Puri Market, which is located on Jalan Colonel Sunandar, precisely in the center of Pati Regency, is a traditional market which is the basis for the people of Pati to sell and buy all life-sustaining needs. This needs to be taken into account considering that the existence of an activity center must have as few parking areas as possible. Therefore, this study was carried out with the aim of providing recommendations for parking characteristics, parking space capacity and planning the most optimal parking layout for Puri Pati Market. Conditions are reviewed on 1 weekend and 3 weekdays. Namely Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. From 06.00 to 12.00. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The results of the research are that the characteristics of motorbike parking spaces for the Puri Pati Market area are 345 SRP which is in accordance with the 1996 Directorate General of Land Transportation standards. At Puri Pati Market There are also no entrances and exits that use electronic parking. With the existing motorbike parking space capacity of 280 SRP at Puri Pati Market, it can still meet existing parking needs. From the calculations that have been carried out, it is known that the need for motorbike parking space at Puri Pati Market is 345 SRP. In planning the parking layout using a 90º angle in the motorbike and car parking area as planned, namely being able to accommodate 280 motorbikes and 100 cars. With a comparison using an angle of 60º, we get only 152 motorbikes and 80 cars per plot

Objective: The objective of this study was to analyze fatty acids using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) in combination with chemometric Principal Component Analysis (PCA) for the authentication of Rattus norvegicus fat from other animal fats. Methods: Extraction of fat from raw meat of Rattus norvegicus, beef, chicken, pork, and dogs using the Bligh Dyer method, then derivatized with 0.2 N NaOCH3, precipitation of sodium glycerol was carried out by adding saturated NaCl to obtain methyl esters which were then injected into the GC-MS instrument. The GC-MS data were then processed using chemometric Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to group Rattus norvegicus fat with other animal fats (beef, chicken, pork, and dog). Results: The results of the study revealed that fatty acids in Rattus norvegicus using GC-MS produced eleven types of fatty acids, namely: Lauric acid (1,1%), Myristic acid (1,15%), Palmitic acid (21,12%), Palmitoleic acid (2,06%), Stearic acid (8,23%), Vaccenic acid (2,43%), Oleic acid (26,51%), Linoleic acid (19,19%), Arachidic acid (0,09%), and Eucosatrienoic acid (0,39%). Chemometrics Principal Component Analysis (PCA) of Rattus norvegicus fat allows it to be classified with other animal fats. Conclusion: The Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) method, in combination with chemometric Principal Component Analysis (PCA), offered effective tools for the authentication of fatty acid of Rattus norvegicus

This research was conducted to design packaging for typical Yogyakarta food products, Gudeg Jogja. Gudeg is known as a special food from the Special Region of Yogyakarta which is made from jackfruit cooked in coconut milk. As a typical food, Gudeg is often used as gift. Along with the need for Gudeg for souvenirs, various kinds of Gudeg packaging appeared on the market. The Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method is used to bring together what consumers want and then what producers can do to fulfill consumer desires. This method is used to design Gudeg packaging according to the needs of consumers. This product design development research uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The data is obtained from consumers and then processed. After knowing the results of data processing from the data that has been collected then a House of Quality is created. The result of this research is the design of Gudeg Jogja packaging that suits consumer needs
