HUBUNGAN ANTARA PRESTASI PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI DAN PRESTASI KEWIRAUSAHAAN DENGAN MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA SISWA KELAS XII TEKNIK KENDARAAN RINGAN SMK NEGERI 5 SURAKARTA
The purpose of research are (1) To know the state achievement industrial work
practicum, achievement entrepreneurship, and interest entrepreneurial of class XII Teknik
Kendaraan Ringan at SMK 5 Surakarta, (2) To know relation achievement industrial work
practicum by interest entrepreneurial of class XII Teknik Kendaraan Ringan at SMK 5
Surakarta, (3) To know relation achievement entrepreneurship by interest entrepreneurial of
class XII Teknik Kendaraan Ringan at SMK 5 Surakarta, (4) To know relation achievement
industrial work practicum and entrepreneurship together by interest entrepreneurial of class
XII Teknik Kendaraan Ringan at SMK 5 Surakarta.
The research found that: (1) The student of class XII Teknik Kendaraan Ringan at
SMK Negeri 5 Surakarta having an average value industrial work practicum and
entrepreneurship are good as well as being entrepreneurial interest; (2) There is a positive
relationship between achievement industrial work practicum students with interest
entrepreneurial of class XII Teknik Kendaraan Ringan at SMK Negeri 5 Surakarta; (3) There
is a positive relationship between achievement entrepreneurship with interest entrepreneurial
of class XII Teknik Kendaraan Ringan at SMK Negeri 5 Surakarta; (4) There is a positive
relationship between achievement industrial work practicum and entrepreneurship with
interest entrepreneurial of class XII Teknik Kendaraan Ringan at SMK Negeri 5 Surakarta.

HUBUNGAN PERSEPSI SISWA DAN PERAN BIMBINGAN KONSELING DENGAN MINAT MEMASUKI SMK N 2 SURAKARTA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2011/2012
The objectives of The research is to obtain the describtion on the correlation of student
perception and counseling guiding role to the interest of entering SMK Negeri 2 Surakarta in
the school year of 2011/2012. This study employed a survey method and quantitative
approach. The subject of research was the X graders of SMK Negeri 2 Surakarta. The
population of research was all X graders of SMK Negeri 2 Surakarta from all departments in
the school year of 2011/2012, consisting of 726 students. The sample consisted of 255
students, taken using proportional random sampling technique. The instrument used in this
research was questionnaire distribution. The tryout of questionnaire was conducted with 30
respondents of one class, X TMP D. Technique of analyzing data used was a two-predictor
multiple regression analysis and Pearson’s product moment correlation technique. Based on
the result of analysis, it could be concluded that there was a correlation of student perception
and counseling guiding role to the interest of entering SMK Negeri 2 Surakarta in the school
year of 2011/2012. The student perception variable gave relative contribution of 83.8% and
effective contribution of 54.1%. The counseling guiding variable gave relative contribution of
16.2% and effective contribution of 10.5%. the following recommendations could be given.
SMK Negeri 2 Surakarta should improve its school promotion strategy to the society and
junior high schools through counseling guiding division because a good promotion strategy
would improve the quality of student input resource
PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN ELEKTROLISER AIR DAN PEMANASAN BAHAN BAKAR BENSIN MELALUI PIPA KAPILER BERSIRIP TRANSVERSAL PROFIL PERSEGI DI DALAM UPPER TANK RADIATOR TERHADAP KONSUMSI BAHAN BAKAR PADA MESIN TOYOTA KIJANG
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Penggunaan elektroliser air menurunkan
konsumsi bahan bakar pada mesin Toyota Kijang sebesar 2,023×10-3 cc tiap siklus atau sebesar
5,4%, 2) Penggunaan pemanasan bahan bakar menurunkan konsumsi bahan bakar pada mesin
Toyota Kijang. Penurunan konsumsi terbesar pada pemanasan bahan bakar menggunakan pipa
tembaga dengan jarak antar sirip 10 mm sebesar 4,818×10-3 cc tiap siklus atau sebesar 13%, 3)
Penggunaan elektroliser air dan pemanasan bahan bakar menurunkan konsumsi bahan bakar
pada mesin Toyota Kijang. Penurunan konsumsi terbesar pada penggunaan elektroliser air dan
pemanasan bahan bakar menggunakan pipa tembaga dengan jarak antar sirip 10 mm sebesar
6,196×10-3 cc tiap siklus atau sebesar 16,8%.

