    Analysis of E-Advertising on Sales

    The purpose of this research is to analyse the increase in product sales using social media advertising. The research was conducted using literature study method and questionnaires that distributed to sellers who used social media advertising in marketing their products. The results show that selling products on social media using advertisements can generate more sales and cunsomers. With social media advertising, sellers can choose the type of potential customers according to the product being sold. The sellers can determine the type of prospective customer based on thier age, residence, and/or hobbies to it easier for the seller to divert the sale of their product. Therefore, social media advertising helps sellers who market their products to generate more sales

    Penelitian ini mempunyai fokus tentang perilaku pemilih golput dalam pilgub Jawa Barat. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Kecamatan Coblong adalah wilayah perkotaan yang tingkat golputnya cukup signifikan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Peneliti berperan sebagai instrumen penelitian. Adapun metode pengumpulan datanya meliputi observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok golput yang terjadi di Kecamatan Coblong didominasi oleh para kaum intelektual yang mempunyai pendidikan cukup dan berpikir idealis. Makna golput yang ditemukan di Kecamatan Coblong adalah mereka yang dengan sengaja tidak menggunakan hak pilih dan dapat dilihat dari surat suara yang tidak sah. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pemilih golput di Kecamatan Coblong dapat dilihat dari faktor teknis yang berasal dari pemilih, sikap apatis dan kurangnya sosialisasi Pilgub Jawa Barat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu yang menjadi kelompok golput di Kecamatan Coblong adalah para pendatang seperti mahasiswa dan pedagang. Makna golput yang terjadi di Kecamatan Coblong adalah sekelompok orang yang tidak memberikan aspirasi kepada ketiga kandidat. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan perilaku pemilih golput di Kecamatan Coblong dalam pilgub Jabar 2008 adalah faktor teknis seperti administratif dan sikap politis serta sosialisasi Pilgub Jawa Barat yang kurang maksimal

Jalan Braga has an important role in the development of the city of Bandung, since the Dutch occupation inIndonesia, Jalan Braga has been used as a protocol road in the city of Bandung. It makes the Jalan Braga sidewalkhave an important role for the satisfaction of pedestrian, especially domestic and foreign tourists. The purpose of thisstudy is to find out how the level of pedestrian satisfaction is based on a comparison between the value of perceptionsand expectations of the quality of the elements forming the sidewalks of Jalan Braga, Bandung. This research is adescriptive study with a quantitative approach and uses the Accidential Sampling method in selecting respondents. Themain data of collection method is done by the intercept method. The benefits of this research are to gain knowledgeabout the sidewalk-forming elements that can provide value for comfort and satisfaction for pedestrians.     KUALITAS APBD MENURUT PERSPEKTF PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DAN TRANSPARANSI KEBIJAKAN PUBLIK

    This study aims to find out the implementation of community participation and transparency of public policy on the quality of regional budget (APBD) in the South Coastal District Health Office. factors tested in this study are Community Participation and Public Policy Transparency as independent variables. While the quality of APBD as a dependent variable. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study is all employees of the Sub Division of Finance and Sub Division of Programs and Budget of the South Coast District Health Office. The sampling technique used is using census method (saturated sample), so that the number of samples used is 36 sample data. The data collection method is carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Sub Division of Finance and the Program and Budget Sub-Section of the South Coastal District Health Office. The results showed that the Implementation of Community Participation and Transparency of Public Policy on the Quality of APBD in the South Coastal District Health Office is quite good but not fully optimal, where there is still a lack of participation and transparency carried out. Faktor-faktor yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah Partisipasi Masyarakat dan Transparansi Kebijakan Publik sebagai variabel independen. Sedangkan Kualitas APBD sebagai variabel dependen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Sub Bagian Keuangan dan Sub Bagian Program dan Anggaran Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode sensus (sampel jenuh), sehingga jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 36 data sampel. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara membagikan  kuesioner  kepada  pegawai Sub Bagian Keuangan dan Sub Bagian Program dan Anggaran Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Implementasi Partisipasi Masyarakat dan Transparansi Kebijakan Publik terhadap Kualitas APBD di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan cukup baik namun belum sepenuhnya optimal, dimana masih kurangnya partisipasi dan transparansi yang dilakukan.  Kata kunci: Transparansi Kebijakan Publik, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Kualitas APBD

