Plan estratégico y de RSE para la empresa Station Bike en el año 2022

Este proyecto tiene como finalidad aplicar para la elaboración de un Diplomado en Gestión Estratégica y Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, seleccionar la empresa “Tienda de Bicicletas STATION BIKE” ubicada en la ciudad de Medellín, para realizar su diagnóstico, realizar un estudio mediante un herramienta de recopilación de información para observar las fortalezas y debilidades de la empresa en la norma internacional ISO 26OOO en aplicación; participación ciudadana activa y desarrollo, luego de utilizar la herramienta (encuesta), continuamos analizando los resultados utilizando la herramienta árbol de problemas para identificar problemas, causas y consecuencias con el fin de lograr el 100% de aplicabilidad de la norma ISO 26000 y luego realizar un árbol de objetivos prediciendo posibles alternativas. La mejor solución, la acción final y el plan de seguimiento están diseñados para establecer objetivos para el progreso de un plan estratégico de RSE basado en tres dimensiones (económica, social, ambiental).The purpose of this work is to apply for the preparation of a Diploma in Strategic Management and Corporate Social Responsibility, select the company "STATION BIKE Bicycle Store" located in the city of Medellín, to carry out its diagnosis, carry out a study using a information gathering to observe the strengths and weaknesses of the company of the international standard ISO 26OOO in application; in each of its topics: organizational management, human rights, labor practices, environment, fair operating practices, consumer issues, active citizen participation and development, after using the tool (survey), we continue to analyze the results using the tool problem tree to identify problems, causes and consequences in order to achieve 100% applicability of ISO 26000 and then make an objective tree predicting possible alternatives. The best solution, the final action and the follow-up plan are designed to establish objectives for the development of a strategic plan of corporate social responsibility based on three dimensions (economic, social, environmental)

Manejo, aprovechamiento de residuos sólidos orgánicos y reciclables

En este trabajo se evidenciará el manejo y aprovechamiento de los residuos sólidos orgánicos y reciclables en el municipio de Morelia - Caquetá, realizando una caracterización de la región, presentando unos datos estadísticos que permiten evidenciar el impacto a la comunidad e identificando las posibles causas de la problemática y brindando las posibles alternativas de solución al problema.In this work, the management and use of organic waste is evidenced and recyclables in the municipality of Morelia - Caquetá, making a characterization of the region, presenting statistical data that show the impact on the community and Identifying the possible causes of the problem and providing possible alternatives for solution to the problem
