style, the higher Employee Productivity.   Keywords: Situational Leadership Style, Employee Productivit

    This study aims to analyze the influence of the Marketing Mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence) on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions. The method used in this study is a quantitative method that is done through the stages of data collection, interpretation of data and appearance of results. Data collection techniques in this study are to use questionnaires. The population in this study was all people domiciled in Kupang City who had used online taxi bike of GrabBike. The technique sampling in this study using Non Probability Sampling with the method of Accidental Sampling, the sample used was 100 respondents .This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the Product has a significant influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, the Price has a significant influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, the Place has no influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, the Promotion has no influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, the People has  no influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, the Process has a significant influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions, and the Physical Evidence has a significant influence on the Consumer Purchasing Decisions. The simultaneous test results in this study revealed that all Marketing Mix variables affect the Consumer Purchasing Decisions.     ANALISIS PENGEMBANGAN OBYEK WISATA PANTAI OESAPA DI KOTA KUPANG

    This study aims to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors for the development of Oesapa Beach attractions in Kupang City. This type of research is qualitative research using qualitative descriptive research methods. Data sources consist of primary data obtained through observation and interviews; and secondary data sources come from records, interview results and documents from relevant agencies in the study. The results of the study show that the factors that support the development of Oesapa Beach attractions are: (1) Tourist attraction, is anything that has a unique, easy, and value in the form of natural diversity, culture, and man-made results that are targeted or tourist visits; (2) Visitors, are someone who visits a tourist area with the aim of having fun and spending less time, energy and money in less than 24 hours. While the inhibiting factors for the development of Oesapa Beach attractions are: (1) Accessibility, is the degree of ease achieved by a person towards an object, service or environment; (2) Promotion is an effort to offer products or services with the aim of attracting consumers to buy or consume them; (3) Human Resources (HR), namely the workforce involved in tourism is still inadequate and professional; and (4) Funds, is one of the benchmarks for the progress of the development of sustainable tourism objects. Oesapa Beach has a tourist attraction in the form of beautiful and natural scenery, lopo-lopo lined on the beach, and lined with cafes with colorful tents and unique and different cafe designs. In addition to the tourist attraction, visitors who are increasingly busy visiting this tourist attraction become a supporting factor for tourism objects can be developed.