    Survey Tingkat Pengetahuan Serta Kesiapan Dosen dan Mahasiswa dalam Pelaksanaan Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka

    Abstract: The purpose of this survey is to determine the level of knowledge and readiness of lecturers and students in the implementation of the MBKM program and to find out the obstacles in the implementation of the MBKM program. This survey uses a descriptive method and the data is processed using descriptive statistics. The survey was conducted on 1307 respondents consisting of 23 lecturers and 1284 students in the UNIKOM Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP). The survey results show that lecturers already have an adequate level of knowledge regarding MBKM program policies while students do not yet have adequate knowledge regarding MBKM program policies. Furthermore, the survey results show that lecturers and students are ready to implement the MBKM program because the MBKM program has an impact on increasing the competence, hardskills and softskills of graduates that are relevant to the needs of future users, although the majority of students do not feel confident that they can join the program, but students at FISIP UNIKOM have ready to join the MBKM program. Financial factors, regulations, limited information and human resource capabilities, curriculum adjustments, value conversion and academic information systems, assessments with partners and support from higher education leaders are the biggest inhibiting factors in the implementation of the MBKM program.Keywords: competence, readiness of lecturers and students, MBKM programĀ Abstrak: Tujuan dari survey ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan serta kesiapan dosen dan mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaan program MBKM serta mengetahui hambatan dalam pelaksanaan program MBKM. Survey ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan data diolah dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Survey dilakukan pada 1307 responden yang terdiri dari 23 orang dosen dan 1284 mahasiswa di lingkungan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (FISIP) UNIKOM. Hasil survey memperlihatkan dosen telah memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang memadai terkait kebijakan program MBKM sedangkan mahasiswa belum memiliki pengetahuan yang memadai terkait kebijakan program MBKM. Selanjutnya hasil survey menunjukan dosen dan mahasiswa telah siap melaksanakan program MBKM karena program MBKM berdampak terhadap peningkatan kompetensi, hardskills dan softskills lulusan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan pengguna dimasa yang akan datang, walaupun mayoritas mahasiswa belum merasa yakin dapat mengikuti program tersebut namun mahasiswa di FISIP UNIKOM telah siap untuk mengikuti program MBKM. Faktor finansial; regulasi, keterbatasan informasi dan kapabilitas sumber daya manusia; penyesuaian kurikulum, konversi nilai dan sistem informasi akademik; Penjajagan dengan Mitra serta dukungan pimpinan Perguruan Tinggi merupakan faktor-faktor penghambat terbesar dalam pelaksanaan program MBKM.Kata kunci: kompetensi, kesiapan dosen dan mahasiswa, progam MBK

    A company that is reliable in providing its products or services never escapes the good quality of human resources. These qualities can generally be viewed from the development and maintenance of human resources within the company. In the research conducted at PT.  The Eastern Pillar of Technology, the company hopes to maximize service to its employees so that they can focus on working and the level of employee satisfaction can increase. The service in question is oriented towards Human Resource Management, where so far, every bureaucratic, administrative, and recapitulation process related to human resources has not been fully recorded and optimally documented. For example, on its implementation, employees who want to apply for leave or permission will be faced with a long bureaucratic process.  On the other hand, employees must also confirm to the Human Resource Management party whether they still have leave and permit allotments or not. This causes problems in some conditions, where the occurrence of employee indiscipline in applying for leave or permits. In addition to the application and attendance process that is still done manually, it causes inconsistencies or errors in the recap of employee data.  That have a bad impact on the calculation of the payroll that will be carried out. Mobile-based Employee Self Service plays an important role in solving these problems because it can display accurate data and reports for each employee, both in terms of permits, leave, overtime, attendance or even payroll calculations. This research was conducted using a descriptive research method with a data collection method through interviews and observations on the object of study. For the system development method used, the author used the prototype development method with Unified Modelling Language modelling. While in prototype development, the author uses kotlin and MySQL programming languages for his database.  The result is the construction of Employee Self Service with the aim of providing easier access for employees in utilizing the facilities provided by the company, as well as minimizing errors and omissions that may occur in the employee service process
