    The purpose of this study was to describe the acceleration program compulsory 9 years in the Department of Education Youth and Sports District Kepahiang. This research uses descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques taking interviews, observation and documentation. Subjects were Head of Youth and Sports Kepahiang District, head of basic education, Head of Basic Education Curriculum, Staff Planning Education Association, Member of Parliament Kepahiang District Education Commission, Office of the Chief District ministry of religion Kepahiang. While the data analysis was done with descriptive analysis, inductive and deductive. Research results show that the vision and mission the Department of Education Youth and Sports District Kepahiang Kepahing has implemented two programs form. Coordination between the Department of Education Youth and Sports District Kepahiang and dynamically interwoven Kepahiang ministry of religion Office in accordance with the duties of each agency.Achievement of the program have a breakthrough both categories

The data was analyzed by elaborating data, displaying data, and making conclusions. Based on this research known that the principal have a honest personality, confident, responsible, willing to take risks, has a stabile emotion and competent to be exemplary; the principal has the knowledge of the educator and education, capable in developing vision and mission of the school, capable in making internal and external decisions, has good communication, democratic act, and work to improve teaching and learning quality

    The purpose of this study was to find out what activities are carried out in vocational High School Education Number three South Bengkulu manage educational facilities and infrastructure of the school, ranging from planning, procurement, maintenance, inventory, and remove the facilities and infrastructure in schools. In conducting this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive method. Data for this study were collected through a series of observation, interviews and documentation.     The purpose of this study was to description the management practices of industry (prakerin) in DKV skill competetion of vocational High School 5 of Bengkulu City: (1) to know the description of the planning Practice the Working Industrial (Prakerin) in DKV skill competetion of vocational High School 5 of Bengkulu, (2) to know the description of the implementation Practice the Working Industrial (Prakerin) in DKV skill competetion of vocational High School 5 of Bengkulu, (3) to know the description the evaluation of Practice the Working Industrial (Prakerin) in DKV skill competetion of vocational High School 5 of Bengkulu. The methode of this research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjectts of this research were principals, vice principals, students and taechers at Vocational High School 5 of Bengkulu, and DU/DI (user), using data collection techniques such as observation, interview and documentation study, analyzed using with reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results and conclusion the research showed that the: (1) planning has been implemented fairly well starting from the curriculum, work program, prakerin administration, financing, socialization, and student counselor teacher, (2) implementation of prakerin runs properly but some obstacles are found such as students having difficulties when operating new tools, lack of time discipline. (3) evaluation have been undertaken by prakerin activity providers ranging from assesment, student reports to evaluation. Evaluation results indicate the need for follow-up on some finding such as the need to involve DU/DI parties in relation to available facilities as a place of practice for student where the school difficulties in the procurement of such facilities

This research is a qualitative descriptive research that is a research from seseoranag subjects that have the characteristics that the data provided is the original data that can not be changed as well as using systematic way and can be accounted for kebenarnnya. In the data collection researcher using observation, interview and documentation. Research subjects include: principals, curriculum representatives, art and cultural teachers, and students. From this research, it can be seen that the management of art and culture in SMA Negeri 3 Bengkulu Selatan run effectively in accordance with government regulations as outlined in technical guidance of Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP)

    The general purpose of this research was compare the management of infrastructure and facilities in 02 primary schools and 06 primary schools Pondok Kelapa in the central of Bengkulu. This study uses a comparative approach to qualitative research. Subjects in this study is the principal. Data collection techniques used in this research is by interview, observation and documentation. The conclusion of this study indicate that both SD discount a lot of similarities in the management of facilities and infrastructure, among others: the planning done by the principal in accordance with the regulations, infrastructure procurement droping from the government, purchases, donations from parents, and make their own, an inventory of school facilities and the infrastructure has been done with the record book in the book inventory of goods, distribution is carried out directly and indirectly, maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure conducted regularly and incidental

    The purpose of this study was to discribe how the general objective of the research is to describe the coordination between principal and supervisor in the implementing of instructional supervision is in the Elementary Schools of Karang Tinggi Sub District, Central Bengkulu Regency. The result of the study The result of the research showed that the coordination between principal and supervisor in the implementation of instructional supervision. That can be seen from the absence of coordination between principal and supervisor in the arrangement of instructional supervision planning program, there is no coordination intensity between principal and supervisor in the implementation of academic supervision, the coordination of monitoring and evaluating between principal and supervisor has not run optimally, and there is no coordination of result follow-up between principal and supervisor in the implementation of academic supervision