ANALISIS PEMOTONGAN RAMP POROS BUBUNGAN TERHADAP KONSUMSI BAHAN BAKAR DAN EMISI GAS BUANG PADA SUZUKI SHOGUN 125 SP TAHUN 2005
Based on results an analysis of cutting camshaft ramp to fuel consumption and
exhaust gas emissions the suzuki shogun 125 sp in 2005, can be results of this study show
that the fuel consumption average on the use of standard cam shaft for a distance of 100 km is
2777 ml. While fuel consumption average on the use of modified camshafts (duration 255

for a distance of 100 km is 2887 ml. On the use of modified camshafts, fuel consumption for
a distance of 100 km increased 110 ml. On the use of the standard exhaust camshafts CO
emissions average is 1,396%. CO exhaust emissions on average use modified camshafts

) is 5,583%. On the use of modified camshafts, CO emissions increased by
4,187%. HC exhaust emissions in the use of the average standard ridge axis is 141,667 ppm.
HC exhaust emissions on average use modified camshafts (duration 255

On the use of modified camshafts HC emissions increased by 2479,663 ppm. The

KONTRIBUSI PELAKSANAAN TEACHING FACTORY DALAM MEMPERSIAPKAN LULUSAN MEMASUKI DUNIA KERJA SISWA SMK NEGERI 5 SURAKARTA TAHUN AJARAN 2011/2012
The purpose of this study is to determine (1) implementation of teaching factory in
SMK N 5 Surakarta, (2) contribution implementation of teaching factory in preparing
graduates to enter the world of work student of SMK N 5 Surakarta, (3) constraints faced in
the implementation of the teaching factory and efforts were made to overcome.
This research is a qulitative and strategis used are descriptive study single rooted.
The source data consisted of informants, dokuments, places, and events. The sampling
technique used was purposive sampling. The technique of collecting data through interviews,
observations, and document analysis. The validity of the data used was the triangulation of
sourch (data) and method. The data analysis technique used is interactive model analysis
technique which include data reduction, presentation of data, and drawing conclusions.
The results showed that (1) implementation of teaching factory in SMK N 5
Surakarta implemented through three stages of production processes, marketing processes,
and evaluation. (2) Contribution teaching factory implementation among others to increase
knowledge, skills, experience, and student discipline and cultivate students' professional
attitude. (3) In the implementation of teaching factory, the SMK N 5 Surakarta having some
problems, among others (a) execution time teaching factory are very few, (b) no special place
teaching factory implementation, (c) number of teachers still lack, (d) the role student is less
maxsimum, (e) the organizational structure. The efforts of the SMK N 5 Surakarta to
overcome these obstacles (a) enjoy free time students, (b) additional space for the
implementation of the teaching factory, (c) increasing the number of teachers, (d) prepare in
the best implementation of teaching factory and adding infrastructure of teaching factory, (e)
elect a teaching factory capable of carrying out their duties properly.

PENGARUH JUMLAH KATALISATOR PADA HYDROCARBON CRACK SYSTEM (HCS) DAN JENIS BUSI TERHADAP DAYA MESIN SEPEDA MOTOR YAMAHA JUPITER Z TAHUN 2008
The purpose of this research is to : (1) Investigated the influence of the
number of catalyst on the Hydrocarbon Crack System (HCS) to engine power
Yamaha motorcycle Jupiter Z 2008. (2) Investigated the influence of variations
busi to power engine Yamaha motorcycle Jupiter Z 2008. (3) Investigated
interaction the influence of catalyst on the Hydrocarbon Crack System (HCS) and
variation of spark plug types to engine power Yamaha motorcycle Jupiter Z 2008.
Technique collection data of measurement by conducting power engine,
with the treatment of Hydrocarbon Crack System/HCS (A factor) and variation of
spark plug types (B factor), with 3 levels on the A factor and 2 levels on the B
factor, so that produced 6 treatment and every treatment done 3 times repetition in
order to obtain 18 data the measurement of engine power. Analytical techniques
of data in this research used anava two ways test to know the influence of the use
of Hydrocarbon Crack System (HCS) and variation of spark plugs types and
comparation pasca anava to know difference of treatment rate what kinds of that
produces the highest engine power.

FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENYEBAB KESULITAN BELAJAR MAHASISWA PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN TEKNIK MESIN FKIP UNS PADA MATA KULIAH PRAKTIK SEMESTER GENAP TAHUN AKADEMIK 2011/2012
The purpose of this research is to determine the factors of students learning
difficulties and to find out how much each of these factors causing student learning
difficulties Mechanical Engineering Education FKIP UNS Academic Year 2011/2012.
The research was conducted in the Campus V Pabelan Study Program Mechanical
Engineering Education FKIP UNS. The research was conducted using a quantitative
descriptive. Subjects in this study were students of Study Program Mechanical Engineering
Education FKIP UNS following courses in the second semester that the practice amounted to
215 students and is divided into four practice courses. Samples were taken with a
proportionate stratified random sampling technique as many as 175 students. Techniques of
data collection in this study is the documentation, questionnaires, and interviews. The validity
of the data using the method of triangulation techniques. Test the validity of the study was
conducted based on numerical correlation figures Pearson's Product Moment Correlation with
SPSS 15 For Windows. Reliability test of this research using Cronbach Alpha with SPSS 15
For Windows. The method of analysis used a quantitative descriptive analysis.
Based on the results of data analysis can be taken a conclusion Factors Contributing
to the difficulty of learning is divided into two major lines are a) Internal factors originating
from with in the student sare divided into six indicators are physical state, a state of bodily
function, intelligence, interest, motivation, and talent. b) External factors that originate from
outside of a student include family factors, campus factors, and community factors are
divided into ten indicators that concern the elderly, the house, the family's economic situation,
lecturers, practice tools, books supporting the practice, the conditions of space workshops,
hanging out friends, activities in the community, and neighborhood. However, based on
several factors mentioned above the most dominant factor was the cause of learning
difficulties of students interests, talents, workshop space conditions, and practices supporting
books. This can be seen from the results of research that proves there are several factors that
cause learning difficulties of students in practical courses.

PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN ELEKTROLISER KAWAT TEMBAGA DAN JENIS BUSI TERHADAP EMISI GAS BUANG CO DAN HC PADA SEPEDA MOTOR HONDA BEAT TAHUN 2010
Purposes of the research are: (1) to do research effect of copper wire electrolyzer on CO and HC exhaust gas emission of Honda Beat motorcycle of 2010. (2) To do research effect of sparkplug type on CO and HC exhaust gas emission of Honda Beat motorcycle of 2010. (3) To do research interactive effect using copper wire electrolyzer and type of sparkplug on CO and HC exhaust gas emission of Honda Beat motorcycle of 2010.
The experiment uses 4x3 factorial method and quantitative approach. Population of the research is Honda Beat motorcycle of 2010. Sample of the research is Honda Beat motorcycle with machine-number JF51E1050768. Sample is taken by using purposive random sampling technique.
Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) There were effect using copper wire electrolyzer on CO and HC exhaust gas emissions of Honda Beat motorcycle of 2010 and from the data presented indicate that the levels emissions of CO and HC were lower than before using electrolyzer. (2) There were effect using types of sparkplugs on CO and HC exhaust gas emissions of Honda Beat motorcycle of 2010 and from the data presented indicate that the levels emissions of CO and HC were lower than using the standard sparkplug. (3) There were interactive effect using electrolyzer and sparkplug type on CO and HC exhaust gas emission of Honda Beat motorcycle of 2010 and shows the exhaust emissions of CO and HC more lower.

ANALISIS KESIAPAN MAHASISWA DALAM MELAKSANAKAN PRAKTIK INDUSTRI PROGRAM STUDI PENDIDIKAN TEKNIK MESIN JPTK FKIP UNS
The purpose of this research was to know the students readiness of Mechanical
Engineering Education Study Program JPTK FKIP UNS in implementating industry practice
and the value of indicators which obtained.
This research is a quantitative descriptive. Research subjects were students of
Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program JPTK FKIP UNS 2009, as many as 56
students. The research sample as many as 48 students. Sampling technique was proportionate
random sampling. Sampling technique was proportionate random sampling. Techniques of
data collection are by questionnaire and interview. Testing of the validity instrument was
conducted based on the Pearson's Product Moment Correlation. Reliability test instrument
used Cronbach's Alpha.
The results showed that students readiness of Mechanical Engineering Education
Study Program JPTK FKIP UNS 2009 in implementating industry practice in terms of
condition tonus of the body was 78,65 (high), state of body function was 85,00 (very high),
intelligence was 79,90 (high), motivation was 72,08 (high), interests was 80,83 (very high),
attitudes was 73,17 (high), and talents was 73,85 (high). In general, the student of Mechanical
Engineering Education Study Program JPTK FKIP UNS 2009 ready to implemented Industry
Practices.

PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN STABILISER TEGANGAN ELEKTRONIK DAN VARIASI BUSI TERHADAP KONSUMSI BAHAN BAKAR PADA YAMAHA MIO SOUL TAHUN 2010
The purposes of this research are: (1) To explore the use effect of Electronic Voltage
Stabilizer against consumption fuel Yamaha Mio Soul 2010. (2) To explore the effect of the
variation of spark plugs against consumption fuel on Yamaha Mio Soul 2010. (3) To explore
the interaction effect of Electronic Voltage Stabilizer and variation spark plugs against
consumption fuel on Yamaha Mio Soul 2010.
This research was conducted in the Workshop of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of
Teacher Training and Education. Sebelas Maret University of Surakarta. Type of this
research is descriptive qualitative uses experimental methods. The Object in this research
used a motorcycle Yamaha Mio Soul 2010 with engine number 2S6439296. Techniques of
data analysis in this research using descriptive data analysis that is directly observed
experimental results are then analyzed and summing up the results of the research. As an
input parameter in analyzing the data include: the use of Electronic Voltage Stabilizer, a
variation of the standard spark plugs, platinum, iridium and fuel consumption.
The research can be conclude that: (1) The use of Electronic Voltage Stabilizer on
Yamaha Mio Soul 2010 to fuel consumption with standard plug of 9.2 ml/minute, platinum
spark plug 9.2 ml/minute, iridium spark plug 8.73 ml/minute. (2) Without the use of Electronic
Voltage Stabilizer on Yamaha Mio Soul 2010 against the consumption of fuel by standard
spark plug of 9.66 ml/minute, platinum spark plug 9.33 ml/minute, iridium spark plug 8.93
ml/minute. (3) The best interaction between the use of Electronic Voltage Stabilizer and
variation of spark plugs that is on the use of Electronic Voltage Stabilizer to the spark plug
with the use of iridium which is 8.73 ml/minute, but the use this variation must attention the
total cost
